The birthday on the 31st was kept busy until early in the morning, and then there were a lot of things like visiting relatives and other things in the next three days.
Only now can we summarize last year.
This year, no, it should be last year.
Several blind dates last year all failed.
It's not a complete failure, it's mainly because I was absent-minded.
Writing novels takes up about 90% of my life.
I have a detailed plan for my life, but it only covers the next two to three years.
Also because of the code, I basically turned down all the blind dates, and I almost never saw them a second time if I didn't turn them down.
Well, of the five or six blind dates in 2020, only one or two left a lasting impression.
One is that I took a three-hour detour and my family disliked the small house.
The other one makes me feel very safe, and it's so strong that it can probably hold up to two of me.
Hey, don’t mention it.
How should I put it? Generally speaking, the past 20 years have been relatively unsuccessful.
"Why Did I Become Popular" was finished on January 3rd. At that time, I really couldn't write anymore.
I can still earn royalties by continuing to work, but at that time I thought I could do it, but I still had a little bit of... the conscience of a young literary person?
So I ended the book with a normal ending.
In the end, the price was set to be close to 15,000.
If the writing hadn't been broken, the impact could have been higher.
Then I idled my mind for a month.
Just in time to catch up with something that everyone knows, I stayed at home for a month.
But the number of words in my book is really small, and the channels are not good, so there is no income after finishing the book.
Coupled with conceiving the plot and coding, it really makes me feel happy.
It's been so long since I've been typing, I feel really itchy inside.
So I started my second book.
As you all know, I don’t want to write the same idea twice.
But counter-routine was indeed the root of my takeoff at that time.
So I had a bold idea.
The counter-routine of anti-routine is referred to as "anti-anti-routine".
As a result, the initial results were pretty good, but there were problems with the underlying logic.
The female protagonist goes against the routine, and the male protagonist is reborn to play against the routine. Who is the protagonist?
Failure to distinguish between priorities will cause big problems.
And as I wrote and wrote, I found that it was actually a variation of the anti-routine.
So after struggling for three days, I decided to end the book. I remember it was just over 100,000 words at that time.
Three or four months have passed here, and I have basically no income.
So I started to create entertainment in a hurry.
As for entertainment, I don’t want to write repetitive things.
I don’t know how to write about serious entertainment, but I have written about anti-conventional entertainment, so just let it go.
Write an entertainment book without villains.
There are no serious villains in entertainment, so the protagonists rarely get slapped in the face.
We are all good people, we just have different ideas sometimes.
The purpose is to lead the domestic entertainment industry to defeat Hollywood (I have a relatively fifty-cent personality, so I can't help it).
Then what should I write?
Just make your dream come true.
Be a U person.
So what emerged was the plot of a movie about magical transformation + helping others realize their dreams.
For example, the misunderstandings and family ties between three generations of that heavy industry company.
In fact, there is also the little fan girl in high school who worked hard to chase stars through positive efforts (unfortunately, I didn’t finish it).
Stories like that.
It's smooth, no ups and downs.
The results turned out to be pretty good, and it was a top-notch product on the first day.
But as I kept writing, I realized that it was really written with a slap on the forehead, and the follow-up was too difficult.
It is too tiring and difficult to maintain a complete story while also taking into account the "box office, shock, and show-off" mode of entertainment.
This is equivalent to writing three main lines, three stories connected in parallel and in series, without any logical problems or sense of inconsistency.
Normal entertainment + dream master + conquer Hollywood.
At least I can't do it.
So I gritted my teeth and stamped my feet. After I finished writing a plot, it was almost over.
At this point, three-quarters of the year has passed, and the total income is less than the monthly royalties for "Fire".
Then I went to Hangzhou to meet with other authors.
Then when we were chatting with him, I said I still wanted to write unlimited streaming.
I actually mentioned this during my basic interview in April 2019, but everyone thought it was unreliable.
I mentioned it again during the interview in September 2019. At that time, "Fire" had just been released, and they said that the results were so good that they would not even think about unlimited streaming for the time being.
After all, it is an original unlimited stream.
Writing the original unlimited stream is very tiring, and the results are seriously polarizing.
Either take flight and become a big boss, or rush into the sewers.
But I really wanted to write at that time, so I came back from the interview and started writing this book.
The data at the beginning really exploded. Really, I actually thought the results might be better than "Fire".
It gave me a heavy blow when it was released.
It’s true that I didn’t write it down well, so I can’t blame others and just pay the tuition.
The 7W8 collection was launched, and the average order on the first day was 1800.
The subscription ratio was 43 to 1.
You must know that the subscription ratio of "Fire" is 5.6 to 1.
Even the latter entertainment show has a subscription-to-subscription ratio of 9 to 1.
What is the concept of 43 to 1?
And there are no fake collections like Silver Alliance.
Now I am not afraid of people laughing at me. The day after it was released, I created a trumpet account and prepared to quit the group and run away.
But at that time, a friend happened to ask me to go fishing. I had refused before because of the code, so this time I thought it was just to relax.
Then I came back to collect myself, cut my books, quit the group, and ran away to open my vest.
As a result, I felt much calmer while fishing.
And listening to the uncles and gentlemen around me discussing their own life problems and things they encountered...
Alas, I'm not afraid of everyone laughing when I say it. I'm actually a little happy when I hear that they are more unlucky than me...
This kind of thinking really shouldn't happen.
But it also changed my mentality.
Forget it, since I want to write an original and unlimited stream, and I have already thought of several dungeon stories but haven’t finished them yet, I might as well wait until I finish them before running away.
So after I came back, I updated steadily like a normal person.
As a result, I just kept updating... Two months passed in the blink of an eye, and the word count actually reached 600,000 words.
Usually when I have this word count, I no longer know what to write.
But maybe this is because of the unlimited flow of original works? I found that I still have a lot to write in the future.
It seems like I might be able to exceed my word limit for a single book.
And after logging in to the backend, which I haven't accessed for a long time, I found that the average number of subscriptions actually climbed from 1,800 to more than 4,700.
Thank you all for your support. If you didn’t read the original version, I definitely wouldn’t be able to do it.
But now the growth has stopped, and although the average order is rising, the follow-up order has not changed, and even dropped some.
I can only comfort myself that everyone is raising books.
Originally, it was enough to just keep updating the Buddhist system.
But from the gossip I got recently, it seems that the performance of my book... can still be improved, and it seems that the upper limit has not been reached yet.
Now the collection is almost 40,000 higher than that of "Fire", but the score is less than one-third of that book.
And that one has a fake collection of tens of thousands from the Silver League, while this one is all a real collection.
This shows that the potential is indeed there, I just hope that everyone can come to the genuine version more often.
So during the first update, a rare author asked for monthly votes from the chapter name.
I just wanted to see if I could still flush it.
Well, here again I am asking for a monthly pass.
To update this, I can only maintain a stable update for the time being (it has been four months since I opened the book and I have not taken a day off).
After a year or when it stabilizes, we will make more updates, mainly because we don’t want to affect the quality.
At the very least, I feel that I can make every chapter advance the plot or have something to say.
This copy... is intended to be a longer one, as if it were a book.
Then the next dungeon, including the next dungeon, has already been thought about.
But it might be spring by then.
hey-hey.
In short, 2020 was a very unlucky and helpless year for me. I hope that 2021, when I am 28 years old, can have a good start, a good process and a good ending.
Finally, ask for a monthly ticket.
Then I hope that if you read it, you can support the original version of Qidian.
Thank you everyone~~~
For those of you who haven’t read the original version, I must have gone to work in an electronics factory long ago.
I am very happy that the story I wrote can be seen by everyone.
