Chapter Thirty-Three: Gap

Under the white moonlight, a silver-white door stood on the wasteland, adding a touch of mystery to the dilapidated ruins.

"Now it's just a matter of getting in."

Angers covered his arms and looked at the door woven with his blood, feeling the mystery of China.

The silver-white door has dark red patterns, which were formed by Angers blood.

"If we use normal means, we would have to turn the door completely red."

Angers looked at the pattern on the door and explained.

Several people from the Tiandihui took out the explosives from their backpacks and were trying to throw the explosives into the Nibelungs.

"Don't make trouble, we still have to go in and take a look."

Angers stopped the excessive behavior of several people, and tremblingly, supported by Ander, he walked towards the door.

Angers put his fingers on the door and felt the door's special touch, like some kind of special rubber that was both elastic and tough.

This door is not something that can be summoned by a simple magic circle, but it already exists here. The function of the magic circle is just to make the door appear.

Ender also poked at the door curiously with his finger. Under Ender's strength, a hole was made in the door, and Ender's finger sank deeply into it.

"Do you feel like this door is getting softer?"

Ender asked.

"Maybe the time is coming, hurry in..."

Before Angers finished speaking, the silver door began to collapse and melt as if it were made of wax. The silver-white liquid spread out and turned into a pool of viscous glowing liquid.

"Ah, something seems to have happened."

The moon was obscured by dark clouds, leaving only the liquid on the ground emitting a strange light, and everything around it became blurry.

Rustling sounds began to appear all around, and strange yellow lights floated in the distance.

Under the dragon's powerful eyesight, Ender saw clearly the true forms of those yellow lanterns, which were countless Deadpools.

Most of them wore official uniforms with various beasts embroidered on them. The braids on their backs were thin and small, and only a small area on the back of their heads had hair.

"Angers, what's going on?"

The situation now is very strange. The door has obviously collapsed and the positions of several people have not changed, but there are a lot of dead waiters around.

"I'm afraid we are already inside the Nibelungen."

Angers held the knife and stared at the dead waiters who suddenly appeared. They all moved very slowly and did not show any aggression.

"What about Dragon Vein? Where's Friedrich? Don't tell me they came here just for a bunch of damn corpses."

Deadpool is wandering around Ender and the others, still some distance away from them, but they must find a way to break the situation as soon as possible.

Ender recalled the previous situation. He had some research, or talent, on conjuration spells that controlled time and space. After all, these spells should not be too convenient to escape.

Ender took a few deep breaths, letting his magic power overflow and sensing the situation in this space.

In Ender's perception, the structure of this space is very distorted, like two pieces of bread being squeezed together, and two spaces of different properties being roughly mixed together.

Ender felt the shock caused by this unstable space and had already made a conclusion in his mind.

"We are between the Nibelungs and this world."

This is the junction between the Nibelungen and the real world. It belongs to the Nibelungen, the country of the dead, but it does not belong to this land of the dead.

Ender tried to touch the deadpools that were slowly wandering around. Sure enough, Ender's palm passed through the deadpool dressed as a Tatar military attache, as if he was just an illusion.

"See, we are not in the same space as them."

Chu Jie also stepped forward, waving his arms boldly, trying to touch the dead waiters.

"I really wore it. Uncle De, you are so awesome. How did you know that?"

"talent."

Ender smiled and explained what this space looked like to him, wanting to show off his power to these people.

But the effect was not very obvious. Several people from the Heaven and Earth Club tilted their heads, seeming to be thinking about what space is.

Angers quickly reacted, and now they must find a way to leave here and go to Nibelungen.

"Then what do we do now?"

Ender spread his hands and showed a helpless expression.

"I don't know, this kind of thing should be your job as a dragon historian."

Angers frowned. His group was supposed to enter the Nibelungen through the door, but the door suddenly melted and collapsed.

This may mean that there is something wrong with the way you entered the Nibelungs.

Angers recalled the stories about the Nibelungs and the Secret Party's years of research, the Kingdom of the Dead, Avalon Fantasyland, Helheim in Norse mythology...

Myths related to the underworld appeared in Ange's mind one after another. As a mixed race who received a doctorate in history from Cambridge at a young age, these stories were already familiar to him.

Angers lowered his head and thought, and suddenly saw the silver-white liquid under his feet. Liquid or water has always been layered in mythology, with the living above the water and the dead below the water.

"It's water, look at your feet!"

Several people looked at the liquid at their feet. These silver-white liquids showed mercury-like properties and formed a circular pool of water at their feet.

"We need to get through this water into the Nibelungs."

Ao Ran's explanation is concise but unconvincing.

"But we're on top of this pool of water... or something?"

Ender lifted his foot, and the viscous liquid stretched out a long thread between the upper of the shoe and the ground, and then fell on Ender's trouser leg under the action of gravity.

The drop of liquid rolled on Ender's pants and returned to the liquid on the ground. It was very interesting to watch.

"Maybe we need to get a little closer."

Chu Hao lay on the ground, as if trying to get into the liquid, but it didn't work at all.

"Foreign scholars, that's not possible."

He frowned proudly, as if he had overlooked something.

"Do you want us to die once? I don't know necromancy."

Ender whispered softly.

This gave Ao Ran a hint, and Ao Ran suddenly had an enlightenment.

"Yes, let us die once!"

"Are you crazy?"

Ender also thought that his family member was tortured crazy by the current situation. If this was the case, he would have no choice but to let Ang Ran run for President of the United States instead of Principal Cassell.

"No, do you know what sleep is called in many religions?"

"It's called a little death."

During sleep, the human body loses control, as if it were dead. This is why many religions associate death with sleep, and even those believers will pray to gods to protect them from death before going to sleep.

Arrogantly recalling the sleep technique that Ander taught him before, he did not hesitate to activate the magic on the Tiandihui people in front of him.

A fan-shaped shock wave flew out, and the four unsuspecting Tiandihui were immediately struck and fell asleep on the water.

The next moment, their bodies slowly submerged into the water.

"Success!"

But Ander covered his face and asked:

"Have you ever considered how to wake them up over there?"

"Ah this..."

"Then hurry up and get there!"

The light flashed past, and the place was empty, leaving only the pool of silver-white liquid, swaying slightly.
