(91) Memories (Lillino Nor, VI)

She suddenly accelerated her speed, shook off the giant flaming hand chasing behind her, and rushed towards the direction of the lich.

The Lich was trying hard to fight with Gil in the air, but it was already at a disadvantage. It seemed to have noticed the rushing wind, and it let out a scream, and its whole body exploded into a cloud of smoke, and fled to the corner of the room.

However, it was all in vain. The magic bullets flying from the hand of the machine man, the flame beads emitted from the fingertips of the black-haired woman, and the purple lightning covering the female Sky Clan sword simultaneously covered the area, forcing the Lich to recover in embarrassment.

Prototype - only the black robe on his body is more torn.

"You will be punished!" he shouted angrily. "If you kill me, you will never be able to leave here!"

"Is what he said true?" Lily asked in a whistling voice while maintaining her attack on the lich.

"Maybe, who knows?" Gil replied noncommittally, while staring at the pair of leaping red flames, "Hey, do you know where your "original body" went, Lich?"

"Unless you stop, you'll never know!" the lich shouted hoarsely. It tried to cast spells several times, but failed because of Lily's inseparable attacks. Now it just relied on instinct to flee in panic.

"You're lying." The female mercenary once again formed two giant hands made of strong wind, blocking the lich's path. "You don't even know where your original body went?"

"I guess so, forget it, I didn't expect to get anything from him." Gil once again joined the attackers, "If you want to blame, just blame yourself. If you didn't come out for a sneak attack just now, maybe there could still be someone else.

A way to survive. Oh, provided that the guy over there agrees to let you go."

Of course that's impossible, Lily thought to herself. She stopped taking Gil's words, ignored the lich's pleas for mercy and curses, and just kept attacking.

Not long after, with an opportunity created for her by the black-haired woman, she condensed part of her body into a rock-solid fist, penetrated the lich's chest from behind, and then held the weapon stored inside,

A seemingly plain gray metal box.

"No!" "Earl Stark" let out a piercing scream, "You can't do this, I tell you-"

The wind element withdrew his fist, glanced at the box held in his palm, and threw it down casually, "Ariel, can you please deal with this?"

The Lich exploded into black smoke again, chasing the ground desperately. But a wall of force field spread out in front of it. This momentary obstacle was enough for Ariel to raise the giant sword and then swing it down.

The "Holy Light" on the sword's edge easily broke open the outer shell of the box, destroying it together with the Lich's life core hidden inside. The black smoke turned back into a mass of bones, and fell heavily to the ground, struggling to crawl.

He stood up and stared at the violent wind in the sky with malicious eyes.

"I didn't lie this time -" the red light in the Lich's eyes slowly dimmed, and his hoarse voice became less audible, "I'm very happy to have you buried with me..."

Before he finished speaking, the last flame of life dissipated from his head. This skeleton that had survived for hundreds of years finally ushered in true death.

"Okay, finally solved a problem?" Lily landed lightly on the ground and returned to human form, "Jill, you can continue."

The black-haired woman also landed not far away, picked up the oil lamp that had fallen to the ground, and shook her head.

"I'm afraid not." She looked at the dilapidated object in her hand, and then showed it to Lily - it looked dimmer than before, and even had rust on the surface. "The spell just now exhausted its remaining magic power.

Now this thing... is just an ordinary piece of junk."

"It sounds such a pity." Elio came over and sighed loudly, "Is there no way to restore it? Looking at the... illusion before, it seems to be a super powerful magic item."

"Yes, I'm curious about what Huruman Stark did to destroy it to its current state." The black-haired woman put the oil lamp into her pocket and patted it casually, "Maybe Bayard has something

We have to find a way to repair this thing, otherwise, we can probably only wait for time to restore it."

There was a sudden tremor on the ground, and An almost fell to the ground. Fortunately, Groom caught her with quick eyes and hands. Lily narrowed her eyes warily, but she felt that the vibration was not just the soles of her feet - but the entire space.

Trembling.

"Al, what happened?" She turned around and asked the agent beside her.

"I'm afraid what the lich said is true." Alphonse looked at the interior of the hall with a solemn expression, "I don't know how he did it, but I can feel that this demiplane is becoming more and more...

It's unstable, I'm afraid...if I'm not wrong, it will collapse soon."

"What happens after the collapse?" Lily asked, "What will happen to us?"

"The best outcome is that we will be thrown into an unknown space nearby." The machine man replied seriously. "The greater possibility is that we will disappear forever along with the demiplane."

"Then what are you waiting for!" Lily jumped up suddenly, "We have to get out of here quickly - before this place collapses. Gil, Elliot, you guys come together to help - I don't trust this place

There is only an entrance, but no exit!"

She quickly rushed to the other side of the hall, pushed open the door, and continued forward. The others followed closely behind her, trying to find any valuable clues from the surrounding environment.

The corridor displayed in front of them split to both sides, creating passages like branches, and finally led to the gray plain that seemed to be empty outside.

Since there was no object blocking her sight, Lily could easily see the end of this space, but to her disappointment, there was not another "Gate to Another World" there.

"It's not time to get discouraged yet." She turned around suddenly and began to look inside the room one by one. "If there is anything that looks strange, just tell us, Al, or Jill will judge it!"

The space trembles from time to time, each time more intense than the previous one. So far, no one has panicked or shouted, not even Elio and Bell. Everyone understands that here,

What things are really worth doing in an emergency situation?

Fortunately, according to Jill's judgment, they still had at least half an hour, or more, to escape. This was enough for them to check most of this demiplane, and Lily did not advance the results after that.

The plan to make a conclusion.

For her, the most important thing right now is just to work hard until the last moment.
