Chapter 390: The Source of Good and Evil

"Now that Long Ji is in danger, I hope she can survive the disaster she deserves." Queen Mother of the West sighed.

Haotian's eyes finally opened: "I don't worry about her having a disaster forever. I'm afraid she will get used to willfulness and will cause obstacles to practicing Taoism because of Nian Sifan. Since you are here, I'd better go to Penglai. If I'm really doomed, then I can't do anything."

Haotian stood up and stepped out in one step, and had already passed thousands of mountains and rivers.

It’s not that he can’t let go, but he goes to see it, that’s all.

Once someone asked a Taoist practitioner: "What is the most terrifying thing in the world?"

The Taoist priest said, "Desire!" The man looked confused.

The Taoist priest said, "Don't believe it? Then listen to me tell two stories."

Jiang Huairen ran over from the woods in panic and happened to meet two very good friends walking by the forest. They asked the man, "Why are you panicing like this?"

Jiang Huairen said: "It's so scary. I dug up a pile of shell coins in the woods!"

The two of them couldn't help but say, "This Jiang Huairen is such a big fool! He dug up the shell coins, and he actually said such a good thing was too terrible, it's really hard to understand!"

So they asked the man again, "Where did it be dug out? Please tell us."

Jiang Huairen said: "Aren't you afraid of such a powerful thing? It can eat people!"

The two men said disapprovingly: "We are not afraid, just tell us where we can find it."

Jiang Huairen said: "It's just under the tree at the westmost point of the woods."

The two friends immediately went to find that place, and the coins were indeed revealed.

One person said to the other: "Jiang Huairen is so stupid. In his eyes, the coin that everyone desires has become a human-eating thing."

Another person also nodded and said yes.

They then discussed how to get these coins back.

One of them said: "It is not safe to take it back during the day, so it is better to take it back at night. I'll stay here to watch. You go get some food, we'll eat here, and then wait until it's dark before taking the coins back."

The other person did what he said. The person who stayed behind thought, "It would be great if all these coins belong to me! When he came back, I would beat him to death with a wooden stick, and all these coins would be mine."

The man who went back to get the food also thought: "I will have a full meal when I go back and then put poison in his meal. When he dies, all the coins will be mine."

As a result, when he got the food and returned to the woods, another man beat him to death with a wooden stick from behind, and then said, "Friend, it was Beibi who forced me to do this."

Then he picked up the food delivered by the man and started eating it in big mouthfuls.

Not long after, he felt very uncomfortable and his stomach was burning like fire. He realized that he was poisoned. When he was dying, he said, "What Jiang Huairen, who didn't come to dig the shell coins, is so right!"

This really corresponds to the saying: People die for money, birds die for food! They are all caused by greed, and desire turns the closest friend into mortal enemies!

There was an old farmer named Ji Ji who wanted to buy a piece of land. When he heard that someone from a place wanted to sell the land, he decided to go there and ask.

As a result, the person from that place told him: "Just pay a hundred coins and then give you a day, starting from the time when the sun rises, until the sun sets on the horizon, the land you can circle with steps is yours, but if you can't return to the starting point, you will not be able to get an inch of land."

Ji Ji thought to himself: "If I worked hard this day and walked more roads, wouldn't I be able to go through a big circle and get a big piece of land? Such a business is really cost-effective!"

So he signed a contract with the locals.

As soon as the sun emerged from the horizon, he took big steps forward. At noon, he did not stop at all and kept walking forward, thinking to himself: "If you endure this day, you can enjoy the rewards brought by the hard work of this day in the future."

He walked a long way forward again, and as the sun was about to set, he was very anxious because if he couldn't get back, he wouldn't get a single inch of land, so he took the shortcut to rush to the starting point.

But the sun was about to set, so he had to run desperately. In the end, he was only two steps away from reaching the starting point, but Ji Ji's strength was exhausted and he fell there.

The gap between human desires and reality can never be overcome, because human greed is endless and will never be satisfied. This is the biggest shortcoming in human nature.

The most serious sin of mind karma is "greed".

The Taoist Sutra says: "There is no sin to be able to be desired, the disaster is greater than not being satisfied, and the blame is no desire to be obtained. Therefore, the contentment is always enough."

It means that no sin is greater than indulging in lust, no disaster is greater than indulgence, and no disaster is greater than insatiable.

Therefore, only the satisfaction of feeling satisfied is eternal satisfaction.

If you don’t seek the great way, you will be lost. Even if you bear the wise and talented people, you will be a husband. Time flies for a hundred years, and your life will be filled with water. You only want to be profitable and prosperous, regardless of the description of being exhausted and exhausted. Just ask if you pile up money like a mountain, you can’t buy it without any money.

People should put morality first and should not be greedy for fame and fortune. Greed means greed, greed, greed for fame, greed for profit, etc.

Greed is the insatiable pursuit and possessive psychological desire, pursuit of material desire, pursuit and comfort of living environment. While greed for excessive material and material desire, it will inevitably commit sins and karma. The greed will never end, and the heart is exhausted and not knowing enough is true happiness.

Throughout history, how many greedy people have had a good ending, and how many greedy people have lost their lives because of this? We need to know that fame and fortune are all things outside of our body, and we will not bring them in life or death.

It is not about helping people avoid fame and fortune, but about helping people avoid fame and fortune in the world of fame and fortune.

If you can truly understand the nature of greed for fame and fortune, you can confuse people, you can be charming in your heart, you can be proud of your fame and fortune, you can defeat others' virtues, you can indulge in others' evils, you can hurt others' bodies, and you can give them life.

Greeding in fame and fortune is a great suffering, greed for fame and fortune is a pit of fire, and greed for fame and fortune is a mud.

You must be able to be a good person if you can, and you must stop if you can stop.

The Taoist Sutra says: "The five colors make people blind, the five sounds make people deaf, the five flavors make people feel refreshed, and galloping and hunting makes people crazy."

In other words, if there are too many desires, they will turn into greed, which will make people blind and crazy.

Some people are crazy about their power and status, some are lost in themselves for women, and some are foolish about money.

People's greed is truly fearful and often causes people to lose their morality and lose their nature.

When people are attached to all things, they will be deceived by external things and develop a desire for greed. Once the desire for greed arises, they will be troubles.

Delusions arise from troubles, which makes the body and mind sad and painful, and thus suffers filth and insults, wandering in life and death, and sinking in the vast and boundless sea of suffering forever.

Once a person falls into the trap of "chasing material desires", he will easily lose himself, and it will become very difficult to get out of it, so human nature cannot be with greed.

After the Taoist practitioners finished speaking these two stories, they closed their eyes and said nothing. The person had already learned the answer from these stories. It turned out that the most terrifying thing in this world is human desires. The more people have desires, the more unsatisfied they will be; the less happy they will be; the more troubles they will be.

Therefore, the Taoist priest has told people: money is like shackles, greed is a grave, and pursuing fame and fortune is ultimately just a waste of time.

Only by washing away all kinds of illusions in the heart, letting go of greed, and returning to the essence of the plainness, can we see through all the glory and wealth in the world like passing clouds. After all, they are impermanent colors, and finally experience the endless joy of life.

Those who lose coin lose little, those who lose health lose a lot, and those who lose courage lose everything.

As long as you make up your mind to overcome fear, you can overcome almost any fear.

So remember that fear has nowhere to hide except in your mind.

There was a family living in the mountain. On the sixth day of the wedding, the whole family was celebrating their ancestors when they suddenly ran in from outside. It turned out that the deer was chased by a hunter and a hunting dog. For a while, the deer had no way to escape, so they ran into the ancestral god table of the family to hide.

At that time, the hunter came after him and wanted to get the mountain deer back. At that time, the bride suddenly felt strange. Why did a mountain deer come to her family when she was worshiping ancestors and sacrificing incense? Therefore, she suggested that the old lady should not return the mountain deer to the hunter. Maybe the mountain deer has any cause and effect with their family, otherwise the mountain will not go anywhere, so how could she run into the house to escape? Therefore, they must save the mountain deer.

At that time, the two of you and the wife also realized that the bride was right, so they did not want to return the deer to the hunter, but the hunter said, "The mountain deer is the income I pursue. Although I ran into your house, if I had not led the hunting dog to chase, the mountain deer would not appear. If you don't return the deer, you will have to buy it at an equal price, and I will let the deer."

At this time, the hunter and the owner of the mountain residence had an argument.

The bride had to ask the hunter: "If you want to buy it, how much is the offer?"

The hunter said: "Twenty coins are enough."

At this time, the bride's wife heard this and said to herself: "I only used fifteen shell coins to marry this daughter-in-law. For a mountain deer, I actually asked for twenty shell coins!"

The two of Weng and Po wanted to return the deer, but the bride had a strong intention to save the deer, so she repeatedly persuaded her to try to save the deer. The two of Weng and Po wanted to refuse because the bride had just passed the door and were not convenient to refuse, so they bargained with the hunter.

As it was almost dusk, the hunter was willing to give the deer when he talked about fifteen shell coins. The price was settled, but the old lady looked upset and said to the bride: "My family welcomes you to the door and uses fifteen shell coins. There are four shell coins left for my family. How can I buy the deer when I buy the deer after fifteen shell coins?"

At this time, the bride reported to her mother-in-law and said, "It doesn't matter. As long as the two old people agree to buy deer, there is no need to worry about not having any shell coins. The daughter-in-law voluntarily took out all the fifteen shell coins that she had dowry to buy deer."

Of course, seeing that his daughter-in-law had a strong intention, she agreed to buy deer. The hunter returned with the coins. The bride called out the mountain deer from under the table of the gods and comforted the deer on the head. The deer seemed grateful to be comforted. She jumped a few lightly and fled into the mountains.

For a moment, news of the bride saving deer spread everywhere. Neighbors all made fun of the bride for being so stupid. She actually used such a huge sum of money to buy deer and release it. Especially the bride's house, she was even more blamed, but the bride didn't care and let it be blamed.

The second spring of the year, the bride had given birth to a cute man just turned one year old. When the family was busy, she placed the child on the nurse chair in the yard.

At this time, the mountain deer appeared again, and used the antlers on its head to hold the nurse's chair and the child, and turned around in the yard for two times before running out with the child.

When the child's family saw that Shan Lu had stole the child, they chased him out of all sizes. After chasing outside the mountain, they suddenly heard a loud noise. When they looked back, they saw that the mountains behind the house collapsed and covered all the houses. At this time, the child's family witnessed this scene and realized that it was Shan Lu who used the "stealing the child" to lure their family out of the difficult area in order to repay the bride's life-saving grace.

Seeing that the purpose had reached, the mountain deer gently put the child down and ran to the deep mountains and disappeared.

Since the mountain was difficult to be born, because the land was covered with collapsed mountains, he moved all those who had not suffered. The land was desolate and the people were misty. However, after this touching story, people from far and near could deeply understand the beasts and know it. If the bride had not been kind to spend a lot of shell coins to save the life of the deer, she would probably not be able to escape the mountain.

If a person has good deeds, all things and gods will protect him...

There is a peaceful light on the face of a kind person.

People are beautiful because of their kindness.
