Chapter 56: Dragon or Human?

Under Ander Physics' persuasion, Henkel finally agreed to restrain his men, but Ender knew that Americans accustomed to freedom might not necessarily listen to Henkel's words.

But it doesn't matter, those hybrids who entered the Northern Dynasties will learn to obey the rules through blood.

However, Henkel was not so easy to talk to Angers' request. The mixed race in the United States are a group of anarchists. They don't have to join the army, but whoever wants to restrict their freedom, they don't mind using weapons to make that person

I know how powerful they are.

"Compulsory enrollment? Do you know what you are talking about? I told you last time, it's impossible."

Henkel struggled, as if Angers had made some incredible suggestion.

In the south, most mixed-race people hire teachers at home, and only a small number of people go to Europe to study. Even today in the twentieth century, this group of American country bumpkins still adhere to the principles they came to this land in the seventeenth century.

current educational methods.

"Henkel, this is the twentieth century, and there were public schools in this land hundreds of years ago."

Angers held his hands and looked at the excited Henkel. Although he hated the man who shot him in the back, he had to make some concessions for the smooth opening of the academy.

"I tell you Angers, no one is willing to send their children to the north to learn those frivolous things, and you don't want to tie your children to an academy."

Henkel showed his smooth teeth and made a threatening expression.

Ender looked at Henkel who was on the ground and looked like he would kill me if he wanted to open the academy. He patted Angers on the shoulder and motioned for him to move aside.

With Ender's silent spell, Henkel was pulled out of the ground like an old carrot by an unknown force.

Under the influence of the mage's hand, three chairs from Henkel's house flew out of the window and landed on the ground outside the house.

"Mr. Henkel, please sit down."

Ander pushed Henkel down on the chair and called Angers to come over and sit down. Now that Angers' college had enrollment problems, Ander had to come up with something good to prevent Kassel College from being stillborn.

"What exactly is your word spirit?"

Henkel watched Ender's hand pick up objects from the air, and thought about which word spirit on the periodic table of word spirits could do this.

"Word Spirit: omnipotent, the Word Spirit that can solve all problems"

Ander made up a word spirit at random, and Henkel smiled and said nothing. After all, the word spirit involved his own secrets, and it was normal for him not to reveal it.

"Stop talking about this, I'll show you something good. You won't be able to guess what I saw in China."

Since Ander stayed in China, the secret party has never gone to China to collect dragon-related cultural relics. Angers is now also curious about what Ander has obtained in China over the years.

"Sir Henkel, please keep the next thing a secret, okay?"

Henkel nodded, patted the dust on his body, and sat upright in his silk pajamas, looking a little funny.

Ender took out a cylinder from the space bag. Now the space bag was disguised as a backpack by Ender. Henkel was not suspicious of this.

The cylinder was very similar to the glass cylinder that contained the red dragon specimen. It was also filled with yellow-green formalin. In the solution, there was a palm-sized meat ball.

"My family is dedicated to the study of alchemy, and no one knows alchemy better than I, Ender."

Ender handed the cylinder to Angers and continued to tell the story he made up, trying every possible means to fool Henkel.

"The Lu family is committed to the research of the Philosopher's Stone. We want to use alchemy to extract this fifth element from the dragon's body."

Of course, Ender couldn't tell Henkel about Bahamut's magic circle, so he simply made up a reason to make the Lu family a family good at alchemy.

"I wanted to kill the dragon-related elements in the dragon's body and leave only the spiritual elements, so I made certain modifications to the alchemy circle. Then around 1930, Angers and I captured a third-generation species alive.

"

"I threw him into the magic circle. I succeeded and failed. I separated this thing."

Angers recalled the time when he and Ander used anesthetic bombs to capture the third generation species alive in China. In order to maximize the effect of the anesthetic, Ander had to stuff the bomb into the dragon's body.

Later, Anger left early with the information found in the Dragon Tomb. Before leaving, Ander told him that he was going to make some modifications to the magic circle for extracting the spirit of speech.

"This is a person..."

Ender pointed at the fleshy ball as big as his palm and said.

"The outer layer is a membrane similar to the wall of the small intestine that is responsible for exchanging nutrients. The inner layer is a human brain. Most of the brain tissue has been removed, but a small amount of cerebral cortex and tissue are still retained."

Angers looked through the cylinder in his hand under the light. The flesh ball inside the cylinder was cut open from the middle, revealing the blood vessels and nerves inside.

"It's incredible, what do you think?"

Angers returned the cylinder to Ander, wanting to hear what he continued.

"Dragon...may have once been human."

"Dog*, you know what you're talking about?"

Henkel jumped up from his chair excitedly. If what Ender said is true, it means that countless hybrids are one step closer to their dream of becoming dragons.

"I then conducted several more experiments and came to the conclusion that this kind of meat ball is an important part of the Dragon Clan's cocoon, and even the core of the Dragon Clan's rebirth."

Henkel stared straight at the cylinder in Ander's hand, as if he wanted to snatch it away and lock it in his safe. Ander shook his head and put the cylinder away.

"Want it? You should know how to do it."

Henkel took a few deep breaths, sat down and said in a pleading tone:

"I will persuade the mixed-race people in North America to raise a sum of money and set up a fund to fund Cassel College. From now on, all mixed-race people in North America will be forced to attend Cassel College."

Henkel had already made up his mind to provide money and people. If anyone didn't want to send their children to school, he would blow their heads off with a pistol.

Angers shook his head, these were just a drop in the bucket to the news just now.

"I and the North American half-breeds will be at your... drive... for ten... no, thirty years."

"As long as it's not excessive, you can do anything."

Henkel looked at Angers, and Angers knew that Henkel was serious. Although there were deep conflicts between the two of them, he believed that the old Texas cowboy would do what he said.

"Remember your promise."

Along with the sound of wind, Angers and Ander disappeared in front of Henkel. The old sergeant in pajamas shook his head helplessly and whispered:

"As for that, you still use Yan Ling, Ange, you are too..."

Angers and Ander suddenly appeared on the edge of the town. Henkel did not know that the disappearance just now was not the effect of the spirit of speech, but the effect of teleportation.

"Is everything you said true?"

Angers asked.

"Yes, but one thing I didn't say is that the cells of this meat ball are completely ordinary people. Think about the dragon prince Garuda. If there are so many mixed races in China, why don't they go to the Tatar emperor?"

"Because he is...an ordinary person?"

"Yes, so a hybrid can never become...a dragon."
