Chapter 391: Tianguan

Those who are good at virtue and follow the Tao have no distracting thoughts in their minds, so there is a saying that "resulting in emptiness and keeping quiet and quiet", which is actually to achieve the unity of man and nature.

That is what Lao Tzu said, "To be extremely empty, keep quiet and tranquility. All things are made together, so I can observe their return. All things are all returned to their roots. Returning to the root is called quiet, and quiet is called return to the fate. Returning to the fate is called constant, knowing constant is called bright. Not knowing constant is false, doing it is bad; knowing constant is tolerant. Tolerant is the Duke, the Duke is the King, the King is the Heaven, the Heaven is the Tao, and the Tao is for a long time, and there will be no danger without a body."

When you reach the state of emptiness and brightness, all thoughts and desires will turn into the pinnacle of nothingness, and keep the tranquility of sincere and trustworthy.

The qi and blood in the body flow continuously along the meridians, and the world outside the body is also constantly changing and moving.

We should seriously obsess their cycle, birth, old age, sickness and death, and make the most profound visualization: all living beings return to their original roots one after another.

Arriving at its original nature and clearly observing one's own original heart is called "quietness", and "quietness" is called returning to one's own original nature.

Maintaining the pure and natural nature, the pure and inactive mind is the way to survive for a long time; understanding this law and being able to implement it is called wisdom.

If you do not understand this rule and act rashly and act recklessly, you will encounter dangers and dangers; if you grasp this rule, you will be able to understand everything and observe everything clearly.

By integrating and integrating, you can reach the state of greatest and most righteousness; reach the state of omnipresence, all-in-time, filling the world, and spreading across ancient and modern times; further the unity of man and nature: I am the world, and heaven and earth are me, thus truly entering the state of Tao.

Only by following the way can one be truly long-lasting, never failing, never perishing.

The most critical step in internal cultivation is to be "empty" in spiritual cultivation, which means "empty in mind". As mentioned earlier, humility means modesty, cautious, and no subjective prejudice.

We must clear all the distracting thoughts that we usually think about here - "confused dreams".

Why do it?

Because if a person has distracting thoughts in his heart, he will produce psychological fluctuations of seven emotions and six desires, and these psychological fluctuations will directly interfere with the normal movement of qi and blood in the body.

This is what Taoist doctors say, "anger hurts the liver, joy hurts the heart, sadness hurts the lungs, and fears hurts the kidneys."

If a person is in a state of mental unhealthy for a long time, he will inevitably eventually develop a terrible disease on the most injured organs, organs, and meridians.

It can be said that nine out of 10 human diseases are caused by their own failure to follow natural rules, and "heart" diseases account for more than half.

If people can maintain a peaceful and natural mindset, they can have a natural attitude towards everything.

Then the qi and blood in his body will move normally, adjust themselves, and repair themselves. In fact, everyone has a process of internal cultivation - sleep. Sleep can solve fatigue and relieve many symptoms.

A person who can often maintain good sleep quality is definitely a healthy person, and sleep problems are the greatest pain.

Let’s talk about fatigue. Apart from sleep, I don’t seem to have heard of any magical medicine that can solve this problem.

Ordinary people only know how to sleep - passively practice internally. When they fall asleep, they will naturally let go of the daytime struggles and desires.

Only those who truly have great wisdom can actively practice internal meditation. In fact, all you need to do is to keep your normal mind and clean up everything that should not be in your heart. In this way, there will be no psychological fluctuations of the seven emotions and six desires, and the qi and blood that have been disturbed by your own "delusions" can finally operate normally.

When meditating and entering into meditation, it only requires "peace of mind" and does not require external body coordination. Is the body useful?

Some, but at most it is an auxiliary function. The most important thing is to keep the "mind" in that state. As long as the "mind" is always in the right position, whether it is walking, walking, sitting, lying down, doing things, reading scriptures, eating, or sleeping, it is all about meditation and practicing within.

If you can keep practicing "mind" to "empty", you can reach the state of "empty" of "empty" for twelve hours a day.

There is a passage in the Sutra: "Remember and observe good deeds day and night, so that all good deeds can grow every thought, and do not allow any distractions."

The meaning of this sentence is to keep observing your "heart" for twelve hours day and night, and let the "good deeds" gradually grow and grow in one thought after another, and do not let even a little bit of bad thoughts mix in it.

When it reaches that point, it can be called "Zhixuji".

"Keep quiet and tranquil" means to grasp the mindset. First of all, be quiet - quiet, quiet, and purity, that is, there is no delusion.

Secondly, be honest, open-minded, fearless, have "discriminatory views" about all those who have come, and are not expecting or worrying about those who have not yet arrived.

In this way, "all things are done together", and people can also "see the rest". This "action" of all things is not something that people let them "do", but it is originally "do". The impetuous "heart" makes people unable to "see", but now they can "see".

"Observation" means to be a "bystander" honestly, and not think about what to dominate or command. The task of a person is to maintain the state of "Observation".

What has "visit" reached? - "Everyone will return to its roots." - It turns out that everything will eventually return to the place where he came. Returning to its own roots is called "quietness", or "returning to life", or "constant".

For the return to the root of the matter, "quietness" refers to the state, "returning" refers to the result, and "constant" refers to the rules.

This is the biggest truth, this is "constant", and "constant" means "Tao".

If you know this "constant" you are a "clear". If you don't know this "constant", you will "do something wrong", and this will be "bad"; if you know this "constant", you can "bear".

This principle can't be simple.

"Rong is the Duke, the Duke is the King, the King is the Heaven, the Heaven is the Tao, the Tao is long, and there will be no danger without a body."

This is actually a process of "harmony between man and nature", a process of first "inner saint" and then "outer lord", a process of following the great way of heaven and earth.

The number of heaven and earth is combined into one yuan in 129,600 years.

It is also divided into twelve links of Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu, and Hai.

I compared this yuan with one day, and a while and a branch.

One day is alternating day and night according to the twelve branches, and one yuan is alternating between the twelve branches when there is chaos and the sky is refreshing.

Each Yuan is a time when chaos gradually evolves into heaven and earth, regenerating humans, beasts, and birds, and then turning from this Qingming Festival to the chaotic reincarnation.

Although Haotian is the Hunyuan Daluo Golden Immortal, as one of the few holy immortals, he has practiced since childhood and has experienced 1,750 kalpas. Each kalpa should last for 129,600 years, and has practiced for 226,800 years! Haotian has been practicing for ten years before he can understand the seven passes of becoming an immortal.

Those who have passed the seven tribulations can continue to practice to the realm of being in the supernatural state. When they reach the limit, they can prepare to overcome the final heavenly tribulations: the Heavenly Tribulations Thunder Tribulations. If they cannot pass it, they will die. In the past, they will become immortals, and from then on, they will be immortal and will be ranked in the Immortal Class.

One is a disease and pain. If you practice to a certain extent, you can cause unhealthy states hidden in your body. If you come too hard or have a solid foundation in your practice, you will die or other harm. If you survive, you will not get sick unless you have special circumstances in the future.

2. The robbery of lust.

When one practices to this level, one's desires will be maximized and all kinds of desires will be generated, especially the desires between men and women will be even more intense. If one cannot survive, one will become obsessed with it and may become crazy. If one is patient, one will be unable to shake his thoughts.

Three, the delusional mind disaster.

This calamity is dangerous. If a practitioner reaches the calamity of false mind, he will be addicted to his spiritual world. All the rules in this world will change according to his own thoughts. If he survives it, he will not be confused by all kinds of illusions in the world and will be able to see the world clearly.

The four are the devil realm disaster.

This catastrophe is dangerous. During this catastrophe, people are often inexplicably afraid and cannot concentrate on their practice. If they cannot pass, they will be crazy and die in a crazy way. Or they will become obsessed with the lack of concentration during their practice.

If you defeat yourself, you will never have any fear again. You will be extremely decisive in doing things and your judgment will be extremely accurate.

Five, the Vacuum Tribulation.

This catastrophe is very interesting. During this catastrophe, one body of practice is still there, but cannot be used. It is like a body of magic power, but cannot be used.

This catastrophe is difficult to pass, and it will not happen if it cannot be overcome. It is just that the results of practice cannot be used. You must have a normal mind when facing this catastrophe. After this catastrophe, your magic power will increase greatly.

Six, bone-changing disaster.

This catastrophe is dangerous. During this catastrophe, the body will be reconstructed, replacing the entire body, hair falls off, and flesh melts. Bone impurities are eliminated from the body, and new bodies will continue to grow.

If you can't pass, you will die. If you can pass, then your new body will be the most perfect and without any shortcomings.

Seven, the sea of suffering.

This catastrophe is the most difficult for people. When they go through this catastrophe, they are in a state of concentration and will cause all the experiences, feelings, and thoughts of the past and present lives together. They must receive all the experiences and cannot be paused.

Most people cannot pass it, and they can pass it in one hundred. After this disaster, they can achieve a half-immortal body, and they can live forever and not fear life and death.

In each of the above kalpas, a certain number of people will be wiped out, and very few of them can survive seven kalpas, so it is difficult to practice.

Haotian has experienced countless disasters in his life. Except for the safety of the three realms, he really can't catch any other things and can't mess up his mind.
