Chapter 525 Ketchup and lickers

"The living dead are rampant..."

On the TV screen, a beautiful reporter lady looked frightened and broadcast the shocking changes in Raccoon City live to the audience.

Crowds covered in blood and with gray eyes poured in from the end of the street. No sign of life could be found on these people, and many even had mutilated limbs and varying degrees of decay.

The zombie virus spreads like cancer cells crazily, infecting most of the citizens of Raccoon City, and the remaining few are struggling on the edge of death. The city is hopeless.

In the footage, SWAT police with live ammunition in their hands held weapons, and police cars lined up to act as bunkers, frantically unleashing firepower as the corpses approached.

After the rain of metal bullets, hordes of zombies were riddled with holes and dripping with sticky black blood. A few zombies died from being shot in the head, while more followed the desire to 'eat' and continued to move forward.

Although the guns and ammunition were powerful, the base of the walking dead was too large. The zombies slowly moved closer to the police car and quickly broke through the defense line.

Corpses surrounded her from all directions, and the police officers looked desperate in the footage. The beautiful reporter had nowhere to escape, and was swarmed by zombies and threw herself to the ground, letting out heart-rending screams.

The camera fell, snowflakes danced on the screen, and only the blood-curdling sounds of screaming and chewing were left.

Russell held a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce on top, rolled up a ball and stuffed it into his mouth, swallowing it whole.

"It is too sweet……"

The second plot begins, and there is no point in rushing to the hive now. He stays in the church and waits, waiting for Alice to come to the door.

Swish swish!!

The sound of claws scraping against the wall was heard, and a red shadow crashed through the floor-to-ceiling windows and lay on the ground with all four limbs.

Muscles bulged out from the thick limbs, and the claws on the forelimbs were sharp. The whole body looked like a skinned human being, with the brain exposed on the head and no eyes. The slender tongue-like mouthparts poked out and swayed back and forth in the air.

Licker!

Russell dropped the plate in his hand. The ketchup and the licker were the same color, which was really unappetizing.

The licker watched Russell warily, as if hesitating whether to attack or not. The muscles in his limbs were tense, but he finally couldn't hold back the smell of meat from Russell and pounced on him.

Bang!

With a gunshot, the Licker disintegrated in mid-air, with flesh and bones exploding everywhere.

There was another rustling sound outside the window, and three lickers climbed in along the wall. The muscles wrapped around the gums and the mouth was open, and they let out a hoarse roar like a beast.

Russell held both guns in his hands, and a golden light shone in his eyes. The result was beyond his expectation. The three lickers did not attack, but backed away from the window.

"What's going on? These guys can actually use their brains?"

Russell said to himself that he had always thought that the brain capacity of lickers was zero, but he did not expect that these lickers actually knew how to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.

Outside the window, three lickers were spinning in circles on the church wall. They longed for Russell's flesh and blood, but were afraid of Russell's power, wavering between hunger and death.

With these lickers around, there was basically no zombie activity near the church, so Russell allowed them to continue their activities. He got up and went to the priest's bedroom, where he picked a clean priest's robe from the closet and put it on.

There must be a priest in the church, otherwise God will lose face. Russell is not religious, but he admits that he has been taken care of by Gabriel, so he has to pretend to be a priest to give the church face.

"You're lucky in heaven to have a priest like me!"

After adjusting his black robe, Russell habitually touched his chest. It was empty and missing a pendant. He used the item card to take out the cross he got from the lottery.

The gorgeous cross engraved with hollow patterns is priceless. It is inlaid with blue gems. The necklace is made of pure gold and is very rich.

It has no divine power, just an ordinary cross, a little expensive at most.

"Wouldn't it be too ostentatious..."

As midnight approached, two women and one man helped each other towards the church. The black and hard Sergeant Payton, the female reporter Terry in professional attire, and the elite police officer Jill Valentine of the Special Tactics and Rescue Team.

Jill has been very unlucky recently. She was suspended from her job by her superiors for violent law enforcement. She had just stayed at home for two days when the zombie virus swept across the city and she rushed to the police station to return to work.

Just now, Umbrella Company blocked Raccoon City and shot at citizens who forced their way through. Her friend Sergeant Payton was bitten on the leg by a zombie while trying to save others.

As a last resort, they came to the church to make some temporary repairs, preparing to regain some strength and looking for a way out of Raccoon Town.

The three of them got rid of the zombies behind them and when they entered the church, they looked at the blind spot behind the security door and did not notice several sneaky figures on the wall staring at them.

There were only a few candles in the dim church hall, and there was insufficient light. Gil and Peyton held guns and searched for corners where zombies might be hidden.

At this moment, the side door of the hall was pushed open, and Russell came out with a plate of cakes. The four of them looked at each other and were stunned.

Russell put a piece of cake into his mouth and said in a muffled voice: "Sorry, the church is closed. If you want to pray or repent, you'd better come back tomorrow morning. But it's useless to come tomorrow morning, everyone else has ran away..."

The black sergeant Payton was speechless: "This... Father, there are dead people outside and zombies everywhere, how can you still be in the mood to eat?"

"What else? There is no signal for all TV programs, and there is nothing else to do except eating." Russell said, pushing the cake forward: "I made it myself, do you want to try it?"

Payton shook his head slightly: "Thank you for your kindness, but we have no appetite now!"

Five minutes later, the cake plate was cleaner than a dog licking it. They were chatting while eating, and they barely got to know each other.

Payton wiped the cream from the corner of his mouth: "Russell, Raccoon City is under martial law. The Umbrella Company has blocked all roads out of the city. Staying in the church will only lead to death. You have to leave with us."

Russell spread his hands: "I also want to leave, but this church is easy to get in and difficult to get out, so just stay here!"

"What do you mean?" Gil asked aloud, raising his hand to press the pistol on his waist.

Jill is very beautiful, with a proud figure, a delicate face, and a bold dressing style, with a blue tube top and a miniskirt, which basically leaks everything.

As for what can’t be missed…

The clothes she wore could protect the top but not the bottom. When she took a few steps, she looked like she was not wearing any clothes. There was nothing she couldn't reveal!

Russell secretly thought that the world was getting worse. He looked twice, then twice, and said calmly: "There are a few mutated zombies outside the church. They have been guarding the area since the afternoon. If you want to leave, you need their permission."

"Then you still have the heart to make a cake?" Payton was shocked. The black man's talent was fully revealed at night, and he saw two wide-eyed eyes.

"The Lord's light protects the church, and they dare not harm me!"

Russell held up the cross necklace on his chest with a pious look on his face. The star sapphire shone so brightly that Payton couldn't open his eyes.

Payton: The priest is so rich!

"I would rather believe that they were full at that time and that's why they left you here as a midnight snack." Jill said angrily, "It's too dangerous here. We must find a way to leave, the sooner the better!"

Payton agreed: "There is a weapons store on the next street. I suggested going there as the next stop. I don't have many bullets."

"Can!"

Seeing that Jill agreed, Payton grabbed Russell and said, "Father, God can't bless you, come with me."

Wow!!

The glass shattered, and seven or eight shadows rushed into the church hall under the cover of darkness.
