Finish this testimonial

I breathed a sigh of relief after writing these three words in the book. This book can be said to be the most difficult book I have ever written.

Everyone should have noticed that in the later period of Tongyou, almost all the side plots were cut off and the main plot was accelerated to finish. It was not because of anything else, but because Qi Yue's body couldn't hold it any longer.

I have told my friends about July’s physical problems several times in the group before. I didn’t tell everyone about it in the text because I was afraid it would affect reading. Now I can talk about it.

The past 20 years have indeed been full of disasters. Looking back on this year, it feels like a dream. I went to the hospital more times this year than in the previous ten years.

Tongyou was launched in January. I went to Shanghai to attend the annual meeting in the middle of the year. When I came back, I had some colds and physical discomfort. I always felt dizzy and weak.

Just in time for the epidemic, I was passing by a crowded place like the airport, so I quickly went to the hospital for a check-up. Fortunately, it was just a common cold, but it was found that my blood sugar and blood pressure were relatively high. The doctor said that the dizziness was also caused by high blood pressure.

So I started to eat healthily and exercise to lose weight. In April, I felt better. But in May, I suddenly felt severe pain in my kidneys. I went to the hospital and found out that it was kidney stones. I broke them three times in a row. I drank water for a month and then the stones were passed out.

.

I was tortured for a month and felt dizzy again in June. This time I went for a brain CT scan and found no abnormalities. The doctor said I still had high blood pressure. I still felt dizzy after taking medicine to lower my blood pressure. Finally, my father took me to find an old man.

After looking at it, a traditional Chinese medicine doctor found out that the cervical vertebrae compressed the blood vessels, causing insufficient blood supply to the brain and causing dizziness. It was only mild and would not have much impact on normal people, but it greatly affected my coding state.

After a detailed examination, he suffered from occupational diseases. His cervical spine was not good and his lumbar spine was bulging. He was overall in poor health. He really couldn't stand it anymore.

Coding seems to be a mental job, but in fact it is also a physical job.

Of course, I am committing suicide by myself. I have been too indulgent in coding full-time in the past few years.

When I was working before, I exercised a lot in July. I rode a bicycle to and from get off work for more than 20 kilometers every day. My office was on the first floor and the laboratory was on the fourth floor. I ran back and forth from the first floor to the fourth floor every day, easily taking 10,000 steps.

After working full-time, I rarely go downstairs every day. I have to sit for several hours while typing and my back hurts. Are you ready to rest and exercise? No, of course I have to lie down and watch movies and play games.

My diet is not very healthy either. Three meals a day and two are takeaways. I don’t enjoy anything without meat. I buy Fat House Happy Water by the box, and I rely on Red Bull coffee to stay alive in the middle of the night.

I used to refute my book friends when they called me Fat Qi and Feng Fatty. Now I look at my belly and I don’t seem to have the confidence to refute...

The body is the capital of revolution, and everyone should really pay attention to it.

Back to the book, after finishing Tongyou, I plan to take a few months off in July, lose weight, exercise, take traditional Chinese medicine to recuperate my body, recharge my batteries for the next book, and recharge my batteries at the same time.

Don't delete the books. You can keep one of the three books: The Strongest Boss System, Meet the Master, and The Great Sage Tongyou in your bookshelf. There will be a notice in July when new books will be released.

Finally, I wish you all good health. I hope you will still remember me when I come back in a few months. I love you all ( ̄ε ̄*)
