Everyone was slightly shocked after hearing Wilen's narration.
Margok asked in surprise: "So the Gorria Empire was destroyed because we ogres ate the draenei?"
Velen scratched his head and said: "Actually, we Draenei don't understand the plague, we only have a partial understanding. It is true that a large number of Draenei were eaten by ogres."
After entering Draenor, many Draenei were marginalized by Velen and expelled.
The Draenei who lost their inheritance and were deprived of the power of the Holy Light found it difficult to survive in the crisis-ridden Draenor, and most of them became food for aliens.
Durotan asked in confusion: "Why are the orcs not infected with the plague?"
Before the Dark Portal opened, the orcs slaughtered a large number of draenei and turned their flesh into hard dried meat for use as military rations.
Velen shook his head: "I guess the orcs have some kind of connection with the Shadow Kingdom. They will not be infected with the plague, but will only become carriers."
Knowing the cause and effect, Durotan grabbed Gerkan Bloodfist's hair and asked:
"Do you understand now? The collapse of the Goria Empire had nothing to do with the Warsong clan, it was because of the Great Plague."
Gerkan was very unconvinced: "I just listened to your side of the story and didn't see any evidence."
"You rogue, scoundrel." Durotan was so angry: "Velen, do you have any evidence?"
Viren hesitated for a moment, nodded and said, "You come with me."
An illusory door opened, and the four entered the Auchenai Crypt.
The first thing I saw was the Robbery Cave and hundreds of skeletons. Judging from the different degrees of decay, some were more than ten years old and some were entered recently.
These skeletons, without exception, all carry an ominous aura, and their bodies are extremely twisted. It is obvious that they were tortured before death.
Durotan pointed at the skeletons: "Did you see that these skeletons are adventurers infected with the plague? Such important evidence is in front of you, and you still don't admit it?"
Gerkan's eyes widened in disbelief, obviously this level of evidence was not enough.
Viren led the way, but many roads were broken and collapsed everywhere.
There was a big explosion in Oakington, and the collapse was all caused by that disaster.
Fortunately, Velen knew all the secret doors, and everyone went deep into the Auchenai Crypt through the secret doors.
Deep in the crypt, the wandering souls of the Draenei gradually appeared. There was something wrong with them. Their bodies were dry, their eye sockets were sunken, and their skin was like old tree bark.
"The Holy Light is not omnipotent."
Velen said regretfully: "Some of the plagues among my people have mutated, and the Holy Light cannot suppress them. I can only imprison them in Auchindoun, hoping to find a way."
These haggard Draenei are easily reminiscent of the Scourge of the Undead.
Walking further inside, the four of them saw laboratories where many Draenei ghosts were busy.
In fact, these draenei have died long ago and are just repeating the activities they did in life.
The laboratory houses all kinds of strange creatures that are definitely not found in Outland or Azeroth.
Velen explained: "The Forbidden Prison holds a large number of outer space creatures. At first, Draenei scholars tried to find a way to relieve the plague from them, but unfortunately the progress was slow."
In the deepest part of the Auchenai Crypts, bones pile up like mountains, and the number of ghosts gradually decreases, replaced by the real undead.
Upon discovering the arrival of outsiders, the Draenei raised their heads and stared at the outsiders warily with only their skeletons left.
Viren's eyes swept over lightly, and the Draenei undead immediately turned around and went about their business as if they were struck by lightning.
"Although they have all become undead, the research on the plague has never stopped." Velen stopped: "I think this evidence is enough."
Durotan sneered and stared at Velen: "The Draenei's research on the plague is not to save the people, right?"
Viren paused and admitted: "Yes, it was the Holy Light Legion that prompted us to do this. Several civilizations were indeed destroyed because of the plague."
"You Draenei are really the killers in the starry sky." Margok asked dissatisfiedly: "Then the decline of the Goria Empire is also a conspiracy of the Holy Light?"
"The Holy Light doesn't like ogres very much." Velen whispered.
"This is really pathetic!" Margok sneered helplessly.
A sturdy Draenei walked toward Velen. He had blue skin, wore blood-red armor, and carried a long sword on his back.
"Velen, is that you?" The Draenei looked at Velen in surprise, with the corners of his mouth slightly raised: "As arrogant as you are, you never want to enter the Auchenai Crypt. You are such a rare visitor."
In the Auchenai Crypts, which are filled with ghosts and undead, there is actually a living Draenei.
Viren raised his head slightly and said majestically:
"Archbishop Maladar, why, after all these years, are you still dissatisfied with me?"
A bitter smile appeared at the corner of Maladar's mouth:
"As the only person who is naturally immune, it is our unshirkable responsibility to be responsible for researching the plague. After all these years, I still object to your plan to pour out the plague on the ogres."
"Pour out the plague?" Margok glared at Velen angrily: "Velen, you deceived me."
Velen said indifferently: "I have already explained that the Holy Light does not like ogres."
Maladar looked at the four people and warned loudly:
"Don't try to dig out the secrets of the Auchenai Crypt. The secrets hidden by this plague are far beyond your imagination. It's a pity for the Taterbo people back then."
Durotan asked in a low voice: "What happened to the Taterbo people?"
Compared to Viren, who avoids important matters and speaks lies, everyone trusts Archbishop Maladar more.
Maladar said regretfully: "The Dread Lord's betrayal made the Tatebo people angry, and they deliberately infected themselves with the plague."
"All died from the plague?" Durotan was shocked.
Maladar shook his head: "The Taterbo people have broken away from the category of flesh and blood creatures. The plague cannot kill them. However, after being infected with the plague, they can find the Shadow Kingdom. In the battle with the Shadow Kingdom, the entire Taterbo army
Overturned."
"This is such a pity!" Durotan expressed deep regret.
"Only one Tatebo is still alive." Maladar stared at Velen: "He wants to see you."
Velen showed a vigilant look, hesitated for a long time, and said with great energy: "With the blessing of the Holy Light, there is nothing to be afraid of!"
Maladar gave a mysterious smile and led the way. Velen hesitated for a long time and finally followed.
In the oval room, there is an eyeball monster floating in the air.
The eyeball monster made a hoarse voice: "The power of death infected me, making me look like this. Velen, we finally meet again."
Velen's face was distorted and his expression was extremely ugly. Although he was the leader of the Draenei, he didn't know much about the Auchenai Crypts.
"Shirrak, it's you!" Velen was so shocked that he almost jumped up.
Sirrak is one of the strongest among the Tatebo people.
"Now my name is Sirrak, the Death Observer." Sirrak shot out a blood-red light from his single eye, covering Velen.
"Velan, when the Draenei were abandoned by the Legion of Light, I accepted you against all odds, but what did you do?"
Viren danced and struggled in vain, and screamed: "Please listen to my explanation, I have no choice but to do it."
Sirrak roared angrily: "The Shadow Kingdom showed me everything. It was you who accepted the gift from the Dread Lord and planned to turn the Draenei into undead creatures."
