Chapter 934: Monks

The journey to Lingshan is full of difficulties. There are ghosts hovering in the mountains, forests, swamps, villages and towns along the way.

After the initial disorderly killing, the ghosts were satisfied and began to develop sustainably.

The orange role of the common people has changed from wild prey to crops in the fields and cattle and sheep in pens. They are temporarily raised and multiplied at a negligible price. They can be killed and eaten at will when the need arises.

Then, a strange kind of peace came.

In some areas, it seems as if they have returned to peaceful times overnight. During the day, people are busy with their daily lives, but at night, every house closes its doors, and ghosts ride on the cold wind and eat people by name.

"No, no, this is definitely not a scene that should happen in the human world."

An old monk who was traveling with him saw ghosts lurking among the living people in the villages and towns he passed. The living people tried their best to cover it up, but finally they couldn't bear it anymore. He had also experienced the last ghost disaster, and had never seen such a ridiculous scene.

The common people protect the man-eating evil spirits, all they want is to survive for a few days, but they want to retreat their companions into the tiger's mouth.

The selfishness and evil in human nature has been infinitely magnified.

Li Ximan looked at the old monk crying with pity.

In the past, Buddhism's status was stable and the situation in the human world was controllable. Ghosts would be driven back to hell after wreaking havoc.

But now, the monks have withdrawn from the human world, no one can control the ghosts, and the natural development is what it is now.

The ghosts have changed from their original ferocious and barbaric behavior, and now imitate animal husbandry, keeping living people in captivity, and have behaved wisely.

He kept silent, holding a lotus hammer with a copper handle, and killed all the evil spirits in human skin, but the people became even more frightened.

Without these 'gentle' evil spirits, they are about to face more ferocious ghosts, and even their original hope of surviving for a few more days is gone.

"Tell me, when we go to Lingshan Mountain and kill the external demons, will the world really return to its original state?"

Li Ximan felt tired and asked the monks around Shen, but no one could answer.

"Of course not."

An unfamiliar voice sounded, as cold as nine chills, and a young monk slowly walked over.

There were frost flowers around him, icicles appeared and died under his feet, and his eyes were glowing blue.

"Bing Xin Monk."

The visitor turned out to be Bing Xin Monk, who was as famous as Li Ximan, the sword-swallowing monk, and one of the rising young leaders.

"Sword-swallowing monk, I thought you had a cold and decisive style, but I didn't expect that you turned out to be a sentimental person."

Bing Xin Monk shook his head and asked, "How long will it take you to reach Lingshan Mountain?

The implication was that he was scolding the sword-swallowing monk for not killing ghosts, which delayed his trip.

The monks around Li Ximan thought to themselves that Bing Xin Monk was just like the legend, his whole body was cold and ruthless.

"Bing Xin Monk, I have heard your name for a long time, but I don't agree with your words."

Li Ximan said seriously, "In our Buddhist sect, we can practice all kinds of things, including walking, sitting and lying down."

"The road to Lingshan is not a practice. The Lord Buddha said that the unity of body and mind is Lingshan. If you only look at your feet, even if you go to Lingshan physically, how can you reach Lingshan with your mind?"

Bing Xin Monk stared at him for a long time, until the ground began to freeze, and then nodded, "That's right."

The monks breathed a sigh of relief. They thought they were going to fight, but this Bing Xin monk was not as unkind as the legend said.

Monk Bing Xin pointed in a certain direction, "I heard that in a small country over there, there is a fat Buddhist monk who cuts meat to feed ghosts, and inspires tens of thousands of evil ghosts, causing heaven and earth to pity him. The Lord Buddha personally issued a decree and exalted him as an Amosa."

"

"Fragrant Sword Monk, no matter how great your theory is, it will be useless if it cannot be implemented in reality."

"I'm going to take the first step. I hope that when I see you in Lingshan, you will at least be in Arhat status."

After that, Bing Xin Monk stepped on the ice, his feet creaking, and stepped away from everyone's sight.

The Xiangjian monk laughed for a long time and said, "Where my heart is, it is Lingshan Mountain."

"The fat monk Zhuyu is in front, how can I lag behind him? Since he is called the sword-swallowing monk, he should be murderous and kill all ghosts."

Li Ximan turned around and looked at the fellow monks, "I don't plan to go any further. I will kill all places where ghosts are raging in front of me. Otherwise, I won't be able to see the spiritual mountain in my heart."

"Good."

The monks had a hundred kinds of feelings in their hearts, but when they came to their mouths, they finally turned into two simple words.

"Lotus Monk, Lotus Monk, your flower has bloomed."

A handsome monk turned around in surprise and subconsciously looked at himself.

He was dressed in a monk's robe, and the lotus bones that were originally spread all over the place were blooming one after another at this moment.

He was a latecomer in Buddhism. When he was reciting Buddhist sutras, he admired the heroic posture of the Lord Buddha with his feet on the lotus and was obsessed with it.

However, since Buddhism was invaded by external demons and lost the true meaning of the white lotus, there is no more lotus in Buddhism.

However, the Lotus Monk never gave up. He always called the lotus flower and vowed to integrate the sanctity of the lotus flower into his body and mind.

For this reason, the young monk embroidered the flower bones all over his robe as the goal of daily practice and waited for the moment when the lotus bloomed. He followed the group of monks to Lingshan Mountain. One night, he had a dream and saw the Buddha holding a lotus in his hand.

He smiles.

After waking up from the dream, I saw lotus blossoms blooming on the monk's robe.

At this moment his merits were complete.

The lotus flowers on the monk's robes bloomed, one after another breaking away from the linen surface, rising into the air, and some even fell under their feet.

In the blink of an eye, thousands of lotus flowers paved an endless road at the feet of the lotus monk.

Although he cannot see the end, the lotus monk knows that the direction pointed by the lotus, the end of the road, is Lingshan.

"The Lord Buddha walked and gave birth to lotus flowers, and every step of the way a lotus flower was born..."

The lotus monk chanted, with lotus flowers surrounding his feet, and stepped on the road covered with flowers, speeding faster and faster.

"A miracle, a miracle."

First there was the fat monk who sacrificed himself for others, and now there is the lotus monk who dreamed of lotus blossoms.

The monks paid homage and the blood in their chests boiled. This was a sign that Buddhism was about to flourish.

Although Lingshan was invaded by foreign demons and the situation was critical, the rise of young monks and the presentation of various miracles greatly boosted the morale of the monks and reminded them of their status in Buddhism.

In the Nine Heavens, the concubine looked at the withered lotuses around her with a solemn expression.

The Lord Buddha took away the White Lotus for Luck, and the direct impact was that the Buddhist luck skyrocketed.

The white lotus from Lingshan transformed by the son of luck is undoubtedly used as wedding clothes for Buddhism.

In the original White Lotus of Nine Heavens Suppressing Qi Luck, the two poles of Buddhism were missing a corner, and there were great deficiencies.

But now, having completed the link of White Lotus, Buddhism has in turn plundered the destiny of Lotus Xiangtian.

There is no doubt that the sign in front of us is that the lotus flower will eventually fall into Buddhism.

If it weren't for Wang Fu's advance warning, Concubine Tiannu would have been unable to bear it any longer and would have fought with her opponent.

Now?

Concubine Tiannv looked in the direction of Lingshan, stretched out her hand to open the space in front of her, and the Litian Plank Road emerged under her feet, like a docile spiritual snake, carrying Concubine Tiannv through the space and landed on the battlefield of Lingshan.
