Water is yin, fire is yang; cold is yin, heat is yang. "Yin gets yang rise and the source is inexhaustible." Obviously, this must be the yang inside the earth, and the yang outside will not make its source inexhaustible.

Only when there is yang in the yin can the source of springs be inexhaustible! Otherwise, it will be a pool of stagnant water.

The "right of creation in heaven and earth lies in water and fire."

"All things come from form, but they are not sterile."

Why do the five wind, heat, humidity, dryness and cold belong to the category of changes in the earth's atmosphere? Because from the perspective of the earth, the changes in the four seasons mainly depend on the relative changes in the light energy and heat energy of the solar fire caused by the apparent movement of the sun relative to the earth, that is, the four seasons are caused by the changes in the strength of the sun's fire.

The mutual push of the four seasons (five seasons) has caused changes in the five qi of wind, heat, dampness, dryness and cold, so the five qi are called heaven.

Earth fire is just the fire in the yin, and the fire in the yin is "Shaoyang" rather than the sun.

The earth water has the mist of earth fire so that the cold will not condense and destroy all things. Otherwise, "the water is originally cold and makes no fire in the water, then the cold will be extreme. The cold will be extreme, and the yang will be decayed, and all things will be silent."

If there is no mist effect of earth fire, the earth water will condense coldly and cannot produce all things, which is an internal cause.

The sun fire and Taiyin water are the foundation of the qi of heaven and earth. Therefore, the rise and fall of yin and yang (heaven and earth) is essentially the rise and fall of water and fire, and the shape and qi of (heaven and earth) is essentially the combination of water and fire.

Therefore, the "power of creation in heaven and earth lies in water and fire", which is only the yang energy of the sun fire and the yin energy of the sun fire rise and fall.

If the yang energy cannot decline, the yin energy cannot rise, and the yin and yang energy cannot be used with each other, there will be no unity of heaven and earth, and there will be no transformation of all things. This is an external cause.

Only when yin and yang are mutually rooted and interoperable and internal and external factors work together can all things be transformed.

The human body also has Tai Chi Yin and Yang diagrams.

As the saying goes: "The human body is a small world", "Man is a small world", "Human way is based on the way of heaven".

That is, the human body should also be the unity of opposition between heaven and earth, and should have the structural model of "yin and yang mutual roots" of Tai Chi Yin and yang diagram and the motion model of "yin and yang mutual use".
