0300 Big Miko

Zitong County is the county seat of Zitong County.

When Dayu was controlling the water, he wanted to make a canoe for the convenience of crossing the water back and forth. He heard that there was a catalpa tree on Nichen Mountain with a diameter of one foot and two inches, so he asked the craftsmen to cut down the catalpa tree.

The catalpa tree did not fall down and turned into a boy. Yu the Great punished him with great justice.

And because Nichen Mountain is surrounded by water, later the mountain was renamed Zitong Mountain. Zitong also means Zitong.

When the Qin Dynasty pacified Bashu, Zitong County was established here.

If you look at it purely from a historical perspective, you will find a problem.

Ba in Yizhou, the kingdom of Shu, was defeated by the Qin State of later generations and did not experience the changes in rituals and music and civilization changes in the early Zhou Dynasty.

Therefore, before the Qin State conquered Bashu, Bashu had always followed the bloody shaman and ghost civilization of the same era of the Yin and Shang Dynasties.

They still brutally killed people as burial objects and treated slaves as livestock.

As an ally of the Mengjin Society, the King of Bashu received great tolerance from Emperor Zhou. Even after the Yu Kingdom was destroyed and Yu Bo fled to the Central Plains, Emperor Zhou still acquiesced to their traditional customs.

On this day, Yu Xian and Guan Hai finally arrived outside Zitong County.

Zitong County has luxuriant silkworm forests and fertile land. The people here are happy and prosperous. Business travelers come and go at the city gate, making it look like a bustling place.

Guan Hai muttered in confusion, "Didn't he say that Liu Yan was gathering troops in Zitong? From the looks of it, it doesn't look like he's going to fight a big battle."

Yu Xian looked at it carefully and said, "It's a little strange, but look, there's a recruitment notice over there."

Guan Hai followed what Yu Xian pointed and looked over.

I saw an inconspicuous place next to the city gate, with a weather-beaten official document posted on it. There were two old soldiers hiding lazily in the shade. When they saw someone stopping, they poked their heads out.

Ask twice.

However, the people in central Sichuan obviously have little interest in serving as soldiers.

After reading it once and commenting on it, he hurriedly waved his hand and left far away.

The two old soldiers asked several people, but saw no response, so they simply sat in the shade and dozed off.

Guan Hai found Yu Xian's example unconvincing.

"Why do I feel so weird? Ordinarily, if Liu Yan mobilizes troops, he should start arresting strong men everywhere. How do you do it so politely?"

Yu Xian didn't answer.

Guan Hai rolled his eyes and thought of the rumors these days, "Tell me, is Liu Yan, this old white-faced guy, trying to do something bad?"

Yu Xian sighed and couldn't care less about washing the grounds of Heming Taoist Palace.

"That's what I'm worried about when I come here this time."

This group of Taoist monks practiced alchemy, collected supplements and meditated, but when it came to politics, they were no match for a hero like Liu Yan.

If the strength of Heming Taoist Palace were to completely overwhelm it, that would be fine. But now, even Yingchuan Academy has been alarmed. Those Taoist priests were defeated by Confucianism before, but now that Confucianism is at its peak, they are even less able to compete.

If Liu Yan makes a bad move and deceives these Taoist priests with his strength, then Yu Xian will inevitably feel uneasy.

Seeing Yu Xian's appearance, Guan Hai asked, "What are you going to do?"

Yu Xian had already planned it.

"I plan to go to my master Chongxuanzi as a disciple of Heming Taoist Palace, and then follow him, waiting for opportunities to destroy those treacherous plots."

After Yu Xian finished speaking, he smiled and added, "I am just a Taoist boy who officially joined the mountain gate not long ago. My status is not very eye-catching. I don't think anyone from the Confucian sect or the Yizhou Mufu will pay attention to it."

I am such a little person."

Guan Hai scratched his head and asked awkwardly, "Then what should you say? After all, you were kidnapped by me in the first place, and you have to have an excuse for coming back."

Yu Xian was right.

It is unrealistic to say that he escaped from Guan Hai and came back.

"I just said that I sneaked out when you weren't prepared."

"This is a bit rough." Guan Hai wiped Han's face.

Even with such a rough mind, Yu Xian's statement seems a bit unreliable.

"How about you?" Yu Xian looked over.

Guan Hai quickly waved his hand, "Slip away, slip away."

Then, Guan Hai quickly changed the topic.

"If you want to find your fellow disciples, why not ask those two old soldiers to avoid running around in the city."

Yu Xian also thought it was reasonable, "Then you stay away and walk around Zitong City first. I will meet you when I have news."

After taking two steps, Yu Xian turned back and pointed, "This red flame horse is too eye-catching and is not conducive to my actions. You can try to sell it in exchange for some money."

Guan Hai should not mention it.

Yu Xian first glanced at the official recruitment documents, and then slowly came to the two old soldiers.

Before I even got close, I heard someone ask lazily, "Are you a secular disciple of Heming Taoist Palace?"

Yu Xian was startled, and then asked strangely, "Are there many secular disciples from Heming Taoist Palace who came to join the army?"

The old soldier who asked the question chuckled.

"I know you want to serve your teacher wholeheartedly. If you are willing to give me five dollars, I will tell you some secrets so as not to offend your teacher."

Yu Xian thought for a while and said with a smile, "That's easy to say."

Then he took out a small bunch of copper coins from his sleeve, untied five coins and handed them over.

Another sleepy old soldier next to him quickly opened his hand and asked the person who asked the question.

The old soldier who asked the question angrily took out two coins and threw them over.

Then he slowly said, "Young man, my advice to you is that Zitong City is not the place you should come to. Just walk as far as you can."

Yu Xian became even more strange.

He smiled and said, "You are so unreasonable. Why did I spend the money? Not only do I have no less doubts in my heart, but I have more doubts."

The old soldier laughed loudly after hearing this, clapped his thigh and said, "What you said makes sense. Anyway, I will have a good talk with you if I have time."

With that said, the old soldier took Yu Xian and sat down.

What the old soldier said was similar to what Yu Xian knew. It was just that it had undergone some artistic processing by folk customs, making it highly audible.

The old soldier vividly told the story of how Liu Zhoumu and the romantic witch met and how they got to know each other. He also told how Liu Zhoumu cherished the Han Dynasty and sighed day and night.

Finally, he talked about how the great witch, who was overwhelmed by love, was obsessed with such an ambitious man, and how she promised to send out the ghost kings of the ten directions and the Heming Taoist Palace to help.

"What happened next?"

Yu Xian smiled as he listened.

"Later..." The old soldier perked up and was about to continue talking when he looked up and said, "Hey, it's getting dark."

Yu Xian hurriedly raised his head and realized that the sun had already turned to the west.

Only then did Yu Xian realize that this was a scandal involving his own sect. Why did I listen to it with so much interest?

He quickly asked for the key, "Let's not talk about what happened next. I don't know where the elders of my sect live and what taboos they have..."

The old soldier jumped up and shouted, "Let's talk about it tomorrow."

Yu Xian was shocked, how dare you believe this guy is breaking the chapter right now?
