697 police, leave

Owen called Beth while driving the car quickly.

"Beth, I'm Owen. I just rescued Ken's mother and I'm rushing to you now. I need you to help me take them out of Turkey. The sooner the better..."

"No problem, I'll arrange the flight now."

Beth didn't hesitate at all. Owen was stunned for a while and finally said: "Beth, thank you."

After hanging up the phone, Owen knew what Beth meant behind all this.

This incident will definitely involve Beth, and it may also affect her company's negotiations with the Turkish government on the tap water project. Even if Beth is the major shareholder, it is not a multi-billion project that she can decide on her own.

But Beth agreed to his request without hesitation, without asking any questions or mentioning any losses she might face. This was a sign of trust.

The two got to know each other in times of adversity. Even if Owen saved her life, his support for Owen would be enough, but the trust between the two has never changed.

The car continued to drive and passed a police car parked on the side of the road. Immediately, the police car sounded its siren and slowly caught up from behind.

Owen knew that their car must have been wanted, which further proved that he was right to send Ken and his daughter out.

The sirens were getting louder and louder, and there were more than one police car chasing behind him. Owen glanced at the rearview mirror and then calculated everything around him.

In this situation, it was simply wishful thinking to send Lenore back. When Owen saw the intersection in front of him, an idea suddenly occurred to him.

"Lenoir, you jump out of the car when you turn the corner. There are depressions on both sides. Don't move after you land. I will lead the police away. After I leave, you can go to the Palace Hotel by yourself. Remember, when you jump out of the car, hold your head in your hands.

Keep your body tight and try to protect your head..."

Irving explained quickly, Lenore listened in confusion, Irving emphasized twice, and Lenore finally understood what Irving meant.

"Do you understand?"

Lenore nodded. Time did not allow her to ask any more questions. The car turned a corner, and the door had been opened long ago to avoid other accidents. Lenore jumped out and rolled along the grass, then lay motionless on the ground.

Irving's car didn't stop, and accelerated after turning the corner. The police cars behind him also followed him around the corner quickly, and no one of the cars noticed Lenore in the low-lying area.

It wasn't until the sirens could no longer be heard that Lenore got up from the ground in embarrassment.

She was in pain all over her body, but she followed Owen's instructions and protected her head, so they were all skin injuries.

After identifying the direction, she ran towards the Palace Hotel. Although she couldn't figure out why the police were chasing them even though she was the victim, she wisely chose to do as Owen said, even though she knew Owen well.

Not long, but this man had saved his daughter and now he had saved him, and Cam trusted him, and Brian trusted him, and Lenore felt that the only thing she needed to do was continue to trust him.

Passim Square

Irving was not familiar with the roads in Istanbul, so he ran around and ended up in Passim Square.

There are more and more police cars behind them. This is a business district with many tourists. They all try to avoid the chasing cars that are roaring towards them.

Owen drove the car back and forth between several streets in the square area. Every time he wanted to leave, he was blocked by police cars that arrived.

People did not leave immediately after being disturbed. Their faces showed excitement. They probably thought it was filming and someone was already looking around for the camera.

There was no way to go on like this. More and more police cars were surrounding him. Owen was forced to drive off the road. He drove towards the area with the most people. The crowd blocked his sight. When people got out of the way, he was already in front of him.

With no road left, Owen's car plunged into a cafe.

Several police cars suddenly stopped outside the cafe. The cafe was in a mess, and the flashing taillights could still be seen outside.

The police got out of the car, drew their guns, and blocked the outside of the cafe. When they cautiously approached, they discovered that the car was empty.

Behind the cafe, Owen walked out of a back door. He arranged his clothes to make himself look as normal as possible. He took a pair of sunglasses from a street stall and put them on. In front of him, a guy put on his motorcycle.

The car was parked on the side of the road, and he gathered around to watch the excitement. When he passed by, the car keys were already in Owen's hand, and Owen started the car and drove away.

In the police car, Detective Engel received a call from the headquarters. There was a shooting at the food store on Channing Old Street, and four Albanians were killed.

Just after hanging up the phone, another news came over the intercom. The murder suspect that the police had been chasing had escaped in Passim Square.

Engel's face was gloomy. He knew very well that the food store on Channing Old Street was a stronghold of the Albanians. Now that they were killed, the matter was getting bigger and bigger. It was no longer something that he, the small head of the serious crime team, could cover up.

.

The shooting at the Green Leaf Hotel, the shooting at Chanin Old Street, the car chase in Passim Square, and the series of big actions. The Albanians are not seeking revenge, they are trying to destroy Istanbul.

A trace of cruelty flashed across Engel's face, and he took out his phone and called his superior.

"...Yes, sir, these incidents are not simple shootings. They are conflicts between Albanian gangs and a group of foreign terrorists. They use Istanbul as a battlefield, and innocent citizens will become victims at any time. I suggest that it be upgraded

level, annihilate them all before they cause greater harm... Yes, I already have a plan..."

"Engel, I now grant you the highest command, don't let me down."

After receiving his boss's reply, Engel showed a proud smile.

Ten minutes later, the heavily armed SWAT team drove out of the police station. Since the matter had become a big deal, Engel decided to simply shoot everyone to death. He had the highest command authority on the battlefield, and he was sure that there would be no traces of anyone alive.

At the entrance of the Palace Hotel, a taxi slowly stopped. Lenore got out of the car and hurriedly ran towards the hotel with bare feet. When the driver saw Lenore running away without paying, he immediately shouted in Turkish and gave chase.

come over.

"Ma'am, you can't go in..."

Lenore was stopped by the security of the Palace Hotel. She was in a very embarrassed state, and her clothes were damaged in many places. The top was obviously not her own, but a men's suit. Her feet were bare. She looked more like a homeless person, and there were also clothes on the back.

There was a taxi driver who chased her for money.

"No, let me in, I want to find..."

"This lady is my friend, please leave it to me."

Alyssa stepped forward to stop the security guard from blocking her, and at the same time handed the chasing taxi driver a dollar bill. After finishing all this, she turned to Lenore and said: "Miss Beth asked me to wait for you here.

Take you up."

Upstairs, Lenore, who saw Kem, burst into tears. Beth waited for her for a few minutes and had to interrupt: "Mrs. Mills, I'm sorry, Owen asked me to take you to leave Turkey immediately, so please give me this suit."

You put it on immediately, we don’t have much time..."

"But, my passport..."

"Leave it to me to handle..."

A moment later, Beth and her group were escorted by bodyguards to the airport and boarded their private plane. A few minutes later, the plane received permission from the tower to begin taxiing and then took off.

Beth waited quietly. After the captain reported that he had left Turkish airspace, Beth sent a text message to Owen.
