Chapter 910 This son should be destroyed

In the south, at the Great Leiyin Temple, the Buddha who was listening to the monks chanting sutras suddenly opened his eyes and looked in the direction of Chang'an with a solemn expression.

The next moment, the Buddha's figure disappeared directly from the throne of the Main Hall, leaving behind a group of bewildered monks.

We agreed to recite the sutra and worship the Buddha, but the Buddha has run away. Should we continue to recite the sutra?

In the Jixia Academy in Linzi, Han Dynasty, the Confucian sage who was teaching the classics suddenly stopped talking and looked in the direction of Chang'an in a daze.

Yan Hui, who had just woken up from a coma, stood up, bowed and asked, "Teacher, something unexpected happened?"

The Confucian sage replied calmly: "The destiny of heaven is given to the Taoist palace."

Yan Hui, Meng Ke, and Xun Kuang heard this and said in unison: "This is impossible."

The Confucian sage did not take it seriously and said: "The Taoist sage has always been unfathomable. He just seizes the opportunity. What is impossible?"

Yan Hui frowned and said, "But it is clear that Liu Ji is the emperor of destiny. Logically speaking, destiny will eventually fall on Liu Ji. How could it be taken away by others?"

Without waiting for the Confucian sage's response, Xun Kuang retorted: "Senior Brother Yan's words are wrong. If the Emperor of Destiny is certain of the fate of Destiny, how can there be talk of fighting for Destiny? It is even less likely that there will be a catastrophe."

"I think that the sudden change of destiny is the prelude to a great catastrophe."

Meng Ke put away the classics on the desk and said in a deep voice: "It is useless to talk more. I dare to ask the teacher how to deal with this matter. Is it necessary for the disciple to go and bring over the person who is destined to be destined?"

"Or, the disciples can directly suppress the people to whom the destiny belongs, disrupt the destiny, and let the destiny find its destination again."

The Confucian Sage shook his head slightly: "This person's situation is special. You three may not be able to bring him back or suppress him."

Seeing the confused expressions on the three proud disciples, the Confucian Sage added: "The one who received the destiny is Lin Ze, a direct disciple of the Taoist Sage. This person has just been promoted to the third realm of heaven and man."

When Meng Ke and the other three heard this, their expressions suddenly changed, and they all said in unison: "How is this possible?"

The Confucian sage said calmly: "What's impossible? The world is so big, there are all kinds of wonders. Although the distance is a bit far, it doesn't prevent me from seeing clearly."

"Lin Ze was blessed with great luck and got a Bodhi tree from somewhere. Under the power of the Bodhi tree, he successfully crossed the chasm."

"Although such a tricky method will make his cultivation completely inferior to yours, in terms of cultivation alone, any one of the three of you can defeat him in one fell swoop."

"However, Lin Ze has his destiny and is favored by Heaven. Even if he is a teacher, he feels a little afraid. Moreover, the Dao Palace is the strongest. The two methods you call cannot be implemented at all."

Meng Ke frowned, bowed and asked, "I wonder how the teacher wants to handle this matter?"

The Confucian sage sighed slightly: "For the current plan, the only way is to visit the Taoist sage in the Taoist palace, persuade the Taoist sage to think of the common people in the world, and order his disciples to voluntarily give up their destiny."

Meng Ke and the other three looked at each other and asked tentatively: "Will the Taoist Saint listen to the teacher?"

The Confucian sage corrected him: "I don't listen to my master, I listen to the common people in the world. The Buddha is expected to arrive soon, and my master will go to the Dao Palace with him later."

As soon as the Confucian sage finished speaking, a voice came from afar: "Where is the Confucian sage?"

The Confucian sage replied loudly: "The Lord Buddha is here, it is really brilliant."

The Buddha fell in front of the Confucian sage and went straight to the point: "Without further chatter, I would like to ask you one question. How should this matter be resolved?"

The Confucian sage asked back: "How did the Buddha want to solve it?"

Buddha said categorically: "This son should be destroyed."

The Confucian sage could not deny it: "Although the Bodhi tree is the foundation of Buddha's enlightenment, there is no need to force people to death."

"Isn't it enough to ask him to give up his destiny and destroy the Bodhi tree? No matter what, the Buddha must save some face for Master Li."

"Besides, today you and I have set a precedent for using the great to bully the small, and using the dignity of a saint to deal with a junior who has been promoted to the third level by relying on heresy. In the future, the Taoist Saint will take action for the same reason, and the dispute between the great ways will become a complete joke.

.”

"One more thing, did Buddha really not notice anything strange about Lin Ze?"

Buddha asked in a gentle voice: "What's the abnormality?"

The Confucian sage pointed in the direction of the Dao Palace: "That one."

The Buddha looked stern and asked: "How do the Confucian sages think we should deal with it? Do we really expect the Taoist palace to compromise and give up the destiny on its own initiative?"

The Confucian Sage said indifferently: "It is still possible to persuade carefully. One person is not enough. Plus you and I will have two people. If it doesn't work, just ask the Tongtian Sword Master. Maybe the Taoist Sage will agree."

When the Buddha heard this, he took a deep look at the Confucian saints and said that Buddhism often did things shamelessly. He did not expect that Confucianism was stronger than Buddhism.

After saying this, the Confucian Sage once again glanced in the direction of the Dao Palace, and said with a chuckle: "The person who has received the destiny has gone to the Dao Palace, and the flowers that go to the Dao Palace now are just right."

The Buddha pondered for a moment and replied: "Didn't the Confucian Sage plan to call the Tongtian Sword Master? Wouldn't it be great to get everything done at once?"

The Confucian Sage chuckled lightly: "Then you and I will go find the Master of Tongtian Sword first, and then we will go to the Dao Palace together."

Buddha nodded slightly to express his approval.

The Confucian sage looked at the three disciples and ordered: "Zhong Yushang often misses the beginning when dealing with matters, which is inconsistent with Confucianism's plan. You will take over the affairs of the Han country as soon as possible and train the army to prepare for the upcoming war."

Meng Ke and the others bowed and said: "Disciple, I obey."

Overseas, in Biyou Palace, the Master of Tongtian Sword was sitting on a green lotus platform and preaching.

Suddenly, the Master of Tongtian Sword paused, looked in the direction of the landing and was silent for a moment, then continued to preach.

After a while, the Master of Tongtian Sword suddenly stood up, a flush appeared on his face, and a familiar memory echoed in his mind.

Before the Tongtian Sword Master could think too much, two fiery figures appeared in the Biyou Palace Dojo.

The Master of the Tongtian Sword said to the Taoist priests from the overseas Taoist branches who were enlightening: "I have something to do today and don't have time to preach. You will retreat for the time being. When I have some free time, I will hold a sermon meeting."

Overseas Taoist branches have always regarded Biyou Palace as the most respected, and the Master of Tongtian Sword has of course carried out his words to the letter.

After a while, only the Buddha, the Confucian sage, and the master of Tongtian Sword were left in the huge dojo.

The Master of Tongtian Sword asked in a slightly cold tone: "You two are here, do you have anything to do with me?"

The Confucian sage asked: "Don't the sword master know what happened just now? The Buddha and I came here this time, of course, for the sake of destiny."

Then Confucian Sage explained the idea of three people joining forces to force Kunlun to force the palace.

The master of the Tongtian Sword has never been too fond of Buddhism and Confucianism. Hearing this, he said: "Since the destiny has been fulfilled, why does it have to be extraneous?"

As soon as the Tongtian Sword Master said this, the atmosphere in the room suddenly fell into stasis.

The Buddha looked incredulous and said, "Is the sword master joking?"
