124: The Coming Conflict

"Can such a person become a professor?" Eddie's eyes were splitting. He felt as if he had eaten a lemon, and his mouth was sour.

"Is this strange?" Sergey calmly added, "Even someone like Quirrell, who can't read textbooks well, can become a professor. It seems that Lockhart is much better than him."

Eddie had to accept the fact that he would be with Lockhart for the next year.

After the four people checked out and got the books, they stuffed them into Joel's suitcase.

"Hurry up to the soda shop, I miss the raspberry jam there so much." Eddie wiped the sweat from his forehead, panting. They had just emerged from the crazy signing queue.

"Come with me to the Patchi Crucible Store," Allen frowned. "I received this flyer. They have released a new limited edition automatic stirring crucible. The sale ends at one o'clock at noon today."

The remaining three people looked at each other in confusion. Joel saw that Eddie's lips were white and knew that he was a little dehydrated, so he took the initiative and said, "I'll go with you. You two go to Florin's cold drink shop first."

Sergey's lips moved but he said no more.

"I want a combo of blueberries and raspberries. Remember to buy a big portion for me and I'll give you the money."

After giving instructions to Eddie, Joel also handed the suitcase to Sergey.

"Hey, wait..." Joel remembered something, opened the suitcase, and took out Riddle's diary. No one except Sergey saw this scene.

Joel stuffed his notebook into his robe pocket and followed Alan to the Crucible Shop.

He saw Ginny and Harry standing together. They hadn't seen each other for more than a year. Ginny had grown a lot taller, and her baby-fat cheeks had become thinner. Her whole body was like a willow branch with buds. Harry held her in his arms.

He has a complete set of Lockhart's works (which Lockhart gave to Harry as a souvenir photo when they just signed the book).

"Here, these are for you," Harry said hesitantly, "I'll buy another set."

Today he followed the Weasley family to Diagon Alley, saw with his own eyes the few gold coins left in the Weasley family's vault, and looked at the price of a Lockhart book for seven or eight galleons. He knew it.

If Ginny wants to buy a complete set of Lockhart's books, the Weasley family will probably have to save money for a while.

"Thank you." Ginny didn't dare to look at Harry, she just turned her head and responded quietly.

It didn't matter if she turned her head to the side, she saw Joel following Allen. His handsome face was so eye-catching that she couldn't even want to be discovered.

"Joel!" She suddenly became angry and trotted up to Joel, "You're such a big liar!"

It shocked Harry and Alan.

"Ron told me that you were one level above him, and you obviously skipped class at that time..." Ginny glanced at the other two people, and wisely changed the subject, "Why haven't you written to me since last year?

?”

"Ah..." Joel explained, "I thought you would be very angry when you learned the truth, so I didn't write any more letters."

Since meeting Ginny Ron in the first grade, Joel and the Weasley siblings have maintained a year-long correspondence and even sent two complete sets of CLBT course solutions.

"You two know each other?" Harry was a little surprised.

"Yes, I know Ron too!" Ginny treated Harry as if she was shy when meeting the person she likes, and treated Joel like the brother next door, and she didn't have any scruples when speaking. "It all happened the year before last."

Harry did some calculations the year before last. At that time, he was still living in dire straits in the cupboard under the stairs of the Dursleys' house and knew nothing about the wizarding world.

"You must like this very much, Potter?" As Joel expected, wherever there is Harry, there will be Draco Malfoy, and his domineering voice is annoying to hear, "You

It will be on the front page of the Daily Prophet again tomorrow morning."

He had a sarcastic smile on his face, "The famous Boy Who Lived, you are a piece of news wherever you go."

"Shut your mouth, do you think Harry wants this?" Ginny admired Harry as always, and she couldn't help but defend herself after hearing Malfoy's sarcasm.

"Potter, I haven't seen you all summer, and you actually found a girlfriend?" Malfoy made a surprised expression and said in a long and strange tone.

"I think the way you talk is really disgusting, Malfoy," Joel said after thinking about it, "just like your annoying father."

"What?" Malfoy then noticed Joel and Alan standing nearby. Hearing Joel's words, he thought he was hallucinating.

"If you want me to hear me humiliate your father again in public," Joel found that his sharp tongue skills are also quite good, "I don't mind either, your idiot father must be happy for his son to do this.

."

As soon as these words were spoken, Harry got an approving look. Ellen stood behind Joel, with his mouth wide open as if he could stuff an egg in. Ginny grinned.

Malfoy's pale face turned red, "You, you are..." He was incoherent. In his twelve years of life, he had never seen anyone talk about the father he admired like this.

"Alan, you go to the crucible store to buy something first, I'll wait for you outside." Joel also took the time to go back and arrange silly things for Alan.

"What are you?" He turned around and choked Malfoy. Joel's good mood throughout the summer vacation had made the Malfoys a mess. First, Lucius blocked the inheritance and mixed the Horcrux.

After that, Malfoy revealed all about Bernie's comparison, causing Haylis to complain to her parents. Bernie then turned back and revealed the story of his sister's relationship, leaving Joel and Hayley to spend the summer vacation together.

Didn't meet.

At this time, he was in a very bad mood, and when he met Malfoy, he wanted to vent the anger surging in his heart.

"Do you think having a rich dad can do whatever you want?" Joel snorted coldly.

"Otherwise?" Lucius's sinister voice suddenly appeared behind Joel, "Sorry, if you have money, you can do whatever you want."

Joel and Lucius looked at each other. He saw Mr. Weasley rushing here, so he stepped up his efforts to try to further anger Lucius.

"Really? I don't believe it." Joel sneered. He subconsciously wanted to sit down and imitate a certain host's classic moves, "Can you expel me from Hogwarts if you have the ability?"

"As a reminder, the Malfoy family is one of the directors of Hogwarts," Lucius said with a threatening tone, "If you want to be expelled, just try."

"Just try it." Joel snorted.

"Ah, Mr. Malfoy," Joel suddenly started acting like a monster, making everyone around him stunned. "You will not really put pressure on Principal Dumbledore because of a small conflict between me and your son."

Fire me?"

Lucius was stunned.

Mr. Weasley's energetic and positive voice came from behind.

"Lucius, have you finished dealing with those dark magic items at home? Are you actually interested in causing trouble for children?"
