Chapter 843: The Identity of Kong Sheng

"But it's related to the human race, so where should we start?"

Su Fan started to think.

He knew that if he wanted to gain merit, he had to be beneficial to the general trend of the human race. The emergence of hundreds of schools of thought was actually in line with the general trend of heaven.

That's why those scholars have so many merits and virtues. Among the three religions and nine streams, the elders of Taoism and Confucianism are already at the quasi-sage level.

Of course, the reason why they have such cultivation is not just due to their merits, but also because of themselves.

Needless to say, I am the clone of Taiqing Saint. He was reincarnated into the human world and experienced calamities. Needless to say, his own strength is so strong that it is only natural for him to become a quasi-sage.

The identity of Confucius is rather mysterious. He did not go to the Fire Cloud Cave, so he was obviously not a simple human being.

As a Confucian, Zhang Liang did not know the identity of their Confucius saint, which is intriguing.

Confucianism’s current luck is actually not very strong.

After all, during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, although Confucianism was a prominent school, it was not taken as seriously as Mohism, and it was not even necessarily better than Mohism.

At least if the Mohists didn't have those ideas, their hands-on ability would still be welcomed by the empire's senior officials.

Especially the military technology of the previous Great Qin was inseparable from the Mohist family. Great Qin's powerful crossbows were the best in the world and were developed by the Mohist family and Gongshujia.

Therefore, in fact, the six countries in the past were more welcoming to Mohist talents.

Only Confucianism is actually the most embarrassing. It is a prominent school and is the largest among the three religions, but it has never been taken seriously by the top leaders of various countries.

Without the attention of human dynasties, it is conceivable that the luck of Confucianism is not very high.

If Confucius, a Confucian saint, wants to enjoy Confucian luck, he is obviously not as good as Laozi, the Taoist ancestor.

After all, as one of the three religions, Taoism can be said to have always been the most powerful during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period.

There may not be many Taoist disciples, but it has always been sought after by high-level officials and nobles in various countries. Some countries even try to use some Taoist ideas to govern their country.

Taoism's luck can be said to be the most profound among all the schools of thought.

The reason why I became enlightened and had a Purple Qi of Thirty Thousand Miles was not only because of his identity, but also because of his profound luck.

But if Confucius could also become a quasi-sage, then his identity would not be simple. After all, Mohism and Confucianism had similar fortunes at that time.

However, Mozi's luck and merit could not make him a saint.

Therefore, the identity of Confucius must not be simple.

It's a pity that as a direct disciple of Confucianism, I don't even know.

Su Fan once guessed that Confucius was a colorful peacock, that is, the reincarnation of Kong Xuan, but this did not make sense.

Today's Kong Xuan has become a Buddhist a long time ago. If he reincarnates, he will at most be reincarnated into Buddhism, preach Buddhism, and be reincarnated as a Confucian saint. How is that possible?

If you want to become a Confucian saint, you also need strong Confucianism, unless Kong Xuan completely gives up his true nature.

Lao Tzu's way is still his way of supreme inaction, even if he reincarnates and becomes a Taoist saint.

And if Kong Xuan converted to Confucianism, he would have to give up everything on his own.

But is this possible?

During the period of becoming a god, he was already a quasi-sage, and he was one of the few quasi-sages with super combat power. He had fought against a saint, but he was easily manipulated by the saint.

But no one dares to underestimate him.

He is so powerful, can he give up?

Su Fan didn't think it was possible to kill three corpses and reincarnate as their clones without giving up the previous life.

But this doesn't make sense. After all, during the Conferred God Period, Kong Xuan did not become a quasi-sage by killing three corpses.

Instead, he used ancient methods to break through the quasi-sage.

Killing three corpses was the way for Taoist ancestors to achieve enlightenment. Later, those with great supernatural powers also began to practice Taoism.

But in the first two epochs of the founding of the world, during the prehistoric and super-ancient period, those who had truly great supernatural powers, some powerful men who were named after the Tao Ancestors, did not just kill three corpses.

For example, the three tribes of dragon, phoenix and unicorn, these three ancient behemoths, were the three most powerful tribes before all races. When they dominated the ancient world, Tao Ancestor had not yet attained enlightenment.

At that time, those top powerful men were not Daluo, but there were also quasi-sages, but they were called Hunyuan Golden Immortals at that time.

They didn't follow the method of killing three corpses. At that time, they had their own ancient method to break through the realm of Da Luo.

As the son of Phoenix, Kong Xuan naturally did not follow the path of the Three Corpses.

Therefore, he does not have three corpse clones, and it is impossible for him to reincarnate into the human race as one of the three corpses, like the Taiqing Saint, and incarnate as the Taoist ancestor of the human race.

If Kong Xuan wants to incarnate as Confucius, he must be reincarnated, and if he transforms into Confucianism, he must be different from his own body, the Five Elements Dao.

Maybe someone can practice several avenues, but there will definitely be a priority.

Confucius was already a Confucian saint and a quasi-sage, but in the final analysis, compared to the Five Elements Dao, in Su Fan's opinion, the latter was more suitable for Kong Xuan.

Su Fan also didn't think that Kong Xuan would give up his Five Elements Way for the sake of Confucian luck.

After all, before he became a god, he had already cultivated to the level of the Hunyuan Golden Immortal through the Five Elements Dao, and he would have the opportunity to become the Hunyuan Daluo Golden Immortal in the future.

Even compared to those like Zhen Yuanzi, he has a better chance of breaking through Hunyuan Daluo.

It's a pity that during the Conferred God Period, he was caught by a saint and became the Peacock King of Buddhism.

It is even more difficult to break through.

But even if it is difficult, it is not without opportunities.

And Confucian saints are only saints of the human race, not human saints. They are much worse than heavenly saints.

Confucian saints are just ordinary quasi-sages, even inferior to his true form. Su Fan doesn't think that with Kong Xuan's arrogance, he would choose the human race.

Although, as the national bird, he became the guardian beast of the Yin and Shang Dynasties, as the son of the Phoenix, his heels were no worse than those of Zhen Yuanzi who were innately sacred.

Therefore, Su Fan felt that it was unlikely that Kong Xuan was Confucius.

As for the future, Dong Zhongshu and Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty decided to depose hundreds of schools of thought and only respect Confucianism. Let’s not say whether this situation can be achieved.

Even if it is achieved, what will happen if Confucian luck reaches its peak? This alone cannot make a Confucian saint a true saint.

Don't you see, there are saints in the ancient world who came from the way of heaven, whether it is the earth way or the human way, the earth way is not bad, and the thick soil empress is indeed a saint.

As for the way of humanity, there has not yet been a saint. The saints of the human race do not mean that they are the way of humanity.

The way of heaven is really too powerful, so powerful that it suppresses both ways.

As a result, there is no chance for comparable saints to appear in the two realms.

The saints of the human race are only quasi-sages in terms of strength, so no matter how strong the Confucianists are, they are nothing more than quasi-sages.

Moreover, it is still the kind of person who relies on luck to become a saint. Once there are any changes in the human race, it may also affect their cultivation.

Such human saints and ordinary people may be very willing, but Kong Xuan may not be so willing.
