Chapter 39: The Fake and Cold Big Idiot

After some discussion with Liu Wenjing, Wu Ma became more certain that the so-called "Monster Manual of the Tang Dynasty" in his mind was his own spiritual object.

According to Liu Wenjing, awakened disciples must practice enlightenment based on spiritual objects and understand the principles of enlightenment in them.

Isn't this the most interesting experimental material?

Putting aside for the time being the Turks who sent guillotines thousands of miles outside the city, and putting aside his dissatisfaction with the straightforward name of the Awakening Mansion, Wu Ma planned to concentrate on doing some experiments on the "Illustrated Book" to verify the idea that had sprouted in his mind before in the Juncheng Mansion.

Speculation.

Wu Ma was imagining the content and layout of the experiment in his mind. He was so excited that he was pacing back and forth and didn't even hear someone outside the yard shouting twice:

"You are a hypocritical, cold-blooded idiot!"

But Qingxia heard it and walked to the door of the main hall and said:

"Mr. Lang, there's someone making a noise outside the courtyard. Let's go take a look."

Wu Ma didn't pay any attention to the teasing look on Qingxia's face. After being recalled by her, she happened to hear the third shout from the man outside the hospital:

"I want to kiss the tip of my mouth and eat the bloody egg of a married woman!"

After listening to Dancing Horse, I just thought that the Dayu dialect matured and took shape as early as the distant Sui and Tang Dynasties. This is actually an important discovery in the archaeological field.

Unfortunately, after shouting this last sentence, there was no movement outside the hospital. Wu Ma and Qingxia went out to search twice but did not find who was making the noise. The plan to research the Dayu dialect was stillborn.

Wu Ma wanted to go back to the house to continue the experiment, but Qingxia refused to give up and planned to take a walk outside.

"Would you like to give it another try?" Qingxia said, "I think this is very interesting. Maybe we all know this person."

Not only do we know each other, we also talked face to face just now.

I even gave her a few looks.

Wu Ma thought in his heart, but said: "What can we do if we find her?"

Qingxia said: "What if this person is talking about some kind of spell - related to the awakening technique, should we check it... It's good to see the excitement."

As he said that, he winked at Dancing Horse.

How could there be such a nonsense spell?

Wu Ma wanted to knock on Qingxia's forehead, but immediately held back. This woman looked innocent and childish now, and God knows what she was harboring.

"I have something else to do today," Wu Ma calmed down, "Don't walk around, just dance your sword in the yard - the sound of your sword dancing is very nice, and it makes me feel very calm."

"Soothing the nerves?"

Qingxia reluctantly agreed, and obediently returned to the yard, weakly holding up her sword and dancing.

She danced softly and weakly, and looked at the dancing horse with sad eyes, which reminded people of the "Sword of Love" used by Wang Zuxian and Leslie Cheung in the movie "Ashes of Time".

Wu Ma returned to the house without squinting, and immediately looked at her through the crack in the door.

Letting Qingxia dance the sword in the yard while dancing the horse is definitely not just a joke after eating too much. This is an important part of today's experiment.

Based on the various strange phenomena and accidents that occurred in the County Cheng Mansion, Wu Ma initially drew three inferences -

[First inference]: The portrait in the blank space of the "Illustrated Book" corresponds to a certain character in reality. The more likely inference should be that it corresponds to an awakened disciple.

First look at the first blank portrait. The black bear monster is holding a black tassel gun. Tian Deping also has a black tassel gun;

When Tian Deping sacrificed, he summoned a shadow of a furbolg;

The object of the incantation that Tian Deping sacrificed and recited was the Black Wind God from Black Wind Mountain.

If Wu Ma remembers correctly, the black bear spirit who stole Tang Monk's cassock in Chapter 16 of Journey to the West lives in Batu Cave in Black Wind Mountain, and its weapon is the black tassel spear.

From the above details, it can be proved that the black bear monster in the first space corresponds to Tian Deping.

The second space is the portrait of the ancient Buddha of Qingdeng (supplement: one palm supports the elbow, and the other palm pinches the ancient Buddha pointing outward).

Faced with Tian Deping's life and death threat in the secret room, Wu Ma once wiped the wick repeatedly with the tail of the gray snake. As the wick turned on and off, Qingxia, who was originally in a coma, also had subtle physical reactions.

It can be concluded from this that Qingxia is related to the ancient Buddha portrait of Qingdeng. Wu Ma also vaguely speculates that Qingxia is also an awakened disciple.

Since the prefix of the "Illustrated Book" is Monsters of the Tang Dynasty, the portraits in it must also be related to monsters.

The dancing horse quickly reminded me of the unparalleled and passionate figure in the movie "Westward Journey" - Zixia.

Isn’t Zixia made from the wick of a lamp?

This is where the dancing horse named the purple-shirted woman.

Of course, Wu Ma didn't like the pretendingly cute girl in the yard, and he would never give her Zixia, a name that represented Wu Ma's longing for love as a boy.

It's good to be called Qingxia, and Wu Ma can carry out various experiments without any burden.

In addition, the two monsters that have appeared are related to elements of Journey to the West.

[Second inference]: Gray Snake’s changes to the portrait can affect the corresponding characters in reality.

This has been initially verified in the relationship between Dengwick and Qingxia.

[The third inference]: The color of the portrait is related to the status of the corresponding character in reality.

Specifically, when the corresponding character dies in reality, the portrait will turn into black and white - this is the latest change, as is the case with Tian Deping's portrait of the furbolg.

In reality, if the corresponding character is alive, the portrait will remain gray and white. This is the case with Qingxia's ancient Buddha blue lantern.

It is worth noting that Qingxia’s wick has undergone very obvious changes:

When she was in the secret room, when Qingxia was unconscious, the light of the lamp wick was as weak as a candle in the wind. Now, when Qingxia is dancing with a sword, giving birth to a dragon and a lively tiger, the lamp is dancing and bright.

Beyond that, there are three things that await more accurate conclusions:

[The first thing] Which people, or those awakened disciples, will have corresponding portraits on the illustrated book?

Tian Deping is the life and death enemy of Dancing Horse.

Qingxia is the person Tian Deping wants to save at all costs. She is the person who lives in the secret room with Wu Ma. Tian Deping sacrifices Wu Ma with the ultimate goal of reviving Wu Ma.

At this point, the two people who have appeared are closely related to the life and death of the dancing horse.

Who will be the next person? Dancing Horse is looking forward to it.

【The second thing】

What is the relationship between the portrait and the corresponding awakened disciple?

The relationship between Tian Deping and the black bear monster is similar to that between a believer and a god. Tian Deping can contact the black bear monster through sacrifice.

The relationship between Qingxia and the wick must be verified through experiments.

【The third thing】

It is also the key thing. What benefits can Dancing Horse get from the illustrations and the above messy conclusions and signs...
