The Future Building is an office building, so the entire interior does not pursue splendor and luxury, but is also based on simplicity and liveliness, integrating the inherent luxury into every inch of space inconspicuously, forming a unique charm.

Now that the Future Building has been officially opened, many white-collar workers are hurrying in and out. At the service desk in the middle of the lobby, a uniformed receptionist is answering guests' questions cordially and enthusiastically.
In a corner on one side of the lobby, the Shoujingjinghao Cafe is open for business, and many white-collar workers are receiving friends or clients in the cafe.
Sun Dahai shook his head with a smile, this is really a good thing that does not go to outsiders.
The manager of the Future Building Property Company is an old acquaintance of Sun Dahai, the former manager Lin of the Bafu Garden Property Company. Sun Dahai was shocked when they were introduced earlier. He did not know beforehand that Manager Lin was actually poached into his company.
It was originally scheduled that the manager of the Future Building Property Management Company was Zhao Jun, and all the early work was also completed by Zhao Jun. But now he has been robbed by Zhu Lihua. The Blue Ocean Garden project in Silicon Valley is about to be ready for leasing, and there is also a need there.

Manager Lin heard about the relationship between Sui Jinghao and the company. He had an idea and found the store manager of Sui Jinghao's future building store. After the two discussed, Sui Jinghao changed the originally selected location and moved to the store next to the main building.

This will be Xiangjiang's top business district and shopping district in the future, with many high-end customers and guaranteed customer flow. Therefore, it will be difficult for these stores to lose money as long as they don't make a fool of themselves in business.
Similarly, several of them will also be involved in the Silicon Valley Blue Ocean Garden project, which is still under construction. However, to what extent they can develop there in the future and whether they will be acclimated to the climate, Sun Dahai is not sure now.
However, Sun Dahai didn't believe that a Chinese chef who could make pineapple old meat and sweet and sour pork ribs could not fool an American who could eat damn General Tso's chicken all day long. To put it bluntly, it wasn't just delicious.

The lobby is spacious and grand, with the Suijinghao Cafe and the public rest area on both sides. In the middle is the reception desk, and behind it are three sets of passenger elevators, each with four sets.

The high-rise elevator group is actually almost a dedicated elevator for erecting future employees. Because these four elevators run from the 2nd to the 24th floor, this can greatly improve the efficiency and confidentiality of erecting future employees.

Users who use this set of elevators need to swipe their cards, and the future employee badges have chips inside them and use the latest radio frequency identification technology, which is considered trendy.

The usable area of each floor of the Future Building is close to 20,000 square feet, about 1,670 square meters. The 33rd floor is dedicated to Sun Dahai. In addition to an office over 100 meters long, there are also study rooms, small conference rooms and bedrooms.
In addition, there is a bar, kitchen, dining room, audio-visual room, secretary work area, two assistant offices, and two attendant lounges.
These rooms add up to six to seven hundred square meters, and the remaining space is designed as a rooftop sun greenhouse, using self-cleaning equipment imported from Germany. The light in the greenhouse is adjustable and constant temperature and humidity are guaranteed.
In addition to various green plants, there are also some strange rocks, a winding stream, and a small pond in the greenhouse, with red goldfish swimming in it.
This rooftop greenhouse was designed by Na Wei, the designer of Decoration Life. Na Wei and Fang Ying were the first batch of trainees to benefit from Sun Dahai’s sponsorship of CUHK.
The greenhouse on the top floor of the Future Building was her graduation project when she graduated from graduate school. It stood out among other works and won the Best Graduation Project Award this year. This shows that her design is unique.
This is Sun Dahai's first time here. Although everyone else has visited more than once, they still seem to be very interested in shopping here.
Now the entire 33rd floor is under Gao Yi's management. She is in the middle of summer vacation. She spends half a day every day going to several companies for rotation, and the remaining half of the day comes back here to handle some daily documents.
There is an assistant office here that has been allocated to Gao Yi. The assistant offices are all suites. Except for the outer room which is an office of more than 20 square meters, there is also a separate bathroom and small bedroom inside, which is exclusively for her use.
The secretarial area has two independent workstations and four public workstations. Currently, Sun Dahai does not have his own secretary, so there are only two staff here to do chores for the time being, and they can be regarded as Gao Yi's temporary subordinates.
The attendant lounge is specially reserved for bodyguards and drivers. Sun Dahai currently does not have any of these standard attendant configurations, so the room can only be left vacant for now.
The audio-visual room can not only watch audio and video materials, but also has another important function, which is that you can connect to several conference rooms belonging to the company at any time to conduct video conferencing or supervise the meeting process.
