Chapter 511: Three Veins and Seven Wheels
Among the eight meridians, Ren and Du meridians are the most important, and they have a great effect in the entire process of dual cultivation of life and life. In ancient times, it was said that the son and Wu of Ren and Du meridians are the way of rising and falling of the yang fire and yin talisman of the Dan family, and the land where Kan and water and Li fire intersect.
The use of the eight meridians of mind is: to sit, with two eyes hanging down the curtain, hold light and concentrate the mind, close the mouth and hide the tongue, keep the heart open, and return to the center. After the breathing is evenly adjusted, breathe with the root of the nose.
One inhalation is followed by the Du meridian and slowly leads the qi to the tailbone, Jiaji, Yupin to Baihui, and stops slightly. Two exhales follow the Ren meridian and walks through the ancestral orifice, and the Jianggong, and the Qi point to the life and death orifice slightly stops.
The third inhalation is lifted from the life and death orifice to the Qi point and the two sides are separated to the two shoulder holes. The fourth inhalation is separated from the two shoulder holes and walks on the outer Yangwei meridian on both arms, and passes through the middle fingers of both hands to the Laogong point. The fifth inhalation is from the Laogong point to the inner Yinwei meridian on both arms to the upper part of the chest and the breasts.
The six-inhalation is double down to the Ding Mai and merge along the Qi point and return to Hui**. The seven-inhalation is straight up from Hui** and the Chong Mai rises to the Jianggong point one inch or two minutes below the heart and stops.
The eighth exhale goes from the Jianggong to the life and death orifice, and walks the two legs and the Yangqiao vein on the outer side to the Yongquan point. The nineh exhale goes from the two Yongquan to the Yinqiao vein on the inner side to the Yinqiao vein on the inner side to the Qi point. The tenth exhale goes from the Qi point to the life and death orifice to stabilize.
The knowledge of ** is also a secret of life and death. In ancient times, he said: "When I live, I die, and I will wake up and realize it."
The eight meridians start from the meridian and return to the life and death orifice. Therefore, the Dan family regards the life and death orifice as the general root of the eight meridians.
This method of using the eight meridians is simple and easy to learn, but the effect cannot be underestimated. Small will cure diseases and strengthen the body, and large will prolong life. It opens Niwan and reaches Yongquan. The true qi gathers and flows around the body. The qi combines naturally, eliminates yin and grows yang. When the fire breaks in the water and blooms in the snow, the yellow buds can be obtained.
However, if you are proficient in the qi, you should not guess or use it randomly to avoid mistakes if you are proficient in the oral teachings of the wise master.
The eight meridians are opened but the disease is not done. It depends entirely on your mind. Once the buttocks are opened, the body will be healthy.
The eight extraordinary meridians are the meridians that are different from the strange meridians, including the Du meridian, Ren meridian, Chong meridian, Ding meridian, Yinwei meridian, Yangwei meridian, Yinhu meridian, and Yanghu meridian.
The distribution parts of the eight extraordinary meridians interact vertically and transversely with the twelve meridians. The Du meridian, Ren meridian and Chong meridians in the eight meridians all originate in the cell and both originate from the perineum. The Du meridian runs at the midline of the back; the Ren meridian runs at the front midline; the Chong meridian runs at the abdomen and meets at the Shaoyin meridian of the foot.
The belt meridian in the extraordinary meridian runs across the waist, the Yang urinary meridian runs on the outer side of the lower limbs, the shoulders, and the head; the Yin urinary meridian runs on the inner side of the lower limbs and the eyes; the Yangwei urinary meridian runs on the outer side of the lower limbs, the shoulders, the head and neck; the Yinwei urinary meridian runs on the inner side of the lower limbs, the abdomen and the neck.
The functions of the eight extraordinary meridians: First, it communicates the connection between the twelve meridians, connects meridians with similar parts and similar functions, and plays a role in controlling the qi and blood of the meridians and coordinating yin and yang;
Second, it has a regulatory effect on the accumulation and infiltration of qi and blood in the twelve meridians. The eight extraordinary meridians are like lakes and reservoirs, while the qi of the twelve meridians is like rivers.
The Ren and Du meridians among the eight extraordinary meridians have acupoints to which they belong, so they are called the "Four Meridians" in full with the twelve meridians. The fourteen meridians all have certain routes of circulation, symptoms of disease and acupoints to which they belong.
Twelve main meridians: Hand Taiyin lung meridian, Hand Yangming large intestine meridian, Foot Yangming stomach meridian, Foot Taiyin spleen meridian, Hand Shaoyin heart meridian, Hand Taiyang small intestine meridian, Foot Taiyang bladder meridian, Foot Shaoyin kidney meridian, Hand Jueyin pericardium meridian, Hand Shaoyang triple burner meridian, Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian, Foot Jueyin liver meridian.
The normal human body is originally connected, but it can be strengthened and sublimated through practice.
The three meridians and seven chakras are the theory about Qi meridians, which is different from medical views.
There is no saying in the foreign lands of eight meridians and twelve meridians, but there is another theory about qi meridians, namely the three meridians and seven chakras.
From a medical point of view, Qi and meridians are Qi and meridians, but in the eyes of those who practice Qigong and yoga, the problem of Qi and meridians is very serious. They believe that the eight extraordinary meridians are not detailed and complete enough, and the three meridians and seven chakras are the correct statement.
As for the Taoist sect, it is believed that the three meridians and seven chakras are not very strange, and the eight meridians are correct.
No matter who is right or wrong, the Qi and meridians are too direct and close to acupuncture, and people also use the three meridians and seven chakras to judge it!
The definition of the three meridians: The three meridians are three qi meridians, namely the central meridian, the left meridian and the right meridian.
The most important one is the central channel, which is blue, which seems to be in the middle of the spinal cord, from the top to the bottom of the sea.
The seabed is a triangular area in front of the anus; it is also called the life palace. If it is a woman, the seabed is the uterus.
On both sides of the central meridian, there are the left and right meridians, parallel to the central meridian and about one tenth of the distance from the cow's hair.
The left pulse is white and the right pulse is red.
The left meridian is connected to the right **, the right meridian is connected to the left **, and the woman is connected to the uterus.
Because the qi and meridians are crossed and their route is related to nerves, it hurts on the left when the right side is sick; when the left side is sick, the right side is hurt.
Don’t think that the central meridian has color and distance, but think that the three meridians are specific things visible to the naked eye. That is incorrect.
From the perspective of bio-anatomy, the three meridians are invisible. Only when the qi meridians are opened can you see them yourself.
Definition of Seven Wheels: What is Seven Wheels? As the name suggests, they are the seven places that are related to the surrounding areas.
The so-called seven chakra are: crown chakra, eyebrow chakra, throat chakra, heart chakra, navel chakra, root chakra, and Brahma acupoint chakra.
The crown chakra begins from the hairline of the forehead and is the distance between the four fingers behind it, which is the position of the crown chakra, which is the part where the infant will jump when he is young.
According to Taoist sect, this place was innate before the sealing. At that time, the baby could not speak, but had rich expressions, as if he was talking and laughing, because the baby was still in a metaphysical state and kept in contact with the previous spiritual environment.
After the crown chakra is sealed, the baby will speak and begins to enter acquired life.
This chakra is also called the Great Bliss. Before meditation is opened, it is equivalent to suffering from the chakra of life, with numbness and soreness of legs. Once the crown chakra is opened, the brain qi chakra will be filled with great joy.
The Taoist sect calls the head the head of all yangs, which looks like there is great joy. The crown chakra has thirty-two qi meridians, like an umbrella, scattered from the dibrain outward.
The eyebrow chakra is between the two eyebrows, and the place slightly lowered by the seal hall is called the eyebrow chakra.
People who practice Taoism and those who practice meditation will have similar states of supernatural powers after the chakra qi meridians between the eyebrows are opened, which is called eye power.
A person with real celestial eyes has no material things that can hinder his vision. In other words, he can clearly see everything outside through the wall with his eyes closed and through the wall.
The throat chakra goes down from the eyebrow chakra to the Adam's apple, which is called the throat chakra. There are a total of sixteen qi meridians here, like an inverted umbrella, connecting the eyebrow chakra meridians, including the esophagus and qi ducts in the upper chest. This throat chakra is also called the enjoyment chakra.
According to the Indian treatment method, we focus on the treatment of qi and meridians. If the sixteen meridians of the throat chakra are not clean, it is difficult to have peace of mind and have many worries. Therefore, there are methods to use white cloth to clean the esophagus and stomach in yoga.
To treat malaria, fresh Pueraria root is also used. After peeling, the patient's middle finger is one inch and the mouth passes into the esophagus and stomach. Malaria will be cured. Therefore, if the esophagus can be kept clean, it will be healthy and less sick.
When people drink milk, they can see the remaining milk on empty cups. The milk is just a fluid. People eat several meals a day and the messy esophagus is almost the same as a trash can. How can they live a healthy and long life?
It is extremely difficult to keep the throat chakra and stomach wall clean, and the only way is to eat less.
The heart chakra, called the occult scholar, is called **. This chakra is four inches above the navel (in human body) and has eight veins, which are also scattered downward like an umbrella.
The umbilical chakra, where the umbilical chakra is the center of the nerve plexus, begins to disperse sixty-four veins outwards, disperse in the middle to the four sides of the waist, disperse upwards to reach the heart chakra, and disperse downwards to the heels.
The root chakra is connected to the root chakra from the scattered veins of the navel, which is the perineum of a man, the triangle area under the buttocks, and above the mouth of a woman's uterus.
The first six chakra of the Brahma acupoint are all in the human body, but the seventh chakra is outside the human body.
Above the top of the crown chakra, leaving the top of the head, is the place where the Brahma Cave Chakra is, where the human body emits light.
The energy theory of chakra originates from the chakra theory in the foreign land. Through meditation and meditation, the chakra can be smoothed out, so that the human body's own energy system (that is, the meridian and qi points mentioned in medicine) can serve health well, and at the same time, it can also open up wisdom.
The introduction of yoga knowledge says that the human body has seven chakras, which are seven energy gathering points, dominating the different tissue systems of the human body. Each chakra has different functions that help distribute energy to the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.
They basically connect to the various functions of the endocrine and spinal nervous system with the body, and use the nerve and nerve ducts and circulatory systems to mediate energy into and out of the body, regulating the endocrine and immune system. In this way, all organs, tissues and cells can obtain energy.
Because of the seven energy centers of the human body, it can control and adjust the twelve meridians of the human body and various endocrine, hormones, etc., and it also controls the communication between the human body and nature. Opening the seven chakras is equivalent to opening up the Ren and Du meridians of the human body.
The two meridians pass through the twelve meridians, and they also smoothly due to the transmission of energy "qi". The human body itself is an electromagnetic field full of energy. There are seven-fold color light in this electromagnetic field, and layers of rainbow light naturally form on the outside, which is body light.
Although body light can change through self-awakening, religious practice, meditation, etc., the most economical and effective method is to directly use aromatic crystals and other therapies in each corresponding position of the body.
The seven chakras of the human body control a specific part of the body and certain endocrine glands respectively.
The seven chakras are the seven chakras, referred to as chakras for short. They have been recorded in traditional foreign medical classics. The chakras mean black heart-moving wheels. The chakras on the human body are not physical organs, but rather energy gathering points of the aura of the whole body.
The seven chakras have blockage, insufficient or excessive conditions, such as stress, depression, sadness and anger, and negative emotions such as chakra gates will cause the closure of the chakra gates, and long-term accumulation will lead to physical illness and mental disorders.
Chakra means the black heart chakra or energy center of energy. There are similar statements or written records in foreign countries. The energy of chakra is the same as the circulation principle of all universes. There are shortcomings and excessive amounts. Different color lights can be used to supplement and resolve them.
Chakras even have different exclusive frequencies or notes, which will vibrate the corresponding chakras, and then awaken or turn them on.
In the popular yoga in foreign lands, the human body is divided into seven energy centers. Because these seven energy centers appear in a hovering chakra, they are called seven-fold chakra. These seven chakra are: root chakra, navel chakra, sun chakra (also known as stomach chakra), heart chakra, throat chakra, eyebrow chakra, and crown chakra.
The sun chakra, navel chakra and root chakra are collectively called the next three chakra. Different chakra control different emotions and feelings of human beings and are also different glands of the human body.
Three meridians and personality:
Another component of people's spiritual body is three meridians, namely the left meridian, the central meridian and the right meridian.
The three meridians are three forces in people's body. The left meridian controls people's memory, past and emotions; the right meridian controls people's thinking, end, action and plan.
Most people can only use the energy of the left and right meridians because the central meridian is not opened, and most of them cannot use it evenly on both sides.
Some people use more energy on the left, while others use more energy on the right, which leads to two very different personalities.
