After procrastinating, I finally finished writing it!
"Secret War" is the author's fourth book in .asxs. and his second spy novel.
Let me first talk about the shortcomings of this book.
The beginning of the story made many people complain and pick two hot issues, such as: Japan is surrounded by the sea, how could they lack salt? Is it too easy for the emperor's special envoy Kogotsu to survive?
Those who believe that there is no shortage of salt if you are close to the sea suggest that you pick up your schoolbag and return to class, and receive another nine-year compulsory education.
As for the historical assassination of Ko Viet Bao, it was even easier than what I wrote.
——Military reunification agent Ma Kedi (Ming) took out his pistol and rushed over, firing twice at Gao Yuebao. Gao Yuebao was seriously injured and died!
In addition, not long after, Ma Kedi was betrayed by a traitor, arrested and sacrificed, but he lived a long life in the book from beginning to end.
I now understand to some extent that even historical events must be adapted. What readers want to see is a plot that is so thrilling that it takes off.
My writing style is very different from that of online articles. I lack writing experience in this area, and the military subject itself is niche, so it is almost a predictable result.
If book friends have read the author's other three books, you should be able to understand more or less that I pay more attention to the description of human nature in my writing.
"My Commander, My Regiment" by Mr. Lan Xiaolong is a breathtaking military work. The characters in that book (TV series) do not distinguish between good guys and bad guys in the traditional sense. Even the hateful ones are
The itchy Assistant Master Tang also has a kind side, or in other words, his starting point is not wrong in a practical sense.
As a senior "fan of the regiment", my initial writing style was deeply influenced by Mr. Lan Xiaolong. The first work I wrote, "Counterattack Day", was also a book in tribute to the regiment leader. Although my writing was terrible, especially
The finale...(face covering)
There was nothing I could do about it, mainly because my grades were too bad, so I had to end it in a hurry and start a new book.
Um, I seem to be off topic...
Let’s talk about Secret War again. The most criticized character setting in this book is none other than Miss Tong. As far as I know, many readers abandoned the book because of it.
How should I put it? When designing the character Tong Tong, the original intention was to create conflicts, otherwise the suspense would be lost if everything went smoothly.
However, contrary to expectations, the discussion on Tong Tong in the book review area was almost overwhelmingly negative.
All in all, my writing is still not good enough, and many plot designs are not considered well.
The previous book "The Dark Gun" had a tragic ending, and many readers hope that this one will have a happy ending.
The happy reunion has arrived as promised, but does it feel a little dull again?
Also, let’s talk about the new book.
A new book will be released soon, probably in early July. If you still want to read the author's books, don't rush to delete the bookshelf. I will post individual chapters here when the books are released.
That's it, there's nothing more to say. Thank you book friends for accompanying me all the way, thank you!
