296 [Heimdall and Uller]

"Who... who's back?"

"Your daughter, Princess Hela." the guard said.

When Odin heard this, he immediately held his forehead and walked around the room. Frigga on the side also frowned, and the joyful atmosphere suddenly became a little solid.

Odin naturally cares about his daughter. But everything has its end, and human emotions are no exception. They also have their own limits, although many people are unwilling to admit this.

A few years before Hela disappeared, he was anxious, angry, and furious; after decades of disappearance, he often missed her; after hundreds of years of disappearance, he only recalled it occasionally.

Now missing for more than a thousand years, Odin no longer has much feelings for Hela, his daughter.

Especially since he already has a new wife and a son who is about to be born.

Hela's sudden return caught him off guard.

He had promised Hela not to find a stepmother for her, and he had arranged for her to be the heir to the throne.

Now that Frigga Odin is married, he can never leave her. He would rather give his son to the heir to the throne than his daughter.

How can this be fixed?

Odin had a headache and thought for a long time not knowing how to face Hela, so he had to say: "Tell her first that I am sick and see you in three days."

"Is this appropriate...she is your daughter." the guard said hesitantly.

Odin was stunned for a moment, and then realized that this reason was not appropriate: your father is sick, please come back in a few days.

He was walking up and down again, very anxious.

Frigga was silent for a moment: "Odin, you can't never face your daughter. I believe Hela is not an unreasonable person. Let's have a good talk with her."

"Alas." Odin sighed, "Let Hela come in."

"Yes." The guard turned and left.

"Frigga... why don't you avoid it?" Odin felt that it was inappropriate for Hela to meet her stepmother who should not exist now.

"Let me talk to Hela too," Frigga said.

Odin opened his mouth, but finally said nothing and nodded.

After a while, Hela came in from outside, followed by Luo Wei.

Seeing Rowe, Odin's expression relaxed significantly. Apparently in his opinion, the existence of Rowe, an outsider, could greatly ease the awkward atmosphere later on.

"Hela." Odin smiled awkwardly and politely, while trying to regain his former feelings for his daughter, but gained little.

After being separated for thirteen hundred years, he felt almost like a stranger when facing Hela.

To a certain extent, he was worse than a stranger. After all, all the promises he had made with Hela had been broken, and the resulting gap was obviously difficult to bridge.

"Father..." Hela looked at her father and could clearly feel the feeling of alienation, which was difficult for her to accept. After all, her time had only passed three years.

As expected, the atmosphere was quiet for a while. It was so awkward that even the guards couldn't stand it anymore and looked uncomfortable.

Odin had no choice but to start with Luo Wei, stepped forward and patted him on the shoulder, and said with a smile: "We haven't seen him for more than a thousand years. He has become a lot stronger, haha."

"Your Majesty, we disappeared on a planet called Saka, where the flow of time is relatively abnormal. For me, time only passed a few months." Rowe said.

"Oh...that's it..." Odin took back his hand and rubbed it.

Not to mention the embarrassment here, after sending Luo Wei and Hela to the door of the Golden Palace, Heimdall stopped for a moment, looking at the Golden Palace as if he was thinking about something, and finally sighed slightly, turned around and left.

"Heimdall." A voice suddenly sounded.

The voice did not come from a certain direction, but sounded directly in his mind.

"Father," Heimdall responded.

"Come see me," Uller said.

Heimdall nodded, first went to the Rainbow Bridge, arranged for someone to guard it for him, and then got on a golden spaceship and left.

The flying boat turned a corner and flew to the back of Asgard.

The back side of Asgard is a glistening scene, and the climate is indeed relatively cold, with no plants or animals.

The flying boat sped across the ice field, and soon arrived at the foot of Crystal Crown Mountain. There were several heavy stone buildings there, and hundreds of Asgardian warriors were moving inside and outside these buildings.

The Crystal Crown is connected to Asgard's energy core and needs to be heavily guarded. They are naturally the soldiers responsible for protecting the Crystal Crown.

Heimdall got off the airship and walked straight to the building in the middle of the camp, where he met Ullr.

"Father," Heimdall said.

Uler waved to him, motioned to sit next to him, and then said: "Hela is back?"

Heimdall: "I just came back and am now at the Golden Palace."

Uler nodded, and then suddenly sighed: "Son, I have a hunch that I may be about to die."

Heimdall was surprised: "What's wrong?"

"Remember Udo?" Urler asked.

Heimdall thought for a while: "The Badong God who was beheaded 1,300 years ago?"

"That's right. Udu was sentenced to death by Odin, and Hela carried out the execution. I still remember what Udu said during the execution." Ullal said slowly, "When Odin's hands were contaminated with his children's blood,

Blood, all his sins will be gathered together... or so."

Heimdall: "Could His Majesty Odin and Princess Hela turn against each other?"

Urler shook his head: "I don't know. But I have had a strong and terrible premonition recently that a catastrophe is secretly approaching me, approaching Asgard."

"Ragnarok?"

"Maybe..." Uler frowned, his tone worried, "In short, it will be a huge disaster and evil, and many people will not be able to survive it. Many people."

Heimdall felt nervous. He had never seen his father speak in such a tone in all these years.

Could it be that Ragnarok is really coming?

Urler continued: "My son, you must be prepared, not only for Asgard, but also for yourself. If Ragnarok really comes, I hope you will be the last survivor."

"Where are you, father?"

Uler sighed slightly: "I probably can't escape. Destiny is watching me. The gears of the universe are right in front of me. I can feel that it is about to crush me."

Heimdall clenched his fists: "Is it true that the prophecy of fate cannot be changed?"

"The more powerful the existence is, the more it will be restricted by fate. A speck of dust is the most free. You and I, the gods, are destined to live under the eyes of the laws of the universe." Urler waved his hand, "Go back, my child, every day

Everyone goes through the loss of a father."

Golden Palace.

Everyone was sitting in their seats, Odin chatted about something irrelevant, and finally had to bring the topic to the point.

He coughed twice, looked at Frigga and said, "Hela, Rowe, this is my wife, Frigga."
