Chapter 26 I think of you by chance

"What are you looking at?"

Geng Xinyu looked out the window on the right and found nothing unusual. He glanced at the back door of the classroom and found nothing unusual either.

"Old Ban, it's hard to find a face to face now." He Shiling smiled and leaned against the window habitually.

"You don't know. Did you just see him?" Geng Xinyu looked out the window again, "It feels like a luxury just to see him."

"Flashed outside the window." He Shiling laughed. Luxury? That's a good word to use. She pointed to the list in front of her and said, "Would you like to participate in the physics competition together?"

"You can participate, but that's not my ambition." Geng Xinyu smiled, "Are you planning to serve as a study committee member as well?"

"No, I, the squad leader, will be re-elected until Thursday." He Shiling smiled. She didn't have the intention to serve as a study committee member at the same time. Fortunately, Xin Yu could think of it.

"Class monitor re-election? Or class committee election?" Geng Xinyu looked at He Shiling with some confusion. This was obviously predetermined, and teacher Zhao Yun also said last week that the monitor would not change. Why would he have two days off and then another?

Are you going to change your election? What did you miss? "Old classmate agreed?"

"Class committee election, including squad leader, except you." He Shiling said with a smile, "I met with my old classmate last week."

"Then should I thank you?"

Geng Xinyu took the two lists in front of him, folded them up, and put them aside.

"What's wrong?" He Shiling looked at Geng Xinyu whose smile disappeared and laughed.

"The squad leader is about to be re-elected. Whether it is the physics competition or the English group, it has nothing to do with us. I will just quietly look at the scenery and study hard."

Geng Xinyu opened the book in front of him and stopped talking. Just now he was discussing with great interest the selection of department representatives, the matter of physics teachers, and the regrouping of personnel. Now that he thinks about it, he really feels that it is unnecessary.

"Are you angry?" He Shiling gently tapped Geng Xinyu's left arm with her right hand, watched her move her hand to the side, and laughed, "What are you angry about?"

"I just want to be a quiet student, okay?" Geng Xinyu glanced at He Shiling, and just now she said that she didn't hide anything. She was re-electing the monitor. Such a big thing, she was only talking about it now.

"Sure, I don't object. But what are you angry about?" He Shiling brushed Geng Xinyu's high ponytail with her hand, her temper was rising.

"What you're laughing at is what I'm angry about. That's alright." Geng Xinyu stretched out her hand to straighten her hair.

"I just said that I would change the election, and I didn't say that I would lose the election." He Shiling came closer and stretched out her hand to straighten Geng Xinyu's ponytail, "The ends of my hair are a little split, and they need to be repaired."

Geng Xinyu said nothing and reached out to pull back her ponytail.

"How about I come and help you cut it after breakfast tomorrow?"

He Shiling's words made Geng Xinyu laugh out loud, "You? When will you cut your hair?"

"Just now, if you agree, you will be the first customer." He Shiling smiled, "Free service. Okay, don't be angry."

"What about the re-election you just mentioned?" Geng Xinyu asked reluctantly.

"Come here." He Shiling leaned into Geng Xinyu's ear and whispered.

"You," Geng Xinyu quickly covered her mouth and whispered, "thankfully you can think of it. No wonder Laoban agreed?"

"Yeah." He Shiling nodded, maybe this is what he wanted to see.

"Then I can only cooperate with you in acting, but I am kidnapped by your morals again." Geng Xinyu shook his head, "When can you let me watch the show from a distance?"

"Carnegie said that one or two levels of participation is worth a ton of distant viewing."

"That's what you said." Geng Xinyu smiled, which was obviously better than a ton of preaching.

"How about participating in the physics competition together?" He Shiling brought up the old talk again.

"Your goal is not mine, so I am involved." Geng Xinyu came over, "I am more interested in your dismantled book of Song poetry."

"Don't prevaricate me and say you put it in the dormitory. I saw it in your drawer before class." Geng Xinyu stretched out his hands to make an "x", "I compare the Jingyun Cup essay contest in April this year.

I’m interested, but I hope I’ll be merciful when the time comes.”

"Little talented girl, I'm so humble. If I catch up with the time, I will write it in different genres with you."

"Okay," Geng Xinyu pointed to the drawer, "Take out the Song Ci."

He Shiling smiled, reached out and took out the dismantled Song Ci and placed it in front of Geng Xinyu.

"This book shouldn't be given to you by Teacher Song, right?" Geng Xinyu glanced at the page. Teacher Song, a gentle and elegant person, would not give old books to Xiao Lingling. What's more, he loves books very much, so he doesn't want to give them old books.

Maybe it made the book look like this.

"No." He Shiling responded, Brother, there are Song lyrics there, but there is no wire-bound version.

"Is there a story in this book?" Geng Xinyu looked at the pages. The pages of the originally beautifully bound book were extremely uneven, but there were traces of being soaked in water. There was no thread binding on the left side, and a folder was used.

Clip in the upper left corner.

"No." He Shiling lowered her head and smiled, the story? It was almost an accident. Innocent Song Ci!

"Does this book belong to a boy?" Geng Xinyu looked around at the cover, title page, and back cover. He didn't find any marks on the book, and he didn't even scratch it with a pen. Could it be that this was also a book in the first place?

New?

He Shiling turned around and looked at Geng Xinyu, "So it is."

"Oh?" Geng Xinyu came over with a smile, "What did Mr. Qian say? Love usually starts with borrowing a book. Whose book is it?"

"You're overthinking it," He Shiling smiled and stretched out her hand to pinch Geng Xinyu's face, "I paid for this."

"Let me go, this boy is too ignorant of style." Geng Xinyu touched his face and said, "Does it belong to an old uncle?"

"Uncle?" He Shiling couldn't help but laugh. Uncle, thinking of Nan Ke Yimeng's smiling face, "Yes, he is a bit deaf."

"Okay, pretend I didn't say anything," Geng Xinyu carefully arranged the pages of the book, thinking about going to the school canteen at noon tomorrow to buy some colored thread and bind the pages.

Seeing her carefully arranging the pages of the book, He Shiling suddenly felt a warm feeling in his heart, quiet and peaceful. In that feeling, someone's young and handsome smiling face appeared in his mind, and what he heard

She suddenly blushed while singing.

He Shiling quickly wrote a few words on the paper with a pen and tapped Wang Xinyi's shoulder.

After a while, Wang Xinyi handed back the note and a small notebook. On the paper, there was written the title of the song: "Love Is Unavoidable", and the lyrics were on the small notebook. Do you want to hear it? I'll sing it to you after class.

He Shiling smiled, opened the small book, and read the lyrics. Thinking of the blushing look of the man before, she couldn't help but laugh.

We met for the first time, and we met again. But, will she and Nan Ke Yimeng see each other again?

Perhaps there is no intersection between them.

It's just that that man talked about the future so confidently, as if everything was under his control. What is he doing now?

What was she thinking? He Shiling smiled and shook her head, handed the small notebook to Wang Xinyi, and put a note inside: No need.

Turning around and looking out the window, the stars outside the window echoed the brightly lit classrooms on campus.

Geng Xinyu, who was pretending to read on the side, smiled and looked at He Shiling who turned to the window, and then looked back in the direction of the back door of the classroom. Fortunately, when the list was re-sorted, that person's name was not crossed out.

I was just a little curious. When He Shiling saw the lyrics, he smiled and remembered who he was...
