Chapter 512: Three Veins and Seven Wheels (2)
The left meridian, also known as the Yin meridian or the Moon meridian, is in charge of the power of wishes relative to the past.
People who tend to be on the left are very introverted. They are rich in emotions but are afraid to express them. They are often sentimental and self-pity.
Their advantage is that they have a more artistic temperament, are easier to get along with, never dominate others, and make trouble for nothing; their disadvantage is that they are lazy, indecisive in their work, lack of system, and are easily dominated by others. In a highly competitive society, their achievements are limited.
The right meridian, also known as the Yang meridian or the Sun meridian, is in charge of the power of action relative to the future.
He tends to be extroverted and active on the right, is good at thinking and planning, and is brave to express himself, but lacks emotional and artistic development and likes to dominate others.
The central channel is located in the middle of the spine. Compared with this moment, evolution and spiritual advancement are the only channel for the unity of human beings and the cosmic spiritual power, and the source of joy.
The left and right meridians are related to the left and right sympathetic nerves, but they cross to the left and right brain at the position of the visual nerve bed, and the central meridian is related to the parasympathetic nerve.
If the left and right meridians are too active or blocked, the person's attention will be pulled away from the middle path (central meridian), causing imbalance, resulting in physical and mental illness, and the spiritual advancement will be even more hindered.
The second component of people's body energy system is the seven chakra acupoints, which are the inlet and outlet of energy on the body. There are mainly seven inlet and outlet on the body, so there are generally seven chakra acupoints.
But in fact, in addition to these seven large ones, there are many small ones distributed throughout the body.
The same is true for meridians. In addition to the three main ones, there are many small ones, because the human body is much more complicated than what medicine knows.
From bottom to top, they are: the root chakra (pure chakra), the abdominal chakra (true knowledge chakra), the navel chakra (right path chakra), the fantasy sea, the heart chakra (benevolence chakra), the throat chakra (big chakra), the front chakra (forgive chakra), and the crown chakra (self-aware chakra).
They are also called "chakra" and are formed by the rotation of life energy, meaning "chakra" and "chakra ring".
They are located on the spine of the human body. Medicine has found that the positions of these seven chakras actually correspond to the main nerve plexus on the spine of the human body. Each nerve plexus has its own characteristics, which controls the activities of various physical and mental states of the human body, namely the organs and emotions of the human body, and are the pivots that control people's bodies.
Exotic yogis more accurately describe the number of petals in each wheel, which are similar to the parane nerve plexus at the nerve plexus. In addition, each wheel has its unique characteristics and functions.
The root chakra (purity chakra), which means the root and support. The color of this chakra is coral red, with four petals, and its characteristics are innocence and wisdom.
This chakra point is the foundation of the entire energy system, and it is located at the base of the spine and a little outside the body.
In terms of the body, this chakra corresponds to the pelvic nerve plexus, taking care of people's excretion system and reproductive organs. Therefore, if this chakra becomes weak, people will suffer from diseases of these organs.
The corresponding parts of the root chakra are the heels of the palms and soles of the feet. If the root chakra is blocked, this part will feel paralyzed, tingling, fever or heavy.
Each chakra point is divided into three parts: left, middle and right. If there is feeling on the left hand, there is a problem with the left part of the chakra point; if there is feeling on the right hand, there is a problem with the right part of the chakra point; if there is feeling on the left and right hands, there is a problem with the entire chakra point.
The root chakra is the guardian of spiritual power. If a person's root chakra is too bad, the spiritual power will not rise.
The abdominal chakra (true knowledge wheel). Many people place it above the root chakra and below the navel chakra, but in fact, the true chakra has no position. It rotates around the navel chakra on the abdomen. The color of the true chakra is yellow and has six petals.
The True Knowledge Chakra corresponds to the aortic plexus in terms of the body, which controls people's spleen, pancreas and lower parts of the liver. The True Knowledge Chakra is the starting point of the right meridian.
If a person is overactive, thinks too much and plans, it will cause the chakra and the entire right meridian to become hot. Long-term overdraft will cause the chakra to fail, unable to take care of the needs of the spleen, pancreas and liver, and cause diseases of these organs.
If a person's spleen is not good, he will develop blood cancer, and if a person's pancreas is not good, he will develop diabetes; if a person's liver is not good, he will have poor attention, often get irritable, think randomly, and cannot enter into tranquility.
The corresponding part of the True Knowledge Wheel is the thumb. If a person has the above-mentioned problems, it will be reflected in the thumb of the right hand. At this time, people should stop thinking too much and use various methods to cool the liver down.
If a person learns evil magic or believes in wrong doctrines, the left part of the True Knowledge wheel will be blocked and manifested on the thumb of the left hand.
The characteristics of this chakra point are pure knowledge and attention. Those who open this chakra point will gain pure knowledge and creativity from heaven.
The so-called pure knowledge corresponds to real knowledge, or the reality of the world.
In ancient classics, it is said that there is a kind of transcendent knowledge. If you know this knowledge, you will know the overall truth of heaven, earth and life. This kind of knowledge is called "Tao", called "reason", or called "truth".
After practicing yoga, a person's central channel will gradually open, and the overall energy from the outside will enter his body and clean his various chakra points. At the same time, the nerve lines on the top of his brain will be inspired, allowing him to gain a new consciousness, which people call collective consciousness.
He used to be like a blind man. In the darkness and ignorance, he had light, and he knew what was good to him and what was bad to him.
After obtaining absolute knowledge, he becomes his mentor. He does not need others to tell him what to do. He already knows it inside that he will automatically become a moral person and will automatically stay away from the bad habits that make him move towards destruction.
This person may not be knowledgeable or even ignorant, but he actually gains more than others, because the knowledge he gains belongs to a higher level of consciousness. The knowledge he gains is absolute and can be used everywhere.
The navel chakra (the righteous chakra) is located at the navel in the center of the abdomen. The color of this chakra point is green and has ten petals.
The umbilical chakra corresponds to the sun's [abdominal cavity] nerve plexus in the body, and controls people's stomach and intestines.
If a person has problems in his family or is worried too much about money, he will suffer from stomach problems, which is reflected in the middle finger of his left hand; if it is a career problem, it is reflected in the middle finger of his right hand; if both hands are tingling, there is a problem with the entire navel chakra.
The characteristic of this chakra is pursuit, and it also controls satisfaction. Since the beginning of evolution, what is deeply rooted in life is a pursuit. In order to be continued, life must first pursue food and water. The higher the animals, the more they need and more complex they need.
Another characteristic of the navel chakra is balance. The so-called balance means living a neutral and peaceful life. The great sages and wise men in the past taught the world to live a neutral life and avoid going to extremes.
If a person's navel chakra is inspired, he will be taken care of in life, and he will not have to worry about food and clothing, and will also be satisfied in material life. This is because the person gets "yoga", which is a result of not seeking.
The sea of illusion is formed by the wheel of true knowledge surrounding the wheel of righteous path, which means a sea of confusion.
In ancient classics, the ocean is often used to metaphorize the difficulty of seeking Tao. In the human body, this confused ocean is manifested in a interrupted area from spiritual power to the central channel. People know that the left vein originates from the root chakra and the right vein originates from the True Knowledge Chakra, but the central channel originates from the illusion sea, so spiritual power cannot be reached.
This situation is like there are three ladders, two left and right on the ground, while the middle one is hanging in the air.
In ancient times, seekers of the Tao wanted to cross this illusion sea, they had to clean their chakra, from bottom to top, and clean them one by one.
Because the cleanliness of the chakra is closely related to a person's thoughts and behaviors, those who want to be promoted must first be moral and live a balanced life. When they meet a real master, they can cross the other side.
After gaining "self-consciousness", in yoga, everyone is his own master, and there is no hierarchical system, and everyone is equal.
The heart chakra (Ren Love Chakra), in the middle of people's chest and behind the sternum, is purple in color and has twelve petals.
The heart chakra corresponds to the heart plexus, which takes care of people's heart and respiratory system.
When people are still children, antibodies will form in the sternum and play a role in resisting diseases and foreign invasions.
If you do not receive the care of your mother in childhood, this part of your ability will not be fully developed. When you grow up, you will become very timid, afraid of darkness, afraid of making mistakes, and fear that others will hurt him.
The left gyrus of this center is blocked, which is reflected in the little finger of the left hand, which will cause paralysis, tingling, fever or heavy feeling.
The right side of this center reflects the father's dereliction of duty or excessive autocracy. The right side of this center will gradually be blocked, which is reflected in the little finger of the right hand.
The characteristic of the heart chakra is love. People who open the heart chakra will naturally develop a kind of heart that loves things. This is an unconditional love, and it is not done for some utilitarian purpose.
People whose heart chakra are opened can transcend their own selfishness and care for and help those around them.
Heaven and earth are endless powers. If people understand that everything in the world is transformed into one, then people see other people suffering as if they are suffering themselves.
Just like the saying of the people and the people, seeing other people is like seeing the flesh and blood of the compatriots, seeing all things in the world, every grass and a tree, just like seeing one's own companions in the world.
