Chapter two hundred and forty-ninth think carefully

After hearing Nuwa's words, everyone frowned and fell silent.

As their understanding of the way of heaven becomes deeper and deeper, they become more and more familiar with the way of heaven. Naturally, they know that the six saints are a destiny.

It is impossible for a seventh saint to suddenly appear between heaven and earth, but the fact is before our eyes.

This seventh saint really appeared.

For a moment, all the saints frowned and remained silent. It was obvious that this incident troubled them. At the same time, several people couldn't help but wonder in their hearts whether there might be a change in the way of heaven.

But then this conjecture was overturned by them.

Because this is unrealistic, the way of heaven has changed, and as saints of the way of heaven, it is impossible for them not to have any sense, and even though Patriarch Hongjun has already merged with the way.

But if the way of heaven really changes, it is impossible for Patriarch Hongjun not to give any instructions.

Precisely because of this, the hypothesis that the way of heaven has changed is not valid.

"Could it be..."

Just when everyone was wondering about the reason, I suddenly raised my eyelids and let out a whisper.

"Huh? What did senior brother think of?"

Seeing that I seemed to have thought of something, Yuan Yuan and others all turned their gazes over.

Seeing everyone looking at him, I took a deep breath and said, "I wonder if you still remember the method of becoming a saint that Master said back then?"

"The method of becoming a saint?" Everyone was confused.

Nodding, I said: "There are three methods of becoming a saint, namely becoming a saint through merit, becoming a saint by killing three corpses, and the most difficult one is to prove the Tao through force!

Proving the Tao with force, only Father God Pangu has succeeded, and then there is the method of killing three corpses. Although we have all successfully killed three corpses, no one has combined the three corpses into one, and thus followed the same path as Master.

road.

And this method of killing three corpses is the same as using force to prove the Tao, and only one person can succeed."

Having said this, I looked at everyone and said again: "Beheading three corpses and using force to prove the Tao are both ineffective. We saw this at the beginning, so we chose to become a saint through merit.

But we all know that if you want to achieve sainthood through merit, huge merit is not enough, you also need something crucial..."

"Hongmeng Purple Qi!!!"

Having said this, everyone blurted out.

I nodded, looked into the depths of chaos, and said: "Yes, a few of us have obtained Hongmeng Purple Qi, so we can become saints through merit.

At that time, Master said that the number of saints is the top of the sky, and only six saints are allowed to appear in heaven and earth.

And we got six rays of Hongmeng Purple Qi, but at that time there were seven rays of Hongmeng Purple Qi, and the last one was given to Hongyun by Master.

Later, Kunpeng, Donghuang Taiyi and Dijun ambushed Hongyun, causing him to blow himself up and die.

In the end, the Hongmeng Purple Qi also disappeared..."

These ancient events were well known to all the saints present. Now that they heard me mention them again, everyone's eyes lit up, as if they had thought of something.

They looked at me one after another.

Seeing everyone looking at him, I nodded and said: "Before this, I always thought that the last ray of Hongmeng Purple Qi was taken back by the master, because the teacher said at that time that saints are destined by fate.

But now that the seventh saint has appeared in this world, I have to suspect that the master did not take back the purple energy back then, but was obtained by other living beings."

After listening to Lao Tzu's explanation, Zhunti was convinced, "Only this explanation can make sense!"

"However, just as meritorious deeds require Hongmeng Purple Qi to succeed, in the same way, possessing Hongmeng Purple Qi requires huge merits to be recognized by Heaven, and the soul can be stored in Heaven.

If the huge merits required for sanctification were reduced, it is impossible for us not to know about it, but in the prehistoric world, there has been no movement. How did that person become a saint?"

At this time, Nuwa stood up and overturned everyone's speculation.

"Perhaps, there are more than just these three methods of becoming a saint, but we haven't found them yet..." I looked at everyone and said quietly.

Just meeting my gaze, everyone felt their scalps go numb.

If there are more than just these three methods of becoming a saint, why didn't Master say it at the beginning? Even if you have Hongmeng Purple Qi, you may not need a lot of merit. Why didn't Master say the reason behind this?

Is it because Master doesn’t know?

Absolutely not, the master after joining the Dao is the Dao of Heaven, and nothing can be hidden from the Dao of Heaven.

Looking at the complicated looks in everyone's eyes, I shook my head and said: "It's too early to say this. This is just a guess. We'd better meet Tongtian first. Maybe he knows something but not necessarily..."

After saying that, he headed towards the depths of chaos.

Seeing this, others followed suit.

In the depths of chaos, I looked at the chaotic world in front of me, where even a saint could not see the whole picture. I couldn't help but think of the three methods of becoming a saint again.

In fact, there was one thing he didn't say, which was that Hongjun said at the beginning that the method of killing three corpses could lead to sainthood, but so far, all the great powers, including him, have failed to successfully combine the three corpses into one.

It's even less possible for others, and with his current strength, he can already vaguely see some of the truth.

In his opinion, the method of beheading three corpses can certainly lead to sainthood, but it is definitely not the way they know, where three corpses are cut out and then merged into one.

Because this method of sanctification is simply a dead end.

No one can succeed, but Hongjun did rely on killing three corpses to become a saint. There is no doubt that this method is absolutely true. Since it is true, no one has succeeded.

There is only one reason, and that is that Hongjun deceived everyone, and the method of killing three corpses he passed down is simply incomplete.

Then he gave himself and others the Hongmeng Purple Qi. This is not difficult to see. He knew from the beginning that the six heavenly saints could not become saints by killing three corpses.

Rather than saying that the saints chose merit-based sanctification, it is better to say that they were forced to choose the path of merit-based sanctification.

These conjectures were buried deep in his heart and he did not tell anyone.

Before this, he had decided to practice silently, hoping to transcend the way of heaven, but now such a change happened, which made his mind become active again.

This incident gave him a direction and proved his suspicion.

Hongjun really had something to hide from them.

Now that Hongjun has joined the Tao, he has been wondering in his heart whether it is Hongjun plotting against them or Heavenly Dao plotting against them.

If he can find the seventh saint and know how he became a saint, then he can use this as a breakthrough.

To find out all the truth, the worst thing is to find a way to break through.

Achieve true freedom!

In fact, by this time, he had already felt that the soul was stored in the way of heaven, which was more of a disguised form of control than a guarantee of immortality.

It is said that a saint transcends everything and is truly free.

However, they must obediently obey an order from Heaven. This feeling made him very uncomfortable. Ever since the Battle of the Gods and the breakup of the Three Purities, he had already had other ideas.

It's just that he didn't say it out loud.

Now, he sees hope!
