Ninety-eighth palm trial

Lian Dao's trial training was held at the training arena of Madison Square Garden.

The New York Knicks attached great importance to this trial. General manager Donnie Walsh and head coach D'Antoni both came to the scene, as well as Al Harrington, who was traded from the Warriors at the beginning of the season.

When Lian Dao entered, all eyes were focused on Lian Dao.

D'Antoni and Donnie Walsh also focused their attention on Lian Dao.

There is no way, some people are born to be in the spotlight.

The only person participating in the trial today is Lian Dao, which means that this is a separate trial prepared by the Knicks for Lian Dao.

Trial training is divided into two parts, uncontested trial training and confrontational trial training.

It is easy to understand that non-confrontation refers to some basic abilities, such as shooting, passing, dribbling over obstacles, catching and shooting or dunking, etc.

Confrontation training means that the team arranges personnel for one-on-one, three-on-three confrontations, etc.

Lian Dao completed the first part easily, especially Lian Dao's three-pointers. Even though D'Antoni had watched the video of Lian Dao's game, he was still surprised by the three-pointers that were nearly perfect.

Moreover, Lian Dao's passing also made D'Antoni's eyes shine. He has also coached outstanding passing players, and Nash is one of them.

Lian Dao's current passing ability is certainly not as good as Nash's, but his agility still allowed D'Antoni to see Lian Dao's talent in passing.

The second phase of the confrontation completely shocked D'Antoni's jaw.

They arranged for Al Harrington to go one-on-one with Lian Dao.

Lian Dao used a lightning-fast breakthrough to directly pass Al Harrington on the first ball, went to the basket and dunked directly.

To be honest, Al Harrington didn't even react to the ball and Lian Dao just passed it.

This ball also surprised D'Antoni, and then he looked at Donnie Walsh, who also shrugged.

After Donnie Walsh came back, he told D'Antoni about the situation, but D'Antoni was still dubious about it.

But through this shot, we can know that Donnie Walsh did not exaggerate.

Al Harrington was also surprised by Lian Dao's lightning speed, but besides being surprised, he was ashamed and angry.

Being passed over like air by a rookie who had not yet entered the league made him a little embarrassed in terms of face.

So for the second ball, he stepped up his defense, but Lian Dao still made a disguised speed break to pass him and then dunked.

Forced to stand for punishment!

The moment Lian Dao changed direction, his center of gravity was not very low, but his ability to dribble the ball was extremely low.

This is due to Lian Dao's super long wingspan.

At the same time, this also makes Al Harrington's defense more difficult.

After this ball, Al Harrington no longer regarded Lian Dao as a rookie.

He was always on guard against Lian Dao's lightning-fast breakthrough, but on the third ball, Lian Dao made a three-pointer directly from the outside.

He was so caught off guard. Since Lian Dao had Grant Hill's breakthrough skill package and the fastest first step badge, Lian Dao had a greater chance of making a three-pointer.

For the fourth ball, Lian Dao held the ball outside the three-point line and the three threats pretended to shoot from the outside.

"Don't even think about it, novice!"

At this time, Al Harrington jumped up like a frightened bird.

However, Lian Dao naturally took the ball back and looked at Al Harrington flying in the air.

Easily dribbled past Al Harrington and hit a three-pointer.

On the field, the relationship between the two seemed to be reversed, as if Al Harrington was the rookie who came to try out.

When D'Antoni saw this, he and Donnie Walsh looked at each other with a wry smile.

Al Harrington is here to test the player's strength. This is unilateral abuse.

D'Antoni originally wanted to call a timeout, but suddenly saw Lian Dao choose to play with his back on the fifth ball.

So he stopped the staff again.

We have long heard of his confrontation with Lian Dao, and his amazing strength has also been reported by many scouts.

But no matter how good an NCAA athlete is when he first enters the league, he will suffer a loss in terms of strength against the veterans.

He also wanted to see how Lian Dao, who was known for his strength, would perform.

Al Harrington was also furious at Lian Dao's back-to-back beating.

You're not satisfied with beating me with your shooting and speed, you also want to crush me with your strength.

And it starts from beyond the three-point line!

Therefore, Al Harrington also made up his mind to teach Lian Dao a lesson, guard against this ball, and let him understand that a rookie will always be a rookie.

However, Al Harrington soon gave up on this idea.

Because, he found that he couldn't resist Lian Dao at all. On the contrary, he was constantly pushed by Lian Dao's strange force to move inside.

Then, Lian Dao stepped up and down and scored a layup.

At this time, D'Antoni also blew the whistle.

You can't fight anymore. If you fight again, you might piss off Al Harrington.

Although the Knicks currently have no All-Star players, Al Harrington's scoring this season is still good, averaging 20.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.

Of course, this has something to do with the coreless chaos of the Knicks, but if he can average 20 points per game, at least this guy still has some strength.

And from this 5:0 score, we can also see the strength of Liandao.

After the trial, D'Antoni and Donnie Walsh invited Lian Dao and Guo Yuwei to have dinner.

Al Harrington was originally invited, but this guy was made suspicious of life by Lian Dao, so he refused to have dinner together.

During dinner, D'Antoni made no secret of his overtures to Lian Dao.

During the meal, he also discussed with Lian Dao the run-and-gun tactics used by USC and the "elevator door" tactics used in the finals.

Although Lian Dao is not as good as D'Antoni in terms of tactics, Lian Dao is more than 10 years ahead of D'Antoni in terms of the development of the league.

Therefore, some opinions also made D'Antoni's eyes shine.

Moreover, Lian Dao also emphasized the establishment of a defensive system and the rotation of the lineup.

Lian Dao simply put forward his own opinion. Whether D'Antoni listened to it or not was not his concern.

Just eating and chatting, besides, Lian Dao is not a Knicks player now.

After the tea and rice cooker, Lian Dao also ended his trial training in New York.

Next, I rested for one night in Tianyi Pavilion and had the following trial training.

"This little guy has improved again!" After the meal, D'Antoni and Donnie Walsh returned to the Knicks' general manager's office.

"Progress? Doesn't it mean he is hiding his clumsiness?" Donnie Walsh was a little confused.

After D'Antoni heard this, he shook his head mockingly,

"That's because those scouts didn't have a deep understanding. If you watch his game videos in depth, you will find that Zangzhuo can't do that level. It can only be said that this little guy has not been idle since the finals.

By the way, some time ago, I also heard that he held a training camp, and it was said that the reputation was pretty good.

It can be seen that he trains harder than we thought. And his potential is definitely greater!" D'Antoni said this like a miner who found gold, he was really happy.

"Donny, then we have succeeded this season." D'Antoni was a little excited.

But Donnie Walsh did shake his head.

"It's too early to say this now. It won't be announced until May 10th. You must know that president David Stern is a little disappointed with the Knicks. We still don't know what the lottery will be like!" said Downey.

·Walsh also shook his head and sighed, the Knicks’ mess is really hard to clean up.

In fact, David Stern has always wanted to completely activate New York, the largest football market, but the Knicks have always been like an old man who cannot be supported. The management is in chaos and the team has piled up a bunch of junk contracts.

David Stern couldn't bear it anymore and publicly criticized James Dolan in 2007: "They don't manage the team intelligently."

It shows how disappointed the old man is with the Knicks.

No one knows whether David Stern is willing to give the Knicks a chance this time!
