The previous book was "The World of Ghost Movies".
I don't know if this book has readers of "The World of Ghost Movies".
I am a little proud of this book, but I also have a lot of regrets.
My small pride is that I successfully connected Lin Zhengying's ghost films of the Republic of China with a timeline, and I can still justify it, as if it is the same thing.
From then on, the copy of "Mr. Zombie", one of the novice villages for time travelers, has greater potential for exploration.
Hahaha...make me a little proud.
But there are more regrets.
The first is the issue of timeline.
In fact, we should not start with "Mr. Zombie" from the Republic of China, but "The Exorcist" from the late Qing Dynasty. In this way, the world of Lin Zhengying's ghost film will be more complete, and by the way, we can bury "The Master" and "Van Helsing"

Secondly, there is the final plot of the novel. In fact, there are still quite a few movies that have not been written yet.
One of the clues in the novel is that there are five immortals: "Gods, Humans and Ghosts". Among them, the immortals are divided into three categories: ghosts and gods in the underworld, earthly beings in the human world, and gods in heaven.
I have written about the first two, but I have not written about the one about Heavenly God, which is my regret.
Because the conceived outline is supplemented by the movie "Gong Xi Fa Cai" starring Alan Tam.
It's a pity that it was cut off in order to keep up with the progress.
The same goes for the ending.
In fact, I didn’t want to use Cao Lu’s magic circle to travel back to ancient times.
What I imagined was that "The Freeze" starring Yuan Biao introduced the concept of inner energy and the Buddha wheel that travels through time and space.
Huang Sheng can use this Buddha wheel to actively travel back to the late Ming Dynasty, connect it with the world of "A Chinese Ghost Story", and even introduce the movie "The Way of the Demon", and finally ascend to immortality as the ending.
Unfortunately, due to various reasons, it was not completed, leaving an open ending, which means it was unfinished.
Before writing "The World of Ghost Movies", I actually went through a rather difficult time.
A relative of mine got seriously ill, so I quit my job and stayed with him in the hospital for almost a year.
In one year, I saw a lot of depressing things in the hospital.
Death is often not scary, what is scary is the process of waiting for death.
That feeling of despair is the greatest torture.
Not everyone can let it go.
It’s not just the patient himself who can’t let go, but also the patient’s family members.
Later, I went to the cinema to watch "I'm Not the God of Medicine". I burst into tears while watching it, because I had personally seen many things.
Especially the scene where Lu Shubin committed suicide.
I saw an old man who was being treated alone in the hospital. He went to the toilet in the middle of the night and suffered gastrointestinal bleeding, and no one noticed.
When I discovered it at eight or nine in the morning, the person had already left.
After hearing the news, the old man's son came to the hospital and burst into tears, saying that he had not seen him for the last time and was quarreling with his brother on the phone.
Seeing this scene, I don't know what to think.
Sometimes, I feel that life is very tiring.
It was with this mood that I later wrote "The World of Ghost Movies". The world was depressing, and the core I set for the protagonist was also selfish, because he just wanted to live.
