Through Yan Yuan's narration, I gained a deeper understanding of Tongtian Chedi. Not only did the doubts in my mind suddenly clear up, but I also gained a clearer understanding of the monks who have reached this level of cultivation.
In his story, there are actually only two types of monks. One of them is people like us who, after awakening to the Source of the Beginning, rely on the Source of the Beginning to mobilize the huge aura of heaven and earth around them for their own use.
The power is boundless, and he is an immortal.
The other type is those who have reached the state of reaching the realm of heaven and earth.
Once your cultivation reaches that level, every move, every breath and every breath will contain the rhythm of the Dao, resonate with the Dao, resonate with the heaven and earth, and be invincible.
Their strength is no longer measured by the amount and precision of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth they can mobilize, but directly involves the realm of Tao at a higher level.
Of course, the specific title may differ depending on the selected heritage.
For the rules that transcend everything, usually only Taoists call them "Tao", in Confucian schools it is called "Li", and in Buddhism, they call it "Dharma".
As the saying goes, Tao gives birth to one, gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things!
As the saying goes, the heart is reason, the unity of knowledge and action leads to conscience!
As the saying goes, all conditioned phenomena are like bubbles in a dream, like dew or lightning, and should be viewed as such!
No matter which one, once you touch it, it can be said that your cultivation has reached the realm of heaven and earth!
And this kind of realm title is different from the traditional division of levels of cultivation. It is more of an honorific and a macro scale, and does not involve specific realms such as Taichu and Dayan.
This is consistent with the kind of advanced monks that I have always longed for and hoped that I could achieve in the future and truly touch the path of the great road. But this time, I know this specific name for monks for the first time!
Only monks whose cultivation reaches the level of reaching the heaven and earth can truly be called the ancestors of a great inheritance and the foundation level figures.
However, this kind of monks spend almost all their time on integrating the Tao, and they never get out of the world easily.
The so-called integration of the Tao refers to the process in which a monk's essence and spirit gradually merge with the Tao of heaven and earth, and finally reach the supreme state of walking the Tao for heaven and replacing it with the will of heaven.
Once your cultivation reaches this level, the world must be in awe of them, because every call you make may be sensed by them, even if the call is a malicious curse, the same is true.
According to Yan Yuan's explanation, the person behind the "Mediocre Sect" of Confucianism was in the initial stage of integrating Taoism, and had just reached the level of Heaven and Earth.
However, precisely because of this, the current situation has become very delicate.
Because, relatively speaking, this kind of newly integrated monks are the most dangerous.
On the one hand, they are initially curious about their newly acquired abilities and will actively listen to anyone who calls their true name.
It is said that this process can also collect the energy of faith such as incense offered by believers, which is very mysterious.
But when it comes to the mysterious incense, even Yan Yuan doesn't know much about it and can only mention it in one sentence during the introduction.
On the other hand, many monks will also take advantage of this process to find their potential enemies, so that even if they are unable to strike the opponent accurately in the future, they still have an idea and can prepare countermeasures in advance.
In addition, there is also a saying that monks who merge with the Tao for the first time will receive the love of God, and their "listening" effect is even better than that of the veteran monks who can truly experience the feeling of practicing Tao for heaven.
As for those monks who have already reached this level, they are relatively calm. Most of them will completely hide from the world, devote themselves to the Tao, and seek the final destination of their immortal cultivation career to see if they can go further.
A monk at this level has no time at all, and at the same time has no intention to care about worldly affairs, which is relatively safer.
Just like a person, after experiencing youthful frivolity, youthful excitement, and mature age reflection, he often calms down and chooses to do something seriously to pursue the most persistent dream in his heart.
This kind of veteran monk who is all-powerful to the heavens and the earth will definitely bring about earth-shaking changes once he is born.
Even if Xuanhuang weeps blood and Yin and Yang are in chaos, it is not an exaggeration!
They are the foundation of a religion, and they will not take action easily until the critical moment when the religion is destroyed and people are destroyed.
Because this kind of monks have long looked down upon everything, even the sect they come from may become a fetter in their hearts and be abandoned.
As the saying goes, the way of heaven is ruthless. How can we expect those who are truly in harmony with the way of heaven to continue to retain the emotions of the human world?
Being able to take action is mostly due to the vows made back then, nothing more.
But for many monks who have reached this level of cultivation, it is difficult for them to have an oath to bind them.
In the face of the true way of heaven, no matter how harsh the oath is, it is just a joke and can be erased at any time without causing any backlash.
Their coldness and ruthlessness, their unscrupulous behavior after being offended, are like monsters, frightening all the monks.
Because of this, there are many monks who are already able to merge with Tao in order to obtain more powerful power, but are still unwilling to take that step.
Because they feel that after merging with the Tao, they are too unfamiliar and may no longer be themselves.
After all, who can tell clearly what the so-called fusion of Tao means that oneself merges with the Tao of Heaven and then acquires more powerful power?
Or is it that the way of heaven has merged with itself, causing the monks to become puppets, so that they can show the power of the way of heaven?
The monks who integrate the Tao may know this answer, but they are destined not to speak it, or they have no chance to speak it, so it becomes unsolvable.
It is precisely because of this uncertainty that even those who are most persistent in seeking the Tao in their lives will be discouraged at the final moment of integrating the Tao!
After all, it is quite difficult for a monk to practice to this level. Whether it is the countless cultivation resources consumed in the past or the various opportunities provided by God's care, it is already very rare. No one will bet on the fruit of their own path easily.
Therefore, people who choose to merge with the Tao often do so out of frustration due to the balance of forces.
For various purposes, by sacrificing a top combat power that can be channeled at any time, in order to achieve a monk who can suppress everything in a short period of time!
In this way, not only do we expect the sacrificed person to sweep away all enemies with invincible combat power, but we must at least form an explicit relationship of checks and balances to secure a better living environment for the forces we are from.
They need someone like this to suppress everything! (To be continued)
