1128 Ghost in the Night

Along with his shouts, the formation of servants in front of him moved forward significantly faster.

To the left of these dense soldiers, a black golden eagle flag was hung on the outer wall of a collapsed magic tower with only half of it left. That place was already the territory of the Eilanhill Empire!

The battle lasted from early morning to dusk, and the demonic servant army of the Elanthir Empire had no intention of stopping its attack.

They put in one thousand troops one after another, and densely packed servant soldiers poured into Withollands in a way they had never dared to imagine before.

These heavily armed demon soldiers never thought that one day they would dare to disobey the Eye of Magic, let alone that they would dare to hold weapons and rush into Withollands as a conqueror!

Because this is the most sacred place for demons, making loud noises here is an act of great disrespect to the origin of magic.

If any lunatic acts wild here, the God's servants will use the most cruel method to kill the lunatic and then hang him on the city wall to dry.

But now, thousands of demon soldiers are holding their spears and swords high, and are rampaging through the city with the most frenzied killing methods.

They conquered ruins one after another, occupied one house after another, and killed the demons guarding them who were fighting for the origin of magic.

The demon soldiers in helmets and armor hung the black eagle flag on each of the buildings that had not completely collapsed, using the most direct method to declare the sovereignty of these places!

"It's almost exhausted!" Putting down the telescope in his hand again, Heidicannon said without any expression on his face: "It's time for our soldiers to come out! Let the soldiers be ready!"

"Yes! General!" An officer stood at attention and saluted, then turned and walked to the walkie-talkie, grabbed the receiver: "Get ready to attack!"

In a remaining building on the edge of the city that had already hung an eagle flag, the infantry of the Airanthil Empire were sorting out their equipment.

A human soldier is checking his automatic rifle. The heavy 10mm assault rifle looks very light under the operation of his exoskeleton arm, and every part is well lubricated.

He pulled the bolt, then looked at the situation inside the chamber, and then inserted a magazine full of bullets into the rifle.

The comrades beside him stuffed magazine after magazine into their backpacks, while the comrades opposite him were applying dark green paint on their faces at this time.

"After sunset! It's our turn to attack!" An officer walked into the building, glanced at his men who were preparing weapons and ammunition, and shouted loudly: "I hope you are ready."

"I hope those demons are ready... ready to face death!" Burleson, as the deputy battalion commander, sneered and inserted a cold dagger into the scabbard on the side of his calf.

In the distance, the sunset, which has turned red, has begun to sink into the horizon, and the light in the sky has become very, very dim.

Those two special moons, one behind the other, emit soft and bright light, making the entire sky reflect a light gray light.

"Check the equipment!" He stood up, picked up the helmet in front of him, and connected it to the mechanical spine behind his head.

After gaining support, the heavy helmet was naturally buckled down and placed on Burlison's head.

The thick visor covered Burrison's face with the inaudible sound of motor rolling, and then the panoramic monitor illuminated Burrerson's face.

"The system has detected insufficient visibility! The system has detected insufficient visibility!" The computer that was started immediately sounded an alarm tone.

Immediately afterwards, as the alarm beep echoed, the computer beep sounded again: "The auxiliary equipment starts working, and the low-light night vision system starts!"

All the scenes in front of Burlison turned green, and then the outlines of these scenes became clear.

The sun in the distance has long since sunk into the earth, and everything around him has become dim, but the display in Burrison's visor still clearly provides all the surrounding scenes.

"Let's go!" He picked up his weapons and stepped forward. All the soldiers in front of him picked up their weapons, pushed open the door, and walked out of the building.

Outside the building, the soldiers who were on standby gave Burlison a simple salute. The Irish heavy armored grenadiers went into battle on the first night of the Battle of Withollands.

They are ghosts in the night, they are vampire-like troops. Night is their best disguise, and darkness is their camouflage.

Although they were wearing heavy armor, their footsteps were still light. In the dark night, they scattered along the streets like ghosts and disappeared into the silent city of Withollands.

When these shadows passed by, the servant soldiers stationed in the ruins noticed the shadows passing by them.

The startled soldiers were just about to blow the horn when they saw the certificates being held up to their eyes. Only then did they realize that these ghosts in the night were human soldiers on a mission.

One of the surviving houses was filled with the wounded of the demon defenders. The demon soldiers, who had worked hard all day, leaned against the wall and closed their eyes in exhaustion.

After finally supporting the army of demon servants on the opposite side to stop attacking, these demons hugged their weapons and immediately fell into a sweet dream.

A demon standing guard looked into the dark distance. Exhaustion caused him to close his eyes from time to time. But his perseverance kept him going and he did not fall asleep in such a quiet night.

"Those damn bastards have betrayed their beliefs. Tomorrow we will let them know the power of the origin of magic!" Two patrolling soldiers passed by not far away, and one of them said to the other.

"You're right! We should let them know how powerful we are!" Another soldier nodded, and his words could travel far away in the particularly quiet evening.

Just where they passed, in a dark corner, suddenly, a dark green lens emitted a faint light like a ghost.

A few seconds later, a pair of demon boots were dragged into the darkness, and the demon soldier who had just been standing guard at the edge of the house had disappeared.

There is only a pool of black blood on the ground. In this black night full of blood, no one will find it at all...
