Chapter 72: Want to break up?

"Are you talking to me about this now? Why didn't you say it when I called you? Huh?" Miao Yanru strode forward and put her hands firmly on the table, making a "pop" sound.

She changed from her usual fragility and revealed the sharp claws hidden behind her back.

Deng Ou composed himself. He raised his head slightly and looked at the girl in front of him. She was dressed like a seventeen-year-old girl, but at the moment she didn't look like the temperament she should have at that age.

"What do you want to talk about? I'm very busy now." Deng Ou said with a cold face.

Miao Yanru stared at him without blinking: "I just have a question, why don't you answer my call?"

When Deng Ou heard this, he held his forehead with his hands as if he had a headache. He grabbed his hair with his hands, and his bangs were in a mess.

"Can we not talk about this issue?" Deng Ou lowered his head and said without raising his head.

"That's the only question I have." Miao Yanru refused to give in at all. She looked at him calmly, with no emotion in her eyes.

Deng Ou buried his head and said nothing. He was very distressed and kept ruffling his hair.

"Okay, let's change the question. Do you want to break up?" Miao Yanru asked.

Deng Ou was stunned, and his frantic hand stopped. He raised his head and looked at Miao Yanru, his eyes bloodshot: "What do you mean?"

Miao Yanru supported the table, leaned forward, and tensed her arms. Her calm face showed signs of collapse.

"What do you mean by asking me? Then what do you mean!" Miao Yanru slapped the table angrily, and her whole body was on the verge of breaking out.

"When I called you, you didn't answer. When I asked you why you didn't answer, you didn't say anything. When I asked you if you wanted to break up, you didn't say anything. Instead, you asked me what I meant? I also want to ask you, what do you mean? What do you mean?

Meaning!!" Miao Yan angrily grabbed the documents on the table and threw them at Deng Ou like crazy.

Deng Ou sidled aside and hid. He stood up from the chair. His face was not very good. He stood a few meters away from Miao Yanru: "Can you calm down?"

"No." Miao Yanru lost her temper and looked at Deng Ou with the eyes of a resentful woman.

Deng Ou sighed, but still stood far away. He was afraid that Miao Yanru would throw something at him again.

"I asked someone to check the video. I can't do anything if I can't find the person behind the scenes, but I'm trying my best to clean up these videos. You always call me and ask me about this and that. I

I am a human being, I am also stressed, and I will also feel annoyed." Deng Ou frowned and finished a long sentence in one breath.

"So you just refused to answer?" Miao Yanru looked up at him, paused, "Why didn't you tell me?"

Deng Ou shook his head and was speechless.

"I know about the video, but I don't know who it is, and I'm trying my best to find out who it is. I just called you to comfort you, but you didn't even want to say a word of comfort. What do you want me to do?

"Think?" Miao Yanru said almost roaring, tears flowing out like a bursting dam.

"I said it, but you didn't listen." Deng Ou stood there and lowered his voice.

"If I don't listen, why don't you stop talking?" Miao Yanru asked.

Deng Ou closed his eyes, he couldn't argue with a woman.

"I'll ask you again, do you want to break up?" Miao Yanru knew that she couldn't mention that matter again, so she changed the subject and asked.

"You want to break up?" Deng Ou only said this.

"I'm asking about you." Miao Yanru emphasized her tone.

"I'm asking you too." Deng Ou replied calmly.

There was silence between the two of them. No one could give the other an answer. Only they knew the answer.

There was a large circle of people outside the office door. The girl who loved gossiping put her face against the door and listened carefully to what was going on inside.

"Shh - it seems to be quiet inside." The girl looked at the group of people who were looking at her with round eyes, and finally answered them.

"Were they hugging each other?" A boy exclaimed in a gossipy tone.

"No way."

Deng Ou walked to the door as usual and was caught off guard and opened the door.

The door suddenly opened, and the girl who had her ear against the door immediately stood up straight and stepped back, and the people surrounding her also returned to their seats.

Deng Ou stuck his head out and glanced at the group of people, focusing on the girl with unclear eyes, and then closed the door again without saying anything.

The moment Deng Ou closed the door, the girl let out a long sigh, arched her back and secretly returned to her work station.

Deng Ou closed the door and looked back at Miao Yanru who was standing there. She looked at him with her eyes open.

Deng Ou sighed, walked over and took Miao Yanru into his arms.

Miao Yanru buried her head in his arms and sobbed softly.

Miao Yanru skipped class in the morning, and then did not come to school for the whole day. Lao Zhou originally thought that Miao Yanru would come back in the afternoon, but there was no sign of her after looking forward to it. He couldn't help but feel a little annoyed, so he called directly

Arrive at Miao Mu's place.

"Hello?" Miao's mother picked up her cell phone and answered the unknown number.

"Ah, hello, are you Miao Yanru's parent?" Lao Zhou asked straight to the point.

"Well, I am, what happened to Miao Yanru." Miao's mother Lin Xiaoyue asked.

"Miao Yanru has always been obedient and sensible in the class. She has never done anything that violates class rules. Her grades are among the best in the class..." Lao Zhou, the head teacher, told him everything he could think of.

My mouth is almost dry.

"Hmm, um," Miao's mother put her cell phone on the table, turned on the loudspeaker, and mumbled while looking at the documents.

Lao Zhou paused for a moment and finally got to the point: "Although classmate Miao Yanru has been doing very well before, today, she skipped class, and now it's almost the end of school and there's no sign of her."

"Huh?" Miao's mother stopped flipping through the documents in her hand and tilted her head.

"Well, yes, Miao Yanru skipped class and hasn't returned to school yet." Lao Zhou repeated it again, indicating the importance of the matter.

"Teacher, you can deal with it as you like. You don't need to tell me." Miao's mother said with a chuckle.

"Well...don't you care about classmate Miao Yanru?" Lao Zhou asked cautiously.

Mother Miao picked up the phone, turned off the loudspeaker, and put it to her ear. She put down the documents in her hand, listened to what the person on the phone said, and chuckled a few more times: "As a teacher, you are dealing with students.

You must be more proficient in this aspect than me."

Lao Zhou smiled proudly and couldn't help but touch his beardless chin: "You can trust me so much, which is my pride as a teacher."

"Well, if anything happens to Miao Yanru or Miao Jian in the future, you don't need to tell me. You can just deal with it as you wish." Miao's mother said and hung up the phone and continued to read her documents.

Lao Zhou was still immersed in Miao's mother's sugar-coated bullets and didn't even notice that the other party hung up the phone. Since Miao Yanru's parents didn't say anything, he could go ahead and do it boldly.
