Chapter 1482: The hatred of the head of state

The tall and majestic Ogre Palace stands at the highest point of Highmaul. Head of State Mal'gok sits on the throne. From here, you can overlook the bustling Highmaul.

Highmaul, the capital of the Gorian Empire, is the brightest jewel in the crown.

Without a long-lasting empire, no matter how hard the ogres try, they cannot compare with the extinct civilization of the Apexis arakkoa.

But Margok was unwilling to give in.

"Korghar, tell me what caused the fall of the ogre empire." Mal'gok's two heads asked together.

Under the throne, the two-headed ogre Kogar, who was the same as the head of state, replied respectfully:

"The great leader, of course, is the insidious draenei, who brought disaster to the empire."

Führer Mar'gok is unusually tall, and more often than not he is more of a warrior than a spellcaster.

Kor'gall knew that the Fuhrer's melee prowess was as formidable as his spells.

Krago, the personal bodyguard of the head of state, an ogre bigger than the One-Eyed Demon, the only survivor exposed to the mysterious relic, gained the ability to be almost immune to magic, and had the terrifying strength to smash the mountain into pieces, but was defeated by Mal

Gao Ke's fist and kick skills made him submissive.

The head on the left side of the head of state closed its eyes, showing an emotional and sad expression.

The head on the right roared angrily: "Kol'gall, tell me, what have the draenei done?"

Both heads of Cho'gall answered together:

"The Draenei advocate freedom and equality in Draenor, and believe that the orcs are as miserable as the draenei and help them get rid of our control. For this reason, the prophet Velen did not hesitate to give the draenei to the orcs to eat. Help

They established clans, taught shaman magic to the orcs, and taught them how to make weapons and armor. Of course, the orcs will not remember the benefits of the draenei. They are best at forgetting kindness, but burying hatred deep in their hearts."

"It's been hundreds of years." Head of State Mar'gok roared angrily: "The Draenei are hiding in mysterious cities, using magic we can't understand to hide themselves. We didn't see the orcs going the other way and destroying the Draenei.

Humans are what I have always regretted in my heart. Fortunately, that idiot Prophet Velen finally died, and the Draenei woke up from their dream."

Margok looked in the direction of Washu Valley, and he knew clearly that the Lightforged Orcs were making big moves.

"No matter what conspiracies and tricks those orcs are up to, we will always be the last to come first. Compared to brains, orcs are nothing."

Head of State Margok was born in a wizard family that has ruled the Goria Empire for generations. He received a good education since he was a child. He is the leader of the family and a powerful ogre magician.

Vaguely, Margok guessed what the Lightforged Orcs were going to do, they were going to attract the powerful Holy Light.

Margok saw this as an opportunity. The arakkoa used sunlight to create the powerful Apexis civilization, and the ogres could also use the holy light to create greater glory.

Ogres are not pedantic, they know how to advance with the times. Now all the ogre magicians in Highmaul are studying the Holy Light and have made breakthrough progress.

If Draenor in the future is filled with Holy Light, the ogres will definitely use the Holy Light better than the Orcs.

Except for the draenei.

Most of the draenei are missing, and Mal'gok believes they left Draenor in the Storm Keep.

But Draenor still has close to a thousand Lightforged Draenei.

The draenei are too terrifying. Their magical talent far exceeds that of the ogres. If they can realize their potential, a thousand draenei are like a thousand Margok.

This is what worries Margok the most.

After Velen and Aman'Thul entered Highmaul, they first visited Khadgar.

As the saying goes, there is no room for two tigers in one mountain. After Velen took over the power, Khadgar realized that he was alone and unable to compete with Velen, and he would be harmed sooner or later.

So, in the name of contacting the ogres, Khadgar went to Highmaul as an envoy.

Today, Khadgar is already a guest of the head of state, Malgok, and an advisor to the court mage. Khadgar is indispensable for the ogre's breakthrough in research on the Holy Light.

Khadgar's mage tower is located near the Head of State's palace, making it easy for Margok to consult Khadgar at any time.

Under the guidance of a one-eyed gronn, Velen stepped into Khadgar's mage tower, with Amman'Thul carefully following behind.

This was an ogre-style building, with strips of stone forming a huge cylindrical tower. Going up the spiral staircase, at the top of the mage tower, Velen saw Khadgar in meditation.

Hearing the arrival of guests, Khadgar stopped meditating, opened his eyes and asked Velen to sit down. Amman'Thul was waiting beside him, and an ogre servant brought fragrant tea.

"I know everything about Washugu and I'm deeply sorry."

Khadgar's expression was very cold, and he shrugged and said: "Durotan is a very mysterious person. There is dark power hidden behind him. I can't help him."

When someone asked for help, Viren had to put down his attitude and whispered:

"We need to meet with the head of state, Margok, and hope that we can introduce him to him. We will definitely get rich rewards in the future."

Khadgar lowered his eyes slightly. This was a simple task for him, but he hated Velen, so he deliberately remained silent and looked down at the teacup in his hand.

Velen couldn't figure out Khadgar's thoughts, so Aman'Thul whispered a few words in Velen's ear.

It turned out that he was asking for a bribe, and Khadgar would not help in vain, but how to impress Khadgar was not as simple as gold coins. This was a difficult problem.

After thinking for a long time, Velen took out a dim Naaru fragment from his arms:

"Inside the Holy Mountain of Washu Valley, there is a crashed Draenei spaceship. There is a seriously injured Naaru in the spacecraft, his name is K'urei."

Khadgar slowly raised his head, his expression still indifferent, as if he was not interested.

"Kure is an old friend of mine. I am able to become the Big Three of Argus thanks to his help. Unfortunately, I am about to reach the end of my life. For hundreds of years, Naaru has no intention of saving him, and the same is true within the Legion of Light.

There is strife, and K'urei has offended some big shots. As long as you hold this fragment, you can find K'urei and obtain the final inheritance of his life."

Khadgar did not take the Naaru fragment and asked cautiously:

"What is Naaru's final inheritance?"

Velen said with a solemn expression: "You should know the Ashbringer."

Khadgar nodded.

"The Ashbringer is just an incomplete Naaru core. If you get a complete Naaru body, it will not only be an Ashbringer, but also have endless shadow power, a terrifying source of energy, and finally incarnate into the void.

Creatures live forever. I have been tempted by this before, but it is a pity that I serve the Holy Light and cannot devote myself to the darkness. Naaru will not forgive me."

Khadgar grabbed the dim Naaru fragment and said expressionlessly:

"Tomorrow, there will be a grand ball in the Palace of the Head of State. I will help you meet Margok."

Khadgar's face was filled with worry: "Velan, you probably know that Mal'gok hates you so much that he would like to eat you alive. Before meeting the head of state, I suggest that you go to see Kor'gall first.

He is Margok's most trusted apprentice, and he will be trained as his successor. Please at least ensure that you survive by pleasing Korgar."
