Chapter 30-1 Internal Refinement

When everyone looked, they saw black and blue patches on his hands, which were fist marks, and his arms were shaking involuntarily.

Lao Xing and Lao Meng are both experts, and they can tell what is going on at a glance. Their muscles and bones have long been trained to be extremely tough. It is not possible for ordinary strength to leave such serious marks.

In the silence, Wan Zeming sighed, "You don't have to worry, I will know as soon as we fight, this is a cold and domineering person."

"Since he said he has no intention of Montenegro Security Company, he will never interfere."

"We can just stick to the old way, and that's the end of it."

Wan Zeming undoubtedly had a huge say among the few people. As soon as he opened his mouth, the other people said nothing, but they felt a little more in awe of Zhuang Wuming.

Zhuang Wuming and Butler Fang walked out of the Dark Mountain Security Company, only to hear Butler Fang laugh and say, "Mr. Zhuang's tricks are so good. I didn't expect to suppress them so quickly."

"It's nothing, but the stronger will win, and I don't have much conflict of interest with them, so they will readily admit defeat."

"If I really want to completely take over the Dark Mountain Security Company, I'm afraid they won't be so easy to talk to, and they will use all kinds of dark methods."

"I'm not interested in getting into trouble with them, am I?"

Butler Fang smiled like a gentleman, "It is true. Mr. and Miss Zhuang are both adventurers in the dream world. The wealth of the main world is indeed nothing to you."

Half an hour later, Butler Fang sent Zhuang Wuming back to his home.

Looking at the car leaving, Zhuang Wuming returned to his house with the wooden box and began to check his biggest gain this time.

The wooden box in front of me is completely black, with a faint fragrance coming from it. There is a dragon pattern carved on it, covering the entire wooden box.

Even the ignorant Zhuang Wuming has heard of this thing, agarwood and ebony. Just this box, I'm afraid it's not worth a million dollars.

Opening the wooden box, a yellowed thread-bound book was placed inside, with two words written on it.

"boxing"

Looking at this name, Zhuang Wuming's eyes flashed with a glint.

"Then let me see what boxing is."

Picking up the book, Zhuang Wuming began to flip through it carefully. Each page of "Boxing" was accompanied by a picture.

There are annotations next to the graphics. The annotations are very detailed and written entirely in vernacular.

It was completely different from the mysterious Taoist secrets in his impression.

"It seems I've thought too much," Zhuang Wuming laughed at himself and began to quickly learn the knowledge.

It took a full hour for Zhuang Wuming to know what exactly was contained in this "Boxing Technique". There were three breathing techniques in total, which were specialized in cultivating the internal organs.

The so-called viscera refers to the cultivation of the internal organs of the human body. The first level of boxing is to cultivate the muscles, bones and skin. Through a lot of exercise, the strength of the bones, muscles and skin can be changed.

The peak of the external phase of flesh and bone is when the training of bones, muscles, and skin membranes reaches its peak and merges into one, so that the generated strength can be perfectly transmitted through this set of biological tissues to form strength.

There are two ways to practice the internal aspects of the internal organs. The first is from the inside out, and the other is from the outside to the inside.

The so-called "from the outside in" means cultivating the outer appearance of flesh and blood to the peak level, generating strength, and then using this strength to continuously stimulate the internal organs and let them get exercise. However, this step requires constant exploration and great care.

The internal organs are delicate, and if you are careless, the internal organs will be broken and the organs will fail and die. I don’t know how many warriors have died at this level since ancient times.

It is very dangerous to do it from the outside in, but the only advantage is that if you master the trick, it will be very fast. As long as you find the right way, you can complete the internal training in a short time.

The safest way to cultivate the internal organs is from the inside out. Directly practice the breathing method and cultivate the internal organs through the breathing method.

The breathing method is practiced from the shallower to the deeper, and the transformation of the internal organs is also step by step. Although it is slower than starting from the outside to the inside, it is safer than before.

However, practicing breathing techniques generally takes several years or even ten years to achieve success.

Moreover, various breathing methods have different focuses, which will also result in different emphasis on strengthening the internal organs. The final result is that the movement of the internal organs generates new power, which circulates in the internal organs. This is internal energy.

After reading the understanding of martial arts in this book "Boxing", Zhuang Wuming had a clear understanding of the first and second levels of the way of cultivation, and fully understood what boxing training is.

"Boxing training, to put it bluntly, is to explore one's own potential, to train the muscles, bones and internal organs of the whole body to the extreme, and finally reach the limit of the human body."

"In fact, once ordinary people develop their potential, they can even lift a helicopter. The weight that exceeds the limit is that all the organs inside and outside the body exert force at the same time."

"However, the consequences of such an outbreak are very tragic. People usually die from organ failure. The outbreak is also uncontrollable."

"And through boxing, you can tap into your body's potential and unify all your organs under your own will."

"All the power that explodes is under one's control, ultimately forming the superhuman power of boxing."

"No wonder Wan Zeming can break through the limits of the human body. He has tapped all the power of the human body to its peak."

"The operation of both internal and external forces is enough for him to withstand nearly half of my physical strength."

"Every time they collide, two streams of experience emerge in his hands, and it turns out that the source is here."

"I want to successfully cultivate the internal organs as soon as possible. I have cooking skills, which can be a great weapon."

"Boxing" records three internal breathing methods, namely "Whale Swallowing", "Dragon Breathing" and "Phoenix Crying".

Zhuang Wuming planned to choose "The Whale Swallowed" among them for practice. He read it carefully and thought deeply in his heart.

Sit up from the bed, set up a planting pile, and slowly enter into meditation and inner vision.

The method of "Swallowing the Whale" flashed through his mind word by word. After one repetition, he had grasped the secret.

I saw him opening his mouth and sucking in the air suddenly, wrapping a large mouthful of air in his mouth, and his body slowly began to assume a strange posture.

The body leaned down slightly, his hands hugged the void, and then he swallowed a huge amount of air in his mouth.

One breath after another, twelve breaths of air in the blink of an eye.

The body began to change at the same time, with a total of nine postures. In each posture, he would swallow twelve mouthfuls, for a total of one hundred and eight mouthfuls.

Over and over again, constantly changing, end to end, Zhuang Wuming's stomach made a sound.

"Bang bang bang bang"

I felt that as I exercised, my stomach was churning and my stomach was tingling.

His expression remained unchanged, and various parts of his body were reflected in his mind, forming a slightly blurry image.

The muscles and bones are clear, the internal organs are blurred, and the entire body flashes in the image.
