Chapter 1114 Domestic sales

Zhou Zhigang has been working in Pengcheng since 1979 and worked for nearly eight years. It was not until the end of last year that he was transferred back to Xiangjiang to serve as the president of Feiyu Group. He is in charge of the clothing department of the Li Group with the highest valuation, and is responsible for the Li Group in the industry.

The development of the mainland has made a huge contribution.

There is no doubt about Zhou Zhigang's ability. In the past eight years, he has not only been responsible for his own Pengyu Group, but also for many industries of the Li Group in Pengcheng. Li Guangyu believes that it is absolutely inappropriate for Zhou Zhigang to be in charge of the Petrochemical Group.

What problems will there be?

Li Guangyu said: "You will continue to cooperate with Donghua Trading Company's needs, let Hengyu Supermarket Group strengthen its ties with Canada and Australia, increase grain purchases, and provide support for Donghua Trading Company.

"

The Soviet Union imported quite a lot of grain. Some countries, led by the United States, stopped exporting to the Soviet Union. In the past two years, the Soviet Union turned to Argentina and other Latin American countries to import grain.

These countries are obviously not comfortable with Donghua Trading Company. Donghua Trading Company does not need any foreign exchange from them at all, which has beneficially reduced their high foreign debt.

After Li Xuelan left, Li Guangyu and Gan Qin went to Xingguang Building specifically to inspect Feiyu and Hongyu Group, and to talk to Zhou Zhigang to see if he was willing to take over the petrochemical group.

In terms of future market value, it is hard to say whether the two groups will succeed in opening up the mainland market. The Petrochemical Group may indeed suppress Feiyu Group.

Zhou Zhigang, a top student who graduated from the management major of the University of Tokyo, rose from the manager of the Japanese branch of Hongyu Clothing Group to the president of Pengyu Group in a short period of time. He has been working in the clothing department of the Li Group for nearly ten years.

This time is also a challenge for him. As long as he develops this petrochemical group well, he will have a good chance of becoming a member of the executive team in the future.

Whether it is Feiyu Group or Hongyu Group, there are many things going on now, and the two groups are making plans to go public internally.

After looking around the two major groups, Li Guangyu talked to Zhou Zhigang about the Petrochemical Group in his office.

Zhou Zhigang was quite surprised. He thought he would stay in the clothing department until retirement. After all, he had been working in the clothing department for so many years.

He was very happy to be transferred to the clothing department this time. He knew that he had no chance to go further in the clothing department. If he had been the president of Feiyu Group, he would only be a president for the rest of his life, and an executive would not be able to do anything.

There is no hope.

If he changes his position this time, he may have some opportunities in the future. Although he doesn't know much about the petrochemical industry, as the president, as long as he seizes the people, funds, sales channels, and internal production professionals to manage, the group can still

Rapid development, learning knowledge about the petrochemical industry while developing, for him, managing a group like this will not be a big problem.

Zhou Zhigang said: "Thanks to Li Sheng for trusting me. I am willing to work in this group. I also hope that Li Sheng will provide me with several professional senior managers, which will be conducive to the development of the petrochemical group."

Li Guangyu will naturally equip Zhou Zhigang with technical management talents in this area, and China Gas Group is one of the key targets for his support.

Li Guangyu said: "Zhigang, the mainland will be an important market for us. The market in Xiangjiang is too small and does not meet our market demand at all. Only by opening up the mainland market can our group have a future, so you will develop in the future."

We should focus on the mainland, communicate more with the mainland government, and strive to have our petrochemical products sold in the mainland market."

Zhou Zhigang is very clear about the reason why Li Guangyu asked him to serve as the president of this group. His many years of working experience in Pengcheng have given him a good relationship with the mainland government. It will be more conducive for his products to enter the mainland market if he negotiates cooperation with the mainland.

Zhou Zhigang also has some ideas about the petrochemical production base. He believes that many mainland governments will welcome their group's investment in the past. The biggest problem now is domestic sales.

The mainland government prefers that foreign-funded enterprises produce locally and then sell them overseas, so that they can earn foreign exchange for the local area. A lot of work needs to be done in domestic sales.

The same was true for Pengyu Group at the beginning. It took several years of development before they were qualified for domestic sales. Many companies in the Li Group have gone through such a journey.

And this time, petrochemicals fall into the category of heavy industry, so it will be more difficult to sell domestically, and their domestic sales will also touch the interests of some groups. Those groups are not low-level, and they obviously do not want the Li Group to enter and compete with them.

Zhou Zhigang said: "Li Sheng, I personally estimate that domestic sales will be very difficult. You also know the major groups in the mainland. I personally estimate that there will be various public opinions to prevent us from entering this industry. This aspect may

You still need to come forward to communicate with the higher-ups in the Mainland, but my words may not have enough influence."

Of course, Li Guangyu knew something about the situation. This matter was inevitable. Not to mention the mainland, even Baodao. If Li Guangyu went in to grab food, the families in Baodao would probably unite to boycott. After all, he was going to someone else's bowl.

No one will be happy if they grab food from inside.

"You contact them first. If necessary, we will set up a delegation to visit the capital and try to get some more favorable policies so that our industry can develop better in the mainland."

Li Guangyu then asked Zhou Zhigang to register Xiangjiang Petrochemical Group and appointed Zhou Zhigang as the group president.

Later, they also held talks with Zhou Long and Zhou Jiahan respectively, allowing Zhou Long to return to Feiyu Group as president of Feiyu Group, and Zhou Jiahan, executive vice president of Hongyu Clothing Group, to assume the position of president of the group.

Zhou Long seems relatively plain. Even though the market value of Feiyu Group is nearly twice that of Hongyu Clothing Group, Hongyu Clothing Group is a group started by the Li family. It is the first company of the Li family, so its status is naturally much more important.

It’s hard to say which of the two families has a higher status and which one has a lower status.

Zhou Jiahan is different. Luo Qianwen, Wang Xinyu, Zhang Ziyu, Zhao Qianyin, Lin Yanyun and six of her applied for the position of Li Guangyu's assistant. Now Zhang Ziyu is the executive officer, and Zhao Qianyin and Lin Yanyun are already the group presidents.

This time Luo Qianwen was rewarded from the executive vice president in charge of Tianyu Financial Group affairs to an ordinary vice president because of the drag on the group's management. You must know that before she was demoted, her executive vice president had a higher status than the ordinary group president.

Wang Xinyu is now responsible for external affairs as executive vice president of Oriental Semiconductor and enjoys president-level treatment.

She was the only one. Things were better during Chen Dong's period, as he was more responsible for the group's affairs. After Chen Dong was transferred, she became just like the general executive vice president of the group, which made her quite disappointed.

Fortunately, Huang Tian paid off and Li Guangyu still noticed her efforts. She was finally promoted this time. She sometimes lamented that Zhang Ziyu had a good life. She was allowed to become Li Guangyu's assistant in the first place, so she was able to take the lead.

They are quite large.

Li Guangyu didn't have too much energy to care about Zhou Jiahan's little thoughts. After discussing the job adjustments with several people, Li Guangyu specially held a joint meeting of the top executives of the two groups and made appointments for the group's personnel.
