Chapter 642 Labor export and entrustment

Although Jiahua's main framework has not been announced to the public, everyone present has already known it.

Chen Feng is the general manager and is also in charge of finance. Alaya is responsible for investment management. Mark, Ouyang Meimei and Susan will be responsible for agricultural project management, hotel and resort management, and tourism management respectively in the future.

The latter two will go out independently and establish separate companies when conditions are mature. The entire Jiahua Investment Company will implement a large business unit system in management in the future, and all projects will be under double cross-management.

Currently, Jiahua is still lacking an administrative director, responsible for the company's personnel, logistics and comprehensive affairs.

For this position, Sun Dahai plans to tap potential internally and let Steven promote suitable candidates from the reserve cadres who have established the future department. Relying on poaching people all the time is not a long-term solution. Not only is it costly, but it is also not conducive to the company's establishment of internal promotion channels.

Jiahua's current work is quite detailed, and the workload is also very heavy. Mark went to the United States this morning, and Ouyang Meimei happened to be going to the United States as well. She left the company with Mark and headed to the airport.

However, their destinations are different. Mark is going to Garrison Ranch, located in Montana in the northwest of the United States. Ouyang Meimei is going to the headquarters of Marriott International Hotel Management Group in Bethesda, Maryland, which is in the United States.

East Coast, next to Washington, DC.

Once the two of them went to the west and east of the United States, they just set off to Kai Tak Airport together. Then they separated and took separate flights.

One of them flew across the Atlantic Ocean via Europe, and the other traveled across the Pacific Ocean, passing through Tokyo and Alaska. Together, the two routes circled the earth exactly once.

Regarding hotel services and ancillary management, Jiahua Company is currently tentatively planning to cooperate with Marriott Group.

With the help of Zhu Lihua, Ouyang Meimei has conducted three rounds of negotiations with the other party. The prospects for the negotiations are very optimistic. The two parties have reached agreement on a number of major issues and are expected to complete all negotiations within one to two rounds.

Marriott Group is far from being a world-class hotel management group. They just completed the acquisition of the Travelodge hotel chain this year and will launch their own affordable hotel brand.

Marriott's diversified expansion has just begun and is not going very smoothly. Marriott's management was greatly encouraged by Jiahua's initiative to join.

It is rumored that the big boss behind Marriott has given special instructions, requiring the negotiation team to promote this cooperation and organize the best management team to fully participate in the follow-up work of the Jiahua project.

This is also the "horse bone of Qianjin City"!

It's a pity that foreigners are uneducated and cannot express such concise but infinitely meaningful phrases.

After several briefing sessions and formal negotiations, Ouyang Meimei, who was trembling from the beginning and was so nervous that she couldn't speak clearly, gradually became able to stick to her own opinions and never give in on key issues.

Even Zhu Lihua said that this little girl has made great progress. It seems that she lacks enough pressure and does not get good exercise.

There are many projects currently under construction in Jiahua. Among them, Jiahua Daqingshan Resort was capped at the end of last month and is currently undergoing internal renovation. It is expected to start trial operation during the Spring Festival next year.

Mr. Huang has booked all the rooms for the week before the trial opening, and he wants to invite his old comrades and their families to go there for vacation.

The Daqingshan project is Jiahua's first major project and has been in progress for a year and a half. With the completion of the villa construction, the first two phases of the entire project have also officially come to an end. The third phase of the project will start next spring.

Continue after thawing.

Daqingshan is located in a high latitude area, and the infrastructure projects are affected by the weather and the progress is relatively slow. However, the affiliated agriculture, forestry and breeding projects are carried out very smoothly.

It's just that Sun Dahai pursues high-quality original ecology, so the output of each project is still at a relatively low level. It will take at least two or three years to achieve self-sufficiency and meet the needs of the guests of the resort while ensuring quality.

Even though the Daqingshan project is nearly a year earlier than Garrison Ranch, the overall progress is actually about the same. The American side is fully mechanized and the progress of various projects is very fast.

After the beginning of spring this year, the construction of Jiahua Garrison Ranch Leisure Manor has started, and all the infrastructure and exterior parts will be completed in half a year. There is really no difficulty in a building complex with a maximum height of three floors.

Ranch Manor and Daqingshan Villa have also entered the interior decoration stage and are expected to be delivered for use around March next year.

Sun Dahai asked Huang Feifei to find 20 employees from Shiweitian and send them to Garrison Ranch. Half of them were for learning and the other half were real labor exports.

Everything is good over there in Billings, but the population is too sparse. The ranch needs to develop many new projects, and there are many jobs being recruited, but there are only a few applicants.

After Sun Dahai heard the news, he immediately thought of a solution. Taking advantage of the good relations between the two countries, he could send people from China to work there. The country was overcrowded.

The first batch of dispatched laborers consisted of twenty people, ten of whom were designated by Sun Dahai to work in vegetable plantations, chicken, duck and goose bases and freshwater aquatic products, as well as a Chinese chef.

The other ten students were students from Shiweitian who went to learn advanced experience. They mainly learned the large-scale breeding and management experience of American cattle and sheep.

Regardless of whether it is a long-term labor service or a one-year learner, the current manpower of Garrison Ranch is barely enough.

There are currently only two foreign affairs vocational high schools in the capital, with a total of six classes in each grade and less than 200 students. They are actually junior vocational schools that train foreign-related catering and hotel waiters.

Since Sun Dahai planned to build a five-star hotel and resort last year, he asked Mr. Huang and Jiang Xiuping to come forward and reach an agreement with the Education Bureau and the Commerce Bureau (Foreign Affairs Vocational High School is under the dual management of the Education Bureau and the Commerce Bureau).

Each additional training class with a size of 30 people will be added, and the school will recruit students uniformly, and they will be interviewed by Jiahua Company.

All fees for the commissioned training classes will be borne by Jiahua Company. After students pass the exam and graduate, Jiahua Company will be responsible for accepting and arranging jobs. This cooperation is tentatively scheduled for five years.

At present, the training program has entered its second year, and the outstanding students among the first batch of students will participate in internships in advance during the winter vacation. In the second half of next year, the first batch of students will officially start internships. Subsequent batches of students will

It will fill most of the personnel gaps in domestic Jiahua Hotels and several resort projects.

In fact, catering companies such as No. 9 Hot Pot Restaurant also have a large staff gap. However, there are too few relevant vocational schools in China, so Sun Dahai can only try his best to meet the hotel's staff needs.

Catering companies can only temporarily overcome the difficulties and continue to recruit local fresh graduates and provide short-term training.
