319. Changes at the bottom of the sand

Following Gu Zhuo's instructions, he walked over tremblingly and saw that the corpses had different shapes and twisted postures. Their expressions, without exception, looked very painful, as if they had died under extreme circumstances.

With his heart in his throat, the younger brother glanced at these corpses and managed not to faint.

After he read it, he told Gu Zhuo and others a shocking and terrifying fact:

"Boss, of the twenty corpses here, only five look different..."

Hearing this, Gu Zhuo understood immediately.

Of the twenty corpses, five of them died in the quicksand initially, and the remaining few died in different states during the chaos of time and space.

He and Chaoying understood what happened, but Chen Haidao didn't know anything yet.

It was as if he had seen a ghost.

"Horse rider, are you sure you're not lame? Only five corpses look different, the others are all the same!?"

"Yes, boss, really, I didn't lie to you, there are only five different ones, I'm sure!"

The younger brother's voice was filled with tears.

"Fuck, what are these things!?"

Chen Haidao obviously didn't believe this. He personally took a gun in his hand, inserted a pistol in his waist, and left the prison to check the condition of the corpses.

"Damn it, whether it's a human or a ghost, I'll come and see for myself."

His arrogant temper would probably make ghosts sad when they see him.

He walked up to the broken corpses, kicked them a few times, and looked at their faces carefully, not shying away at all.

After looking at the faces of the corpses at close range, the overwhelming stench swept over him, hitting him in the face like something substantial. Even Chen Haidao, who had such a strong psychological quality, couldn't help it.

He frowned and cursed.

"Fuck, what is this? It's so disgusting."

The smell of several rotting corpses on a hot day was enough for Gu Zhuo to think about.

After Chen Haidao saw the appearance of those corpses, he went to look at the next few. Sure enough, after looking at them, his expression was ugly, and he was not in a good mood.

"They all look the same, damn it."

He muttered something and was stunned for a while.

The stench made him so anxious that he couldn't help but want to leave.

He raised his legs and was about to turn away when he suddenly pointed at the corpses on the ground. Then he picked up the gun in his hand and pointed at one of them, shooting him fiercely, turning him into a hornet's nest.

"You are pretending to be a ghost, right? No matter what kind of monster you are, grandpa will create a prototype for you!"

Chen Haidao said fiercely while firing.

His body exuded an extremely murderous aura, like a ferocious evil ghost from hell.

Gu Zhuo's brows jumped when he saw his aura, knowing that this man was a madman.

Chen Haidao beat the corpse with bullet holes all over it. From the bullet holes, corpse water mixed with blood rolled out in a sticky consistency. It was yellow, red, and some white. I don’t know what it was. It might be about to solidify.

When the body fat rolled out of the bullet hole, Chen Haidao was disgusted.

However, the corpses remained motionless and seemed to be completely dead.

"Boss, what do you think this is all about..."

The boy stood next to him, not daring to offend Chen Haidao, who seemed to be in a bad mood, but he couldn't control the panic in his heart and asked him in a trembling voice.

"How do I know? I'm not a god who knows everything!"

Chen Haidao replied impatiently.

Then, he looked at the Doomsday Fortress and asked Gu Zhuo:

"Hey! Gu Zhuo, what are these things? Do you know what they are!"

How could Gu Zhuo tell them the truth? He just shrugged and answered him:

"I don't know. It might be some kind of cover-up, or some accident. Maybe it's an enemy we've never met before."

Hearing that Gu Zhuo couldn't explain why, Chen Haidao smacked his lips and prepared to take his younger brother back first.

The boy who fainted on the ground is not dead yet, he probably fainted from shock.

Chen Haidao scolded him for being useless, and was about to ask his younger brother to take him away, when suddenly, the sand began to stir slightly.

It seemed that the originally calm and endless sea suddenly had some waves.

The fine sand was churning, which shocked Chen Haidao:

"There's something underneath us!"

Gu Zhuo also saw that the surface of the sand was like small waves, rising one after another, like a big fish on the bottom of the sea, slowly approaching the fishing boat on the sea.

Gu Zhuo had a hunch in his heart that the approaching thing was a sandworm!

Chen Haidao had a premonition that danger was coming, so he ignored the two younger brothers and ran back to the Salt Lake Prison. When the younger brother who was originally standing beside him saw this, he didn't care much and ran with him.

Neither of them paid attention to the man who fainted on the ground.

I saw the thing under the sand approaching the man who fainted on the ground, getting closer and closer.

The moment Chen Haidao and his younger brother returned to the Salt Lake Prison and locked the prison door with a clang, they turned back and saw the wave coming under the man who fainted on the ground.

When the wave reached there, it stopped motionless, as if it had encountered some obstacle and was blocked.

Everyone held their breath, not daring to take a breath, looking at the man, wondering what would happen next.

Gu Zhuo was also waiting quietly. As expected, the thing was a sandworm.

After waiting for half a minute, everyone's hearts were raised, and they waited for a full half minute, but there was still no movement at all.

"What the hell, what are you doing!?"

Chen Haidao was a little panicked at first, thinking it was something big, but seeing that it didn't move now, he felt a little impatient in his heart.

He picked up the gun, aimed it at the man's body, and fired several shots.

The bullets shot into the sand. Chen Haidao shouted while shooting:

"Damn it, come out here, no matter what you are, don't pretend to be here!"

Chen Haidao didn't care whether such intensive shooting would hurt his little brother lying on the ground. Anyway, except for his own life, other people's lives were nothing in his eyes.

The bullet hit the sandy ground, stirring up patches of sand and splashing high.

Sure enough, a few bullets were shot at the fainting boy. The poor boy was shot several times inexplicably. But they were not in the fatal part, and he woke up directly from the pain.

He moved a few times and then opened his eyes.

The younger brother obviously hadn't realized what happened, he only felt pain in several places on his body. He looked down and saw several bloody holes on his body.

"Holy shit!"

He was so frightened that he screamed.

Then, he turned around and saw Chen Haidao holding a gun, and cried directly:

"Brother Hai, what are you doing!? Why did you shoot me?"

"Shut up!"

Chen Haidao scolded him and fired several more shots, hitting him all over his body. He was so frightened that he rolled to the side.

"Brother Hai, please let me go! I will do whatever you ask me to do from now on. I will never complain, Brother Hai!"

The younger brother was still yelling. He didn't pay attention at all. As he moved, something kept stirring under the sand.

He didn't notice, but Chen Haidao and his group did.

"It seems I need to get you moving."

Chen Haidao muttered something in his mind, and instead of hitting the bottom of the sand, he aimed at the edge of his younger brother's body and shot.

Shot after shot grazed the little brother's body, causing him to press on the bloody holes in his body while constantly dodging bullets.

Finally, when he realized that no matter what he said to Chen Haidao, he would never let him go, his younger brother also became angry.

Since it's all about death, it's better to die in a dignified way.

He directly exchanged insults with Chen Haidao:

"A dog, a son of a bitch, a bastard, I'm like this. I do things for you, do your dirty work for you, but you still don't let me go, and you keep shooting at me! Are you a human when you step on a horse?

?I’m going to fight you today, you son of a bitch!”

As he said this, he raised his gun and shot Chen Haidao back regardless of the situation.

He has no marksmanship at all, but he is not ordinary reckless.

"You dogs, you think about my fate for yourselves, and you still dare to do things for Chen Haidao, are you all looking for death!?"

While the younger brother was shooting, he was yelling at the other people around Chen Haidao. The other people around him looked at each other in confusion, and their expressions were not very good-looking.

When Chen Haidao saw that this guy had returned to his former glory and dared to sow discord, he got angry on the spot:

"You think you're having fun riding a horse, right? I'll spare your life, but I think you're just looking for death now!"

After he finished speaking, he was about to stop drawing and shoot the man into a sieve. Who would have thought that the man's bullets shot so hard and came directly towards Chen Haidao?

Mo Kai's momentum.

Chen Haidao didn't panic too much. With a thought in his mind, a cement wall immediately appeared in front of him, blocking the incoming bullets and protecting him.

He used this cement wall as a cover and fired desperately at the little brother.

The younger brother was also very lucky, and he rolled on the sand several times, but he didn't get shot.

But he also completely ignored the changes coming from beneath him.

Gu Zhuo watched Chen Haidao's people fighting among themselves. He didn't care about his own affairs within their gang. He just paid attention to the condition of the sand under his younger brother.

The sand was rising and rising. It was obvious that since the boy started rolling on the ground to avoid the gun, the things on the sand bottom had become more and more restless and ready to move.

"Chen Haidao is trying to lure out the things under the sand."

Gu Zhuo murmured.

Chen Haidao actually didn't have as many thoughts as Gu Zhuo thought. At first, he did have the mentality of letting his younger brother draw out the things under the sand, but now, he simply wants to kill that guy.

"Death, you traitor to the Japanese!"

When Chen Haidao's last stroke went down and hit the younger brother's calf, the pain made his whole brain twitch.

The thing under the sand was emitting the most violent activity so far.
