It's not finished, don't panic!

I have finally finished the first half of the book. To be honest, in the original plan, I would have finished the book immediately after this point. I planned to start a new book with a new protagonist for the rest of the book.

Unexpectedly, in the later stages of writing, Big Orange came, and with the suggestions from other book friends and Beihe Da, I decided to finish writing the spiritual world so that Lu Kun could be worthy of the title of the ancestor of physical training.

It seems like I haven't published a single chapter in a long time, and I suddenly want to chat with you all.

I remember very clearly that the first chapter of Physical Training was uploaded on January 3, 2017, and was reviewed and approved on January 4, more than 4 years ago.

The reason for writing the book is very simple, I just wanted to know how the first body cultivation was born, but after searching for a long time, there was nothing on the market, so I had to write it myself.

Looking back now, it was very interesting when I first wrote the book. I worked for more than three years in a large company that was one of the best in a certain industry. I didn’t know how great the sky was. I felt that I had a lot of experience and could make a splash in the industry. The results were obvious. I was ignored by the society.

He was beaten severely.

Without the endorsement of big companies, it means nothing.

Life was very hard at that time. I changed jobs twice in a row, and my income was not high. I also had conflicts with my roommates. In anger, I took my two cats and moved out to live alone. As a result, my expenses far exceeded my income.

I rely on credit cards and Ant Borrowing to make a living.

Writing novels was the happiest moment for me at that time, even happier than petting a cat, and I could forget all my worries.

However, when I wrote about the Yueyang Sect being destroyed and Lu Kun fleeing, I suddenly realized that I seemed to be inferior to the protagonist in my novel.

Lu Kun can be positive and never give up in the face of hardships, so what does my life of burying my head in the soil like an ostrich and giving up on myself mean?

So I learned from the experience and shamelessly entered the palace for the second time, returned to my old employer, gave up all the unrealistic fantasies in my mind, and focused on performance. In order to increase the difficulty, I also forced myself to take fewer orders from old customers and develop more new customers.

In this way, I made progress with Lu Kun in the face of difficulties, not relying on others, and working hard to improve my own abilities.

God rewards hard work. I gradually paid off more than 90,000 Huabei debts, my life became normal, and my income became higher and higher. Due to the change in mentality, the more I wrote, the more I felt. Lu Kun seemed to be accompanying me.

I move forward.

Everyone should be able to find that physical training only became more beautiful after I entered the Blood Refining Sect. That was when I was paying off my debts. Changes in my mentality in life can really affect my writing.

There was no outline at first, just a few plot points. The main plot was about Pang Laomo refining the jade-bone human demon. As for how to enter the Nascent Soul stage and how to practice the subsequent physical training techniques, I was confused.

As my work and life changed, I began to calm down and read various miscellaneous books and consult information. I conceived the source of the physical body, deduced the bone transformation stage, the visceral Yuan stage, and perfected it to the realm of physical cultivation.

Now think about it, Lu Kun in the book is constantly practicing and making breakthroughs, how can we not be practicing in reality?

Temper your mentality, enhance your abilities, learn knowledge, and look for a meaningful life one step at a time.

Thank you to the book friends who have always supported physical training. I really appreciate you. Your many comments are my biggest motivation.

Ahem, let's get back to the topic. I'm going to take a month off later to refine the first one million words and prepare some manuscripts to ensure future updates.

After the National Day, like Lu Kun, I will step into a new environment full of challenges and start a new chapter. I hope to forge ahead with Lu Kun.

By the way, the name of the next volume.

The ancestor of physical training!
