Chapter Seventy-Eight

After seeing the monk's attire, Miao Zhu immediately got up and went back to the room, took out some clothes, walked to the monk and handed them to him.

"Master, these clothes are quite clean. If you don't mind, master, can you put them on?"

"Thank you so much, donor. The young monk is not cold." Monk Punan did not take the clothes, but looked up at the city god in the temple, his eyes shining with aura.

"Donor, please leave as soon as possible, he will no longer bless you." Monk Punan wished to the temple.

"You, you...you must not be rude to the city god, leave here immediately." After hearing what the monk said, the temple Zhu said angrily.

Monk Punan smiled, turned around and walked out of the City God's Temple.

Seeing the monk leaving, Miao Zhu sighed, sat on a stool nearby, turned around and glanced at the City God behind him.

"Where has Lord Cheng Huang gone?"

A long time ago, he realized that he could not communicate with the City God. At that time, he was very panicked, thinking that he had made some mistake and angered the City God.

So he prayed devoutly every day, hoping that the City God would hear his voice and forgive him for the mistakes he had made.

However, Lord Cheng Huang never responded and no longer gave him any magic power. The talisman water he made no longer had the ability to cure diseases.

Gradually, fewer people came here, and the Chenghuang Temple became deserted, and he gradually got used to it.

However, he did not leave. He believed that Lord Cheng Huang's departure was only temporary, and he would come back sooner or later, just like before, and the miracle would reappear.

After leaving the Chenghuang Temple, Punan left Guobei County.

Wearing shabby and thin monk robes and bare feet, walking in the ice and snow, leisurely and contented, is better than strolling in the courtyard.

After a while, he had gone far and disappeared into the ice and snow.

That day, in the cold wind, two galloping horses entered Guobei County. The visitors were the internal guards of Baiqisi, and they entered the county government office directly.

Subsequently, all the officers were summoned and ordered to search for a young monk in and around Guobei County.

"Monk, has he left?"

Many people know that a monk came to Guobei County today, because everyone saw it on the street.

"Has he been here? Left, in which direction?"

"Probably went to the west."

After hearing this, the internal guards of Baiqisi immediately rushed back to Kuaiji Mansion to report the news.

At this time, Baiqi Silang had already invited the great monk from "Tianfeng Pavilion" to Kuaiji Mansion.

An old man wearing a light blue robe, who looked to be in his fifties or sixties, had a thin body, sparse eyebrows, and three long scars on his neck.

He had a cold expression on his face that kept strangers away from him.

"Mr. Feng, the traces of Pu Nan have been found. Look..." Baiqisi Lang said cautiously.

"Where?"

"We just left Guobei County and the golden-winged eagle has been released."

After asking for the direction, the old man stood up and came to the courtyard. His robes were fluttering in the wind. Then he stood up from the ground like a big bird. In an instant, he was gone.

"If Mr. Feng takes action, there should be no problem, right?"

"Punan's cultivation has not yet recovered, not to mention that Mr. Feng still has a heavy treasure in his hand, so he must be able to capture it."

"Yes, yes, yes."

On a mountain a hundred miles away from Kuaiji Mansion,

Wang Zhe holds the nameless Buddhist scripture in his hand, which he will also read these days.

Today, when he saw the Kung Fu performed by Monk Punan, he thought of the Buddhist "Shen Zu Tong" recorded in it.

Because there were "glimpses" around him, Wang Zhe didn't pay too much attention. He just looked at the insights of the eminent monk among them to see if there was anything he could learn from.

I met Monk Punan today and felt something in my heart, so I picked it up and looked at it again.

According to the records in this scripture, this "divine foot power" can be regarded as having three realms:

The first level of realm, wherever you can see it, you can reach it just by lifting your foot.

In this realm, wherever your eyes can see, you can reach it in an instant by using your magical powers.

Although the "glimpse of light" practiced by Wang Zhe is said to be extremely fast, it has not yet reached this level.

With Wang Zhe's current level of cultivation, he could still reach a hundred feet in the blink of an eye.

At the second level, whatever your heart desires can be reached with just a few steps.

This level of realm is infinitely deeper than the first level. Wherever you want to go, you can reach it in an instant.

This is equivalent to traveling thousands of miles away with just one thought.

Just like the somersault cloud of the "Monkey King", one somersault is thousands of miles away.

In the third level, a single thought travels across the three realms, reaching up to the Nine Heavens and down to the Nine Netherlands.

Wang Zhe will not think about the last two realms for the time being. They are too far away from him and are somewhat unrealistic. It would be great to be able to reach the first realm.

If you can reach this level, you will be better than that "glimpse".

Swordsmanship, Taoist scriptures, visualization, etc. all seem to have encountered bottlenecks.

Even so, he might as well try other directions that he has never tried before.

Maybe there will be a surprise!

After reading the insights recorded in this scripture, Wang Zhe thought for a while and felt that he had better go out and give it a try.

He came outside the cave, looked at the pine tree a hundred feet away, raised his feet, and suddenly, the person flew out like a floating light, and the next moment he was on top of the pine tree.

I have seen it, and people have arrived, but in essence it is still a "glimpsing" method of making light of one's body.

He had been practicing and using this technique, and it had become a habit. It was really unaccustomed for him to not use it all of a sudden.

Try it again,

He kept trying on the surrounding mountains,

Looking from a distance, I could only see a figure flickering among the mountains, sometimes at the bottom of the mountain, sometimes at the top of the mountain, and sometimes standing on the lake again.

After wandering for a long time in this mountain, he really realized something.

"Laifu, I thought of it!" He returned to the mountain and said happily to the native dog.

“Everywhere you look, you can reach it with just a few steps.

Whatever you can see with your eyes, you can cut with your sword,

Are there similarities?"

Wang Zhe happily shook the dog's head, which made the native dog confused for a long time.

The native dog jumped away and barked at him.

"Hey, you stupid dog, I am sharing my joy and imparting my experience and insights to you, but I still don't tell other people!"

The native dog turned around and left with a low growl.

"Practice is indeed interesting, and there are surprises everywhere."

Wang Zhe sat in the cave and meditated for a while. He felt more and more that his idea was right and that he could work hard in the direction.

As far as the eye can see,

Viewing the lake is like viewing a painting,

These are connected and interconnected.

Wang Zhe was in a good mood and went outside the mountain to watch the sky at night as usual.

Huh? He looked up at the sky.

At this time, the mountains and fields were silent, and a ray of black air flew through the air several hundred feet above the ground.

"Is there a demon? Come to Fu and look after the house."

Wang Zhe reached out and made a move, and the ancient sword flew into his hand. He moved to the bottom of the mountain and then chased the black energy.
