Chapter 191: In the funeral of King Terenas

Kel'Thuzad's burial place is hidden, beneath the black mud among dead branches and decaying leaves.

Approaching Kel'Thuzad's tomb, Robbie approached the coffin he had buried a few days ago and could clearly feel a strange force coming from the ground. There seemed to be two sleeping corpses.

Although he failed in the process of being promoted to a lich and Kel'Thuzad's soul was sealed in his body, the archmage never gave up and he fought against the injustice of fate with all his strength.

Arthas also sensed this power.

"Even without my help, within three years, Kel'Thuzad will definitely be able to break free from the shackles of death and crawl out of the grave with a brand new attitude. Maybe he is a lich, maybe he is a little different from an ordinary lich. This is really amazing.

A miracle. But now, he is calling me, and he needs my help."

Arthas wielded Frostmourne, channeling the power of the dead into the underground.

Hidden deep underground, the bones lying in the coffins absorb the power of the dead. The temperature nearby is getting lower and lower, and even frost begins to condense. The souls of the dead are singing quietly in the ears, and a great lich is about to be born.

boom!

The ground cracked, and a burst of dust settled. A skeleton full of frosty breath crawled out of the ground. The mandible opened and closed, exhaling the breath of frost. The bones were crystal clear and covered with runes. This was a typical lich.

Standing beside him was a figure, at least judging from the appearance, he was a human being. He was about thirty years old. His eyes were tightly closed. He was still wearing the black robe he wore before he was buried. The aroma of earth came from his body. He opened his mouth.

Try to make a sound, and after many failed attempts at making sounds, you can gradually speak fluent sentences:

"Don't be surprised, this is some kind of unexpected transformation. In fact, I don't know if I am still a human being, or whether I should be a pure magical creature. I made some dangerous attempts and swallowed a little of the ancient gods before I died.

Flesh and blood created themselves in my spiritual world and became what they are now. The eyes are too complicated and I need some time."

Kel'Thuzad, with his eyes closed, now has two bodies, the frost bone frame and the humanoid form, which are not like ordinary flesh and blood bodies.

He put on a thick black robe to make himself look inconspicuous, quickly left Andorhal, entered the army of the undead, and hid among a bunch of lichs, letting the skeleton follow Arthas.

.

Robbie observed Kel'Thuzad in amazement. There were too many secrets hidden in this world, and Kel'Thuzad had undoubtedly touched some taboo areas.

Arthas immediately asked Kel'Thuzad about the resurrection of the dead. Kel'Thuzad was well prepared and quickly revealed his thoughts, which coincided with Robbie's plan.

"This is a path that has never been attempted before. It requires a strong team and a laboratory. Only by constantly trying, experimenting, and analyzing various forces can we achieve success. I suggest starting from the sunwell."

Arthas came back to his senses and murmured: "Quel'Thalas, the golden land of elves?"

Kel'Thuzad nodded:

"The sunwell of the high elves hides powerful energy. I don't know much about this power, but I have heard some rumors. It seems that the priests of the elves have tried to resurrect through the sunwell."

The orcs, led by Thrall, fled in the direction of Quel'Thalas. Kel'Thuzad needed to study the power of the Sunwell. Perhaps this was a coincidence of fate.

Alsace rode forward, intentionally or unintentionally, approaching a small funeral procession.

Paladins wearing armor lined up in a neat queue, with Uther the Lightbringer in the middle, holding an urn in his arms.

Arthas stopped invincible and looked at Uther quietly.

Uther was also looking at Arthas.

"Alsace, you are still as upright as before. A fake funeral and a fake urn can lure you here." Uther laughed proudly. He opened the urn and emptied it.

of dust.

More and more heavily armed paladins gathered around, surrounding Alsace, Robbie, and the newly resurrected Lich. It was obvious that this was a trap.

Arthas said nothing, just raised Frostmourne.

Frostmourne awakened the undead in Andorhal, and more and more undead gathered, instead surrounding the Paladin.

Unlike those frightened paladins, Uther's eyes showed greed, which was exactly the power he needed.

Robbie was aware of Alsace's anger. Although he was trying his best to restrain it, it was like a volcano suppressed with all his strength. Once it erupted, it would be earth-shattering.

When King Terenas was killed by Thrall, Arthas's strength was not enough. He was unable to retrieve his father's body. Watching his father's body trampled by the orcs had always been a pain in his heart.

Now that Uther is making a fuss about this, Arthas has already begun to murder.

From sadness to depravity it only takes a moment.

"Your Highness, you must exercise restraint. Okay, step back and hand Frostmourne to me."

Arthas hesitated for a moment. The only person he could trust was Robbie. The two exchanged weapons. Arthas retreated silently and hid behind the lich. He just looked at the ground and stopped talking.

Robbie was carrying the huge Frostmourne. Although he did not possess Alsace's special bloodline and could not exert the full power of Frostmourne, it was still more than enough to deal with Uther.

"Uther, I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. Your plan has failed. The Dreadlord has fooled you. The soldiers you finally gathered will all die in Andorhal, dying a humble death under the crushing of the powerful Scourge.

.”

Uther laughed and said proudly:

"I am the great Lightbringer. I once fed an entire generation of young people in Lordaeron to the orcs. I have never looked down upon these soldiers. They are as worthless as humble dust."

Uther revealed his feelings without hesitation, and the paladins present suddenly became pale.

"Being able to die for the great Lightbringer is the only bright spot in your humble life." Uther's armor shined brightly, and the halo of courage expanded rapidly, covering almost half of Andorhal.

The paladins gained courage, no longer feared sacrifice, and dared to die foolishly.

Uther also had the opportunity to escape, and he had succeeded countless times.

Robbie stepped forward. Frostmourne, which was like a door panel, stirred slightly. Two cracks appeared in Uther's golden armor and fell from his body. The aura of courage disappeared.

"Uther, do you dare to repeat what you just said?" Robbie mocked coldly.

"you!"

The power Robbie displayed far exceeded Uther's expectations, and he could only pray for the Holy Light.

"Powerful Holy Light, please give me the power to destroy the evil in front of you."

Robbie just laid Frostmourne flat. Under the interference of the powerful power of the dead, Uther's prayer was not successfully conveyed to Naaru, and nothing happened.

"Look, Uther, the Holy Light has left you."

Robbie looked around at the paladins. There were many young people among these paladins, similar in age to Alsace and Robbie. Looking at those young faces, Robbie pointed at Uther and said loudly:

"Lightbringer has long lost the favor of the Holy Light. He is a vicious liar. Are you still willing to work for him?" (To be continued)
