1:181 Infiltration into Far Frontier (Part 2)

Everyone appeared in the sky not far from the research institute.

The Underdark only has the opportunity to see sunlight at noon. It is now four o'clock in the morning, and it can be said to be completely dark, so the group of people appearing in mid-air did not attract any attention.

Lianyin used a gentle landing technique, and everyone landed silently in the jungle.

"This is the Underdark." Tristan looked at the desolate world around him. Even the jungles were sparse coniferous forests.

What a desolate and miserable scene, compared to the glorious region, it is simply the difference between heaven and hell. No wonder the Hungarians are so eager to open the wall of the world.

"Dig a hole, and be sure to keep your voice down. The orcs' ears are so sensitive that they will be noticed at any time."

"Just let them notice," Tristan said nonchalantly as he summoned the ice mole and let it start digging holes: "Who would have thought that a group of lunatics like us would dig holes and sneak into the research institute in the early morning?"

The ice mole lived up to its reputation. It dug dozens of feet of tunnels in an instant, and also made the surrounding earth barriers neat, spacious and clean. Judging from this progress, it will take less than half an hour to invade the research institute.

"So," Grand Duke Hall lowered his voice and asked, "This is the facility where the foxes conduct research on super soldiers and world wall keys? Its appearance does not look as large as expected."

"My assumption is that a large part of it is hidden underground." Arthur said, "So------"

"Shh, keep your voice down!" Ivan whispered, "Something walked on the ground. It was a huge creature."

"Those are just various ferocious beasts in the dark area, don't worry about them." Bediwell said, "They usually come out to look for food at this time."

"It provides us with good cover, great." Arthur said.

Half an hour later, the ice mole actually dug up something.

"Wall?" Arthur walked over to check, "Do you want to break it open?"

"After you go out, you'll find a room that looks like a utility room. Just smash it, there's no one around," Ivan said.

Arthur controlled his strength and quietly and quickly smashed open the cement wall.

However, Ivan was only half right. What was placed in this so-called utility room was not debris, but huge bottles. In the bottles, soaked in preservatives, were the bodies of terrifying-looking monsters.

Corpse.

Torvir gasped and leaned next to Arthur, holding Arthur's hand tightly. He looked very scared.

"Don't be afraid, they have died long ago." Arthur comforted.

But he clearly felt that Tovir was not afraid of these things because of their ugly appearance. What the leopard man boy was afraid of was something deeper.

"Are these the failed products of super soldier research? What a cruel and inhumane experiment." Grand Duke Hall said, "The foxes in this institute have to pay the price with their lives."

"...I thought you were a pacifist, Grand Duke?" Arthur asked tentatively.

"Yes. But some unforgivable people are still unforgivable." The Grand Duke said, "Stop talking, time is running out, hurry up and focus on your battle."

"...Evan, have you observed any traces of cold storage?" Arthur asked.

"...Not yet. The walls of this institute are too thick and seriously affect my eyesight." Ivan said, "But it seems that there are more facilities deeper underground."

"Then to be serious, the cold storage should be there too." Arthur said, "Let's move carefully while heading towards the underground level."

Around five o'clock in the morning.

The Khajiit guard, who was about to change his shift, yawned and looked exhausted. When he closed his eyes, his throat had been cut by the lightsaber. Since he was using a high-output lightsaber, the blood was everywhere.

It solidified under the intense heat in an instant, without even a drop of it spilling out.

"Hurry up, here!" Arthur said softly, opening the vent on the side.

Bedivere picked up the body and hurriedly dragged it into the vent.

"This is the fourteenth one," Arthur said displeasedly. "How many levels are there that can't be passed without doing this? The guards are so tight, it's only a matter of time before our actions are discovered."

"There is another floor, which is almost at the end." Ivan said, "I can clearly see the location of the freezer."

"Okay, let's go!" Arthur arrived, crawling forward silently along the ventilation duct.

After crawling for about ten minutes under Ivan's instructions and walking through the complicated ventilation ducts, everyone finally reached the freezer.

Arthur opened the vent and climbed out. The freezer looked unguarded, with white mist everywhere, and it was very cold.

"Okay, Ivan is responsible for keeping track, while the others split up to look for something similar in shape to the key fragments. It looks like it should be an ice brick as big as a heart, and may be held by other containers." Arthur said.

After everyone dispersed, they searched separately. Arthur was walking aimlessly, but a strange feeling began to grip his steps.

He walked forward following the ominous premonition and came to a huge container.

What was frozen inside the container seemed to be some kind of huge creature. The ice sealed the container layer by layer, so that only the outline of the monster could be seen.

Even so, Arthur still felt a chill.

He reached out and wiped the sign next to him, and the words covered by the frost were revealed:

Pandora Project: Experimental Subject Zero.
