Chapter 26 Loneliness
Zhuge Mingzhu saw the troubled look on Ning Shaoyang's face and said:
"You don't have to worry too much. It's not difficult to introduce Qi into your body. As long as you can sense the spiritual energy and do more water grinding skills, you can do it. One month is definitely enough. The main thing is that you
How long does it take to sense spiritual energy?"
"Aura..." Ning Shaoyang couldn't help but ask, "What is aura and how can I sense it?"
"There's no way to say this. You can only rely on yourself to sense it." Zhuge Mingzhu said.
She pointed to a well in the yard and said to Ning Shaoyang:
"What's in here is not well water, it's all spiritual liquid transformed by spiritual energy. If you can't identify the existence of spiritual energy, just drink more spiritual liquid. It will make it easier for you to identify what spiritual energy is. If so, you still
If you can't identify what spiritual energy is, it really just means that you are not suitable for cultivation."
Her tone was cold, always cold, as if there was no warmth at all.
Ning Shaoyang was used to her tone of voice, and when he heard such words, he still felt a little disappointed.
This is a little different from what he imagined. It does not mean that you can become a monk by entering this sect.
Just on the first day he arrived, he felt that this road was not that simple.
After Zhuge Mingzhu said those words, he pointed to a tall golden building on the other side of the apse:
"Normally, I will practice on the roof of the Hidden Sword Tower. If you have anything important, you can go up to see me. If there is nothing important, there is no need. For you, it doesn't matter if you go up there.
easy."
Ning Shaoyang looked over and saw that it was the tallest building in the Divine Sword Palace. It was more than a hundred feet high and looked like a long sword standing against the sky.
It's really not easy to climb up.
After Zhuge Mingzhu said these words to him, he rose into the air and flew towards the tall building, leaving Ning Shaoyang alone in the empty courtyard.
At this time, the morning sun shone in the yard, and a breeze blew, making the leaves in the yard rustle.
Standing alone in this courtyard, Ning Shaoyang suddenly felt extremely lonely.
The place where he is standing now is tens of thousands of miles away from his hometown.
None of the people I knew were gone—even the faces I once hated so much were gone.
I no longer have any relatives.
Deep down in my heart, that cute and cute girl has also left this world.
Ning Shaoyang didn't know when he could resurrect her, or even if there was a chance to resurrect her in this life.
This is a foreign country, a foreign land.
There is only an empty palace and a cold master here.
The sun shone on him, leaving a shadow behind him.
Ning Shaoyang suddenly realized that from now on, this shadow would be the only one accompanying him.
The world shouldn't be like this.
Now he doesn't think that the place he is in is still in the human world.
He stood there in a daze for more than half an hour. It wasn't until the sun shone on him and he felt a burning sensation that he realized what he was doing and entered a house with the book and the bottle of elixir.
He originally thought that the rooms in such a magnificent palace should be very luxurious and comfortable to live in.
But after going in, I realized that I had thought too much.
There was nothing in the room he entered, just a futon, a bamboo mat, a small table, and a wooden cabinet.
There isn't even a bed.
——In the past, the furnishings in this palace were indeed very luxurious, but after Zhuge Mingzhu kicked all the clan members out of the sect, he threw away all those things, so it seemed very simple and empty.
Even worse than the dilapidated courtyard where Ning Shaoyang lived before.
He was stunned for a moment, then placed the bottle of elixir on the small table, took out the book "The True Solution to Qi Training" and started reading.
"The True Explanation of Qi Training" is Tahaomen's most authentic method in the realm of Qi training.
The book obtained by Ning Shaoyang is divided into two parts, one part is the main text, and the other part is the notes added later.
He knew all the words in the text, but he didn't quite understand the meaning when put together.
But fortunately, there are annotations under each line of text, which should be the explanations Zhuge Mingzhu said his grandfather gave. Those explanations are not so obscure and difficult to understand, giving Ning Shaoyang a certain understanding of this technique.
The realm of qi training is the entrance to cultivation. The so-called qi training means that the qi practiced is the spiritual energy mentioned by Zhuge Mingzhu.
The foundation of a cultivator's practice lies in spiritual energy.
Reiki is a necessary thing for monks to practice. Reiki is called "the creation of yin and yang, the source of the five elements, and the mother energy of all things" by cultivators. It is considered to be the basis for the transformation of all things.
From the perspective of cultivators, spiritual energy is formed by the interaction of yin and yang between heaven and earth, which can communicate reality and reality and evolve all things.
The great magical power that monks can have to move mountains and seas and call wind and rain lies in their ability to use these spiritual energies.
If you want to develop great supernatural powers in this world, the only way is to refine spiritual energy.
The monk's refining spiritual energy is different from the warrior's movement of true energy. The warrior's movement of true energy is more about transporting energy and blood, tempering the body, and stimulating one's own potential. The highest achievement is to be an indestructible and indestructible diamond.
In the Dzogchen realm of foundation building, one cannot have great supernatural powers.
When monks refine spiritual energy, they communicate with heaven and earth, sense the spiritual energy with their thoughts, and then refine it into their own magic power.
When you practice to the extreme, you can combine your body with the Tao, become one with heaven and earth, and possess incredible magical powers.
Spiritual energy is the only substance between heaven and earth that can communicate reality and reality. It is the only medium for spiritual power to act on matter. It is also the material basis for monks to embody various magical powers.
A warrior can cultivate to the extreme without spiritual energy, but a monk cannot achieve anything without spiritual energy.
The monk releases his spiritual power, communicates with the spiritual energy between heaven and earth, introduces it into his body, and then melts his spiritual power and spiritual energy into one body. This is the legendary magic power.
Only when you reach the realm of Qi training can you have magic power.
Before entering this realm, it is the threshold of cultivation, which is called introducing Qi into the body.
If you cannot introduce Qi into your body, there will be no way to convert it into magic power, and there will be no cultivation.
The first condition for introducing Qi into the body is to sense spiritual energy.
If you can't even sense spiritual energy, how can you introduce it into your body?
What monks generally call aptitude for cultivating immortals refers to their sensitivity to the spiritual energy of heaven and earth.
People who cannot sense the existence of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth will never be able to succeed in cultivation no matter how hard they practice.
After reading this, Ning Shaoyang also understood why Zhuge Mingzhu said that if you can't distinguish spiritual energy, you are not suitable for cultivation.
