Chapter seven hundred and thirty seventh westbound journey
The once lush and green Baihu Ridge is now a barren landscape, with gloomy and dark clouds just floating around the tops of the mountains, swaying in the wind, but condensing.
Among them, the abnormal environment around Baihu Mountain inside Baihu Ridge is the most special.
It's full of spooky atmosphere, evil and unknown.
After collecting some interest, Mrs. Bones stood alone on the top of Baihu Mountain, looking around, concentrating on the surrounding environment and phenomena, silently thinking and speculating in her heart.
"I don't know when the team traveling westward to obtain scriptures will arrive here? Are their cultivation levels strong or weak?"
"If it's not as powerful as me, then it's easy to say, just rush up and devour it in one gulp. But if the team traveling westward to obtain scriptures is stronger than me, but not too much stronger, then the environmental anomaly in this place is not good.
It continues to maintain such an evil and ominous gloomy scene."
"If the gap between the two sides is too big, then let's give up. Don't give up my life for this."
Madam White Bones looked across the vast and majestic White Tiger Ridge with her blue soul eyes, various thoughts emerged in her mind, and she had her own calculations.
Immediately, she began to take the initiative, quickly roaming and exploring inside the majestic and steep White Tiger Ridge. With her powerful cultivation, she forcibly subdued many other demons that caught her fancy and accepted them as her subordinates.
This can be used for day-to-day dispatching, and it can also be used to monitor the progress of the westbound pilgrimage team near Baihuling at all times, so as to avoid accidental misses or failure to discover in advance.
After taking over his younger brother's subordinates.
Madam Baigu immediately issued an order, ordering these subordinates to tidy up the natural environment of the entire Baihu Ridge, and not to make the entire Baihu Ridge become as beautiful as it was more than five hundred years ago, with flowers and plants everywhere, and beautiful mountains and rivers.
At least it cannot be like now. At a glance, there are black clouds of evil floating around everywhere. It is not a good place at first glance.
This made the team heading west to seek Buddhist scriptures be alert in advance.
After giving her orders, Mrs. Bones entered a natural cave on her own, ignoring the piles of decaying bones scattered everywhere on the ground. She walked deep into the cave and sat alone on a table made entirely of bones.
On the throne.
Then assume a posture with five hearts in the sky, calm down, gather all the energy and spirit, and begin to practice silently and realize the Tao.
Try your best to make yourself stronger before the journey to the west arrives.
…
…
At the same time, on the other side.
Master Tripitaka, who set out from the Tang Dynasty in the East, rode an ordinary white horse alone to Wuzhi Mountain. He stretched out his hand to remove the seal and suppression left by Tathagata Buddha, and successfully released the Great Sage Qitian who was suppressed underneath.
Sun Wukong.
After Sun Wukong escaped from the trap, he did not just escape casually.
According to the words spoken by Guanyin Bodhisattva five hundred years ago, he worshiped Master Tripitaka, who is still an ordinary mortal, as his teacher. However, in the eyes of Sun Wukong, this teacher was at best a master, not a master.
Immediately, Tang Sanzang, the tenth Buddhist disciple, took his great disciple Sun Wukong, one man and one demon, and continued to move westward.
On the way, a tiger came across by chance and killed the ordinary white horse riding on Master Tripitaka. At the critical moment, this ferocious and colorful tiger was beaten to death by Sun Wukong with a stick.
Although Sun Wukong casually saved the frightened Master Tripitaka, Master Tripitaka also complained about Sun Wukong in his heart, thinking that he should not just kill the ferocious and colorful tiger, but should use the truth, goodness and beauty in his heart to influence it.
Let this tiger no longer kill at will.
For the first time, a gap arose between the ideas and thoughts of the master and the disciple, and the hidden danger of turning against each other and becoming enemies was laid.
Master Tripitaka hated Sun Wukong for killing people indiscriminately, while Sun Wukong hated Master Tripitaka for being pedantic, hopelessly stupid, unable to distinguish right from wrong, good from evil, and yet he liked to educate and criticize him in the name of master.
In this way, one man and one demon started a cold war and continued their journey westward.
On the way to a certain point.
Sun Wukong once again suffered a vicious plot from the Western cult Guanyin Bodhisattva. He asked Master Tripitaka to deceive Sun Wukong with words, put on a flower hat with a tight-knitting curse, and put a shackle collar on the rebellious Monkey King.
This also opens up a tragic future in which Monkey King, the Monkey King, is forced to become a lackey and thug of Buddhism.
After struggling several times, I finally had no choice.
Sun Wukong initially gave up the idea of escape and knocking Master Sanzang to death with a stick. He followed Master Sanzang and continued westward. Then he went to Yingchou Stream and took in the third prince Ao Run, the Dragon King of Guangjin in the West Sea, Zhen Long Ao.
Lie, riding a white dragon horse for his crotch.
On the road again, we reached Guanyin Temple.
Overtly or covertly showing off and comparing, the person in charge of Guanyin Temple, Jin Chishangren, was jealous of Master Tripitaka's brocade cassock, so he borrowed it to observe and study it carefully, and then became greedy and planned to set the house on fire.
The intention was to burn Master Tripitaka and his disciple Sun Wukong to death together, so as to monopolize the brocade cassock.
However, Master Jinchi didn’t know.
On the surface, the most precious Buddhist treasure, the brocade cassock, was personally gifted by the Tathagata Buddha and personally delivered by Guanyin Bodhisattva. In fact, it was originally Master Tripitaka's own personal belongings.
To be more detailed and precise.
The brocade cassock is an item left behind by the six-winged cicada Golden Cicada.
When the Golden Cicada was still a Six-winged Cicada, it entered the state of pupa transformation due to swallowing the life source of the bloodthirsty black mosquito. After the transformation was completed, the Six-winged Cicada became the Six-winged Cicada.
The shell that fell off during the transformation process of pupa transformed into a companion treasure because of the golden cicada's practice of Buddhism.
This accompanying treasure is the brocade cassock.
Nowadays, it is just returned to its original owner, but in the mouths of Guanyin Bodhisattva and other Western Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, it has become a protective treasure given to Master Tripitaka by them.
It has to be said that the shameless style of Western religion is very similar to that of the two Western sages Zhunti and Jieyin.
The brocade cassock is not afraid of fire, so it will be fine.
Master Tripitaka was protected by Sun Wukong, so he was not in danger of his life. On the contrary, Master Jinguang, who had evil intentions, was burned to a crisp by the fire he ordered and lost his life.
Also on this night.
Master Jin Guang's best friend, Black Bear Spirit, saw a raging fire burning inside Guanyin Monastery, and immediately came to Guanyin Monastery. On the way to find Master Jin Guang, he unexpectedly saw a brocade cassock that was not afraid of being burned by the fire.
The black bear was so happy that he took the opportunity to steal it, left at night, and returned to the nearby Batu Caves in Batu Mountain.
Wait until after dawn.
After Master Tripitaka heard Sun Wukong's dictation, he immediately felt angry and loudly asked Sun Wukong why he didn't take action to save the monks and Master Jinguang in Guanyin Temple because he was so powerful.
His pedantic appearance and the Holy Mother's words made Sun Wukong so angry that he couldn't help but want to hit this stupid bald donkey to death with a stick.
This experience once again worsened the relationship between Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong.
However, due to the shackles and servitude of the curse on his head, Sun Wukong still had to suppress the aggrieved anger in his heart and ran to find trouble with the Black Bear Spirit of Black Wind Mountain, only to find...
The mighty Monkey King, the Monkey King, could not defeat this black bear spirit.
