245. There should always be something left

The scene was not chaotic, but very shocking.

After Marylou slapped Darkrai in the face, she quickly took away the bag of potato chips, jumped to the side, tore open the bag, and stuffed it into her mouth aggressively.

The other elves were not surprised. When we were camping in the wild, a wild Odachi who didn't know where came from didn't know where he was and robbed Marilou of her cookies, so he was ridden by Marilou and beat up.

No problem sharing, eating alone, no need to talk!

She hurriedly finished her share, and used her little hands to show the number of potato chips left in the bag. Marylou jumped up, stuffed the potato chips into Clay's hand, and danced with her hands to tell him not to eat more.

.

Darkrai didn't want to eat a piece of it at first, but the burning on his cheeks made him feel that he would be losing a lot if he didn't eat.

After eating a few potato chips, Darkrai retreated into the shadows and pondered. He suddenly felt that some of the common sense he possessed was not of use.

This thought lasted all night, until after dawn, when they set off for Qifeng City, Darkrai was still thinking.

The road from Luping Town to Qifeng City passes through a vast snowfield area. The road here is basically covered with snow. The endless white snow scenery is very monotonous. The large coniferous forest has become the only embellishment of this boring scenery.

The trainers who come here basically no longer walk alone. Before entering the snowfield, the trainers who walk alone will hold up a sign near the snowfield seeking to form a team.

New trainers will form a large team and set off together to ensure safety.

In order to seek speed, Luther, like many trainers, chose to travel through the coniferous forest area to avoid the long detour of following the main road.

The disadvantage is that the road is too difficult to walk.

The uneven road under the snow forced Luther to send out elves to explore the road ahead.

Ibrahimovic followed behind Marilou, watching Marilou use her round body to break through the snow, and he became so playful that he plunged into the snow half as high as his body and rushed forward.

No matter how thick the fur was, it couldn't withstand Eevee's death-seeking behavior. Not long after, she was shivering from the cold and was pulled out of the snow by Miaomiao and thrown into Mai's arms.

While sneezing, she saw Marilou exploring the road while eating potato chips, and she was so impressed.

Along the way, Luther saw several groups of trainers who had chosen to take shortcuts like him. However, as he walked, he seemed to have left them behind, and he never saw a single person again.

After walking for who knows how long, the coniferous forest became sparse, and Luther thought he had walked out of the coniferous forest area.

Marylou suddenly stopped, eating potato chips, burping and touching her face with a suspicious look on her face.

The pioneer stopped moving, and Luther also stopped.

"Why don't you leave? Is there anything ahead?"

The sun coral next to Mai also sensed something, jumped up to Marilou, sniffed hard, and then jumped up with joy.

"This reaction involves water?" Mai knew very well how sensitive Sun Coral is to living water.

But the problem is that during this season, sun corals don’t like to splash around in cold water.

The closer they got, the more surprised Luther and Mai were. They had only seen a few elves in the coniferous forest, like small boars and daggers.

However, in the open land in front of me, a small boar, a frightened deer, a charming cat, a big-tailed raccoon, and some elves who were afraid of the cold were resting near a steaming spring.

Luther had no doubt that even if he didn't aim, he could capture the elves as long as he threw a Poké Ball at it.

There is no snow here, and spring seems to have come extra early. It is warm and all the elves are dozing lazily. When they heard Luther's arrival, they just turned over and checked, and then lay back down.

Luther had enjoyed a much larger geothermal hot spring in Whitewind Town. He had always been curious about how the elves would use the undeveloped geothermal hot spring.

Now Luther had his answer.

The largest number of ring bears here have no intention of occupying the spring. They just occupy a small area and lie on the ground and sleep soundly.

The densely packed elves by the lake seem to have put aside their prejudices and enjoy the only warm place in the ice and snow together. For this reason, some elves even squeeze together to save space and give some space to those who come after.

This potential rule is obviously not set in a day or two. The winter in northern Sinnoh is long and difficult. The elves living in the wild have their own wintering skills, and these skills are in their blood.

In this place, one of the skills is to put aside prejudices and disputes and enjoy the geothermal hot springs that the world has given them.

From time to time, later elves would bite some hard-frozen tree fruits from a distance, put them in the water to thaw, and then bite them out to share with the elves on the side.

At this scene, Luther suddenly remembered his past as a student.

One person is responsible for occupying the seat, and the remaining roommates help him prepare meals. This is probably an experience that many people have had.

Luther and Mai stopped Marylou and Sun Coral from digging in. After all, this is where wild elves live in the winter. They want to enjoy the geothermal springs, and there will be another chance in the future. Luther doesn't want to add too much to these elves.

Much trouble.

Before leaving, Luther suddenly noticed a sign that seemed to be standing near the spring.

After looking carefully for a while with his eyes wide open, Luther had a smile on his face and left in the direction pointed by the sign.

"Lost traveler, please pretend you haven't seen anything and continue your journey."

The signature is signed by the owner of Luping Town, Yawen.

There is also a line of small words below.

"There are some things we should leave to the elves. Humans have taken away too much, so we should leave something for them."

The previous owner of Luping Town, Yawen, resigned and passed the position to his son, which Luther didn't quite understand.

After all, according to the introduction, he is only in his thirties, has rich experience, and has good strength.

I can understand now.

This spring is still within the scope of Luping Town and connected with Qifeng City.

Unlike Baifeng Town, Luping Town does not plan to develop this geothermal hot spring. Presumably the leader who advocates protecting this forest area is the former owner Yawen.

While protecting this place, Yawen was unable to serve as the owner of the museum at the same time, so Yawen would pass on the position of owner to his son.

"This badge is a bit hot to touch." Luther took out the Green Ping badge and wiped it carefully.

Luther looked around the hills and found nothing, but Darkrai revealed half of his body and pointed a direction to Luther.

It was a slightly raised mound. If you didn't look carefully, you would have missed it along with the snowy scene. After being reminded by Darkrai, Luther realized that it was clearly a man lying on the ground wearing white clothes.

.

That slightly reflective thing is undoubtedly a camera lens.

Luther took out the SLR that Harrol gave him, found the lens, and took photos of the elves next to the geothermal springs. He also captured the only feeling of spring in the vast white snow.

Before leaving, Luther took out Luping's badge and waved it towards the hill on that side.

The light that flashed past Yawen's camera made him couldn't help but laugh.

"You incompetent brat, this is the first trainer to get the Green Ping badge to pass by here."

With that said, Yawen stood up, went to the three Blizzard Kings who were pretending to be a coniferous forest at the back, took out the frozen hard food, and started to nibble on it.

"For the sake of your ability to see through but not tell the truth, let's forget you beat my son violently."
