160 [The Brotherhood of Aegis]

The night was still dark, Luo Wei held Shi Lute in his arms and continued to sleep against the tree, until a sound of people came from nearby.

"We have to be ready by noon."

At dawn, Luo Wei turned around and saw a group of people busy on the lawn not far away, moving here and there, as if they were setting up the venue.

"...This is a very important wedding. The consul, Mr. Plato, and Mr. Aristotle will all be present. There must be no mistakes!" One of the leaders kept urging the others.

Plato, Aristotle, and the Archons of Athens?

Luo Wei suddenly became interested.

He was a little disappointed when he failed to meet Plato as he wished yesterday. Unexpectedly, he encountered a buy-one-get-two-free opportunity today. Not only could he meet Plato, but Aristotle and the then-consul of Athens would also appear.

Luo Wei thought for a moment and immediately found a suitable corner to wait while continuing to learn slang.

Although his summary language level is sufficient for daily communication, at least for communication on Earth, there is still a long way to go before he can truly "walk around the universe without fear", and he still needs to study hard and practice hard.

Before you knew it, the wedding scene was set up and gradually became lively. The newlyweds and more and more guests arrived, chatting and laughing among themselves.

A middle-aged man with a beard arrived, and people looked at him with respect.

"Lord Consul, you are here." The groom, a man of unknown age with a gentle face, came up to greet the bride together.

His age is unknown because although he looks relatively young, he is severely bald, with only a few strands hanging down his sides.

The Athenian consul laughed: "Menehmos, of course I want to come to your wedding."

The consul's wife who was present at the scene smiled and said: "Menehmos, don't you often say that mathematics is your lover? Now you have two lovers. I wonder which one you prefer?"

"This..." Menehmos fell into thought.

Everyone was talking and laughing again.

"Mr. Plato, Mr. Aristotle." After a while, everyone present stood up to greet the new guests.

The groom, Menehmos, also hurried over: "Teacher."

Luo Wei looked up.

In the direction of the crowd, I saw several bachelors in white robes approaching. Among them was an old man with a cane. He was obviously very old and his walking was a little unsteady, but his eyes were bright and wise, and his smile was kind.

Next to the old man Bai was a middle-aged man with a serious expression, who was carefully supporting him.

All eyes were focused on this old No. 1 middle school student, and these two people were naturally Plato and his favorite disciple Aristotle.

Luo Wei observed the two people carefully.

This is Plato and Aristotle, the successors of Socrates, two of the three sages of ancient Greece. Well, I can be considered a witness to history.

In just a short moment, Luo Wei had already figured out how to brag about it two thousand years later.

With the arrival of Plato, the atmosphere of the wedding became more lively, with people laughing and blessing the newlyweds.

What surprised Luo Wei was that although Plato was so old that he could walk unsteadily, he was still energetic and very active. He not only gave a long speech of blessing to the bride and groom, but also played the piano on a whim.

Plato played the lyre very well, and everyone listened.

When the song reached its climax, Plato also said: "Let us invite the Archon's wife to sing."

The consul's wife seemed to be a singer, everyone immediately cheered loudly, and the consul's wife was also invited to show off her singing voice.

After playing a lyre, Plato, as an eighty-year-old man, inevitably felt tired.

He smiled with everyone, and sat on a chair in the corner with Aristotle's help.

"Teacher, how do you feel?" Aristotle asked.

Plato waved his hand and said nonchalantly: "It's okay. I'll rest here for a while. You can go."

Aristotle nodded and returned to the wedding.

Plato sat alone in a chair, putting his crutches aside. He looked up at the sky, his bright eyes made him feel sleepy after a while, and finally slowly closed his eyes...

Luo Wei didn't take it seriously at first, but then suddenly remembered.

Isn't this how Plato died in history? He took a nap at his disciple's wedding and never woke up again.

He learned about this at the time and felt sorry for the disciple for a second. The teacher died at his wedding. This was too unlucky.

Soon someone noticed something was wrong with Plato. When they went over to take a look, they immediately exclaimed: "Mr. Plato!"

All the guests came over one after another. Aristotle quickly squatted down next to the teacher, stretched out his hand, and then picked up the teacher. As he ran, he hurriedly said: "Go call Agamotto!"

However, they had not run far when an unusually tall golden young man suddenly appeared in front of them.

"Who are you?" Aristotle's face darkened.

The visitor was naturally Luo Wei, who looked calm: "Maybe I can save Mr. Plato."

"Aristotle, ignore this man, let's go find Agamotto." A bachelor said.

Aristotle was silent for a while, staring at Luo Wei, his eyes flickering slightly, and finally said: "Do you need to let the rest of the people leave?"

Luo Wei was very surprised by what he said, but he still nodded: "Except for you, everyone else should leave."

"Get away, all of you," Aristotle said.

Everyone looked at each other and then left, leaving only Aristotle and Lovi, and of course Plato, who seemed to be dead.

After the others had dispersed, Aristotle said something shocking: "Do you know magic?"

Although Luo Wei had noticed something, he was still a little surprised when he heard this and said: "It seems you know something."

Then the holy light appeared in his hands, and the healing spell gave him faith. Looking at this holy light, Aristotle's eyes showed surprise.

Holy light enveloped Plato.

After a while, Plato's brows moved and he slowly opened his eyes.

"Teacher!" Aristotle said in surprise.

Plato's attention was attracted by the holy light in front of him: "This is..."

Aristotle helped Plato up. However, it was obvious that Plato was not injured, but had run out of energy. Therefore, although he woke up, he was still very weak, his eyes were wandering, and his expression was erratic, as if he might fall down again at any time.

Looking at the teacher, Aristotle sighed slightly, but still looked at Luo Wei and sincerely thanked him: "Thank you for saving the teacher, you are the eternal friend of the Holy Shield Brotherhood."

Brotherhood of the Shield!

Hearing this name, Luo Wei was stunned for a moment, and then suddenly realized.

No wonder Aristotle seems to know some magic, no wonder the young man in white robe yesterday had such amazing power... It turns out that Akademi Academy on the surface is actually one of the most mysterious organizations in the Marvel world.
