715 FSB Doubt

Several cars were driving on the mountain road. After a while, the car arrived at a manor. Owen, wearing a black hood on his head and handcuffs on his hands, was taken out of the car and locked in a room on the second floor.

The hood was taken off, and Owen couldn't open his eyes under the dazzling lights. After a while, Owen realized that this looked like a renovated interrogation room. There was only a table in the middle of the empty room, and a computer hanging on the wall.

TV, camera in the corner, nothing else.

Before coming in, he was inspected manually and mechanically by two agents, and all the gadgets on his body were taken away without exception.

The micro locator, the finger knife in the belt buckle, and the small hidden wire were all put into a bag by the agents.

The door rang, and Mikhail's figure appeared. Owen shook his hands and realized that the chain between his handcuffs was locked in the buckle on the table.

"Is this how you treat people who help you?"

Owen said sarcastically.

Mikhail on the opposite side shrugged: "Sorry, we asked you to come here this time to cooperate with the investigation. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, we can only ask you to cooperate."

"Cooperate like this?"

Owen shook his hands and said sarcastically, Mikhail laughed loudly: "Yes, I'm sorry, I know your skills very well."

Owen smiled, the guy opposite really thought highly of him.

"Okay, Mr. Owen, I believe we all want to end it quickly, so let's get straight to the point..."

Mikhail threw a folder in front of Owen with a "pop" sound. Owen picked it up and flipped through it. It actually contained detailed information about each member of Omega.

Steve Irwin, nicknamed Cowboy, is the commander of CTU's Omega Special Forces...

Simon Riley, nicknamed Ghost, is a former SAS member who later joined the CTU and later joined the Omega Team as deputy commander...

Jack Estrada, nicknamed Heartbeat, was a former CTU Los Angeles branch agent who later joined the Omega Team...

Elzbieta Bosac, also known as Ela, is a former DEA agent who recently joined the Omega Team...

Bob Lee Swagger, nicknamed Bullseye, once sniped the Archbishop of Ethiopia, was pardoned, and served as a sniper in the Omega Team...

Jesse Kesbayev, nicknamed Night Owl, is a retired soldier of the 75th Ranger Regiment and later entered Omega...

Bartosz Fred, nicknamed the Fortune Teller, retired from the Polish Mobile Reaction Combat Force, specializing in sniping, and later joined Omega...

Monica Weiss, nicknamed IQ, is a former member of the FBI Tactical Team, and later joined the CTU Omega Team. She has now quit and is in a relationship with the team leader Steve Irwin...

"You see, I know a lot about you, and I know much more than that..."

Owen smiled. Since the other side was the Russian Federal Security Service, it was not surprising that they could find this. After all, Russia is also a military power, and the predecessor of the Federal Security Service was the KGB. To them, these are just child's play.

"If your intelligence is really accurate, then you should know that Omega has been disbanded and this force no longer exists."

Mikhail smiled and shook his head without saying a word. He just looked at Owen, as if to say, don't try to lie to me.

"What exactly do you want to ask?"

"Everything, like, what are you doing in Russia?"

"travel."

Owen said without hesitation.

"Do you think I will believe it? The CIA has just caused a horrific tragedy at Russia's capital airport, and then CTU agents quietly came to Russia's third largest city. You told me that you were just here for tourism. You

Do you think you believe it yourself?"

It turns out that this is the crux, and Owen's eyes became much more serious.

"I must emphasize that the Sheremetyevo Airport massacre was not done by the CIA. It was framed by Makarov in the United States. His purpose was to provoke a war between the United States and Russia, and even start a third world war."

"If you succeed, of course you can pass the blame to others at will. What's more, Makarov is dead, let alone you who didn't kill him. What do you say?"

Owen suddenly found that he had nothing to say, because Makarov was really silenced by the United States. From a Russian perspective, the matter was indeed unclear.

"But you can't prove that I am a spy. I did not engage in any espionage activities when I came to Russia this time, nor did I harm Russia's interests. I even helped you resolve a terrorist attack..."

Since Irving can't explain the matter clearly, he won't bother with them anymore. He can't control what will happen between the United States and Russia anyway. He just needs to explain his identity clearly.

Mikhail fell silent. He was just like Owen just now, he didn't want to admit but couldn't refute.

"Omega has been disbanded, and I don't have any official position now. Besides, Omega used to be an anti-terrorism team and does not engage in and has never engaged in any espionage activities. I think you should know this very well."

"Okay then, tell me everything about Omega."

"Are you kidding? I left the CTU, but it's not treason. Everything about Omega belongs to the top secrets of the United States. I'm sorry I can't obey. In addition, is this how Russia treats its partners who help them fight against terrorist attacks? You can't find any

Is this how the Federal Security Service does its business when it spends its time on speculative things like intelligence about terrorists?"

Owen's merciless sarcasm made Mikhail's face darken. He stared at Owen for a long time and finally got up and left.

The interrogation room was quiet, and Owen looked around. After a while, an FSB agent came in and unlocked Owen's handcuffs.

"Mr. Owen, we are not restricting your personal freedom now, but please do not leave this room, otherwise we may take some drastic measures..."

The handcuffs were untied and Owen rubbed his painful wrists. He was confused by the sudden softening of the other party's attitude. Owen was thinking about any possibility. Could it be that Baleleka's father intervened?

He didn't know where this place was, and he didn't walk long after being taken into the car, so he was sure that this place was not far from Beslan, or even within Beslan.

Then it is possible that Baleleka's father can influence the FSB, after all, this is still his sphere of influence.

A few minutes ago, in an office on the farm, Mikhail was answering the phone.

"Yes...yes, Mr. Director, we didn't use force, we just asked him to come back to cooperate with the investigation...Yes, what...President Wolfsky wants to see him? But we...Okay, I'll wait for your call."

…”

After hanging up the phone, Mikhail glanced in the direction of the interrogation room. The president actually wanted to see this guy...

In the interrogation room, Owen has gained complete freedom, as long as he does not leave the interrogation room.

He picked up the remote control on the table. On the TV, the news station happened to be broadcasting today's Beslan hostage incident.
