Chapter 34 The Scrambler

For Crownpis, the time spent in the library passed quickly.

While CrownPeace was reading, Merriface left twice. CrownPeace probably left once for lunch and once to pick flowers.

It wasn't until the library was about to close at night that the two of them left together.

The two of them left together.

……………………………………………………

Melissa's perspective——

She is a little flustered now.

After coming out of the library, Crownpis said it was too late now and asked to spend the night at Melphis's house. Normally, she would have flatly refused, but Melphis was so confused that she didn't even know what was going on.

The ground agreed.

It would be nice if she knew some aristocratic etiquette. If her father saw her bringing someone home with bad manners, she would definitely be scolded.

If there is a reason, it is not without reason, because even if Melphis decides that Crownpis is indeed a civilian, it cannot change the fact that she has a certain relationship with Fluder.

But this reason was a reason that I reluctantly found for myself after I agreed in a vague way. Could it be that I have already reached the level where I can rely on intuition to instantly find out what I should do? Is it impossible?

Another problem is——

At first, no matter how hard I rubbed my eyes, I couldn't see her magical power, so I was curious to talk to her. Although I had thought that as long as I treated her correctly, I would be able to benefit the family in the future, why would I think that the more I look at her, the cuter she becomes?

How does it feel?

"Wait a minute," when she was about to reach the entrance of the college, Crounpiss slowly slowed down, "Merriface, you are a young noble, right? Did you have a serious conflict with someone in your family recently?"

"Ah? Eh? No?" Melissa turned around and had a bad feeling for a moment.

"Well, that's right. Could it be that they are looking for me? For tracking and surrounding, the method is too amateurish." Crounpis said while holding her forehead.

Melphis looked around nervously. Although she only had rumors, it seemed that such people did not exist. They were jealous of geniuses from small families or common people, and they would find a large group of dandy kids to hang out with in a secluded place.

But we haven't left the school yet, right? Does it really matter if we fight here?

Then, several people walked out from behind the wall next to the college gate.

They were several men dressed as housekeepers or waiters. They seemed to be simply waiting here. It was Crownpiss who misunderstood them without permission, but how did she find out about the people behind the wall?

"Master Gucimont invites you to get on the carriage." The leading butler gestured to the carriage parked opposite the college.

"It's actually the big family of Cushmont?! I have no chance of winning like this. Are poachers coming so quickly? It's not even possible that they're looking for me..." Melifis lost confidence after thinking about it.

, because all these people’s eyes were on Crounpisi.

"If the daughter of Vermeer is with us, if you don't mind, please get in the car too," the butler added.

Merriface immediately lifted up her skirt and bowed, while secretly complaining in her heart about who had changed the skirt design of her uniform to be so short.

"Then, I gratefully accept the invitation," she said.

It is sometimes dangerous for a small noble to reject the words of a big noble. If it is a casual word, it may not matter, but Melifis feels that the other person did not say it casually. Compared with this incident, she went home later or even stayed up all night

Even if you don’t return, you will be forgiven by your family.

"Why? You want to invite me?" Cronpis asked.

"I don't know, please go check with the young master."

"Whoops!" The side of the butler's hair shook slightly. Melissa didn't see what happened, but staying in the air, the vines that shot out from Crounpis' hand were still there.

"That's right!" Melphis stared as she recalled the knowledge she obtained from a tutor before entering school. "The second-level magic [Vine Entanglement [bd of liana]] should be at least a silver-level magic, but

It shouldn’t be possible to do without chanting..."

Maybe he has become a monster, but does such a person really need to learn the basics of magic first? Wouldn't it be better to directly become Fluder's disciple? I have no idea why.

"If you dare to play any tricks, you know the consequences, right?" Clawnpisi said seemingly viciously.

"If you want to vent your anger, this is not the right place." The butler said with a straight face.

"Aren't you the butlers and waiters? You didn't change your face in the face of this kind of attack, and you even judged that you didn't need to dodge. Are you the bodyguards of the nobles?" Crounpis grinned.

"Since you know, please." The butler made a "please" gesture.

"Haha, it's better to obey orders than to be respectful. Is Merriface coming?"

"Ah? Well, of course, I can't refuse." Melissa nodded nervously.

After the two got on the carriage, they were silent for a while, listening to the sound of the carriage passing by on the road.

"Merriface, do you have a guard?" Crownpiss, who had been looking out the window, glanced sideways at Melphis.

Melphis was stunned for a moment, having a bad premonition, and answered truthfully: "No."

So Crownpis opened the car door and said to the housekeeper who was riding outside: "Did you find it?"

"There are six of us, right? It won't be a problem." The housekeeper said calmly.

Crownpiss saw that there were actually eight of them.

"If you are planning to do some shady transaction, I might be interested. Just don't get caught. Even I can handle it, but it will be troublesome." Crounpis said fiercely.

"I assure you, there is no problem. If you kill them, it will give them an excuse."

"Really? Is it one of the methods to disclose some insignificant information to the so-called enemy? I understand." Crounpis muttered in a voice that could only be heard inside the car and closed the door.

Melphis couldn't help leaning her back against the inner wall of the car, holding her forehead and thinking: "Oh my god, it seems that I have accidentally been involved in some kind of struggle among the great nobles. If I am involved, I will be the first to suffer."

, how should I stand in line? If I can go home safely tonight, I will report it to my father immediately."

Not long after, the carriage stopped in front of a large house.

Meliphis recognized that this was indeed a house owned by Gu Ximont, but it was not her own.

After the two followed the housekeeper into the house, they were taken to what looked like a dressing room, but was actually a dressing room. The butler then asked the two of them to change clothes as required, and then he left.

If there is indeed such a rule when attending a more formal occasion, Melifiss will not hesitate to open a wardrobe and exclaim: "Wow!"
