Please take 1 day of sick leave, and tell you a little bit about interesting things that happened when you were sick
As the title says, I'm taking a sick day today.
If you think about it carefully, this is the first time I have asked for leave for this book, and it is also the first time I have asked for sick leave since I started writing novels on March 28, 2019...
As I said at the end of the last chapter, I had gastroenteritis.
Because I saw a doctor in time, received intravenous injections, and took medicine, after lying in bed for a full day yesterday, I felt a lot better and my body temperature also dropped, to about 37 degrees 6.
Updates should be resumed tomorrow.
Although there is no update today due to illness, I still want to tell you some interesting stories about when I was sick, so that everyone can have fun.
Everyone should have experienced it to some extent - when people are sick, they always dream of some strange things.
And when I was sleeping to recuperate yesterday, what I dreamed about was - the Shinsengumi...
This is probably because I have been watching the Taiga drama "Shinsengumi!" recently...
I can’t remember exactly what I dreamed about the moment I woke up. I just remember that I seemed to have become a member of the Shinsengumi, wandering the streets of Kyoto as if it were my own backyard.
In my dream, I also said something like "The flag with the word 'sincerity' will never fall!" which was very average but somewhat cool.
Because this dream was so immersive, I couldn't synchronize with reality in time after waking up. The first moment I woke up from this dream, my first thought was: "Where is this place?"
'Where's the word flag?"
If you think about it from another angle, the me in the dream might be me in a parallel world.
In the parallel world, I am a member of the Shinsengumi. Under the banner of "Sincerity", I fought until the last moment with the group of reformers who shouted "Tenchu" - such a possibility is not impossible (laughs)
