It is extremely painful; eating human flesh here has endless benefits for me! If you starve me, you are guilty. You have to cut off the flesh and feed it to me!" Tathagata said: "I was still cultivating at that time and had nothing to gain. Today I am in charge of the four major continents.

Countless sentient beings are looking up to me, and if they do good deeds and offer sacrifices to me, I will teach them to sacrifice at your mouth first." How should Dapeng escape? So he had no choice but to take refuge.
