To achieve the enlightened dream, to transform the dream, to be internal light, to meditate in the light of the dream, that is, to realize the mind and see the nature in the dream.

Fourth, sleeping is the most important thing to keep your energy

The most important thing in sleeping exercises is to keep the energy in mind. Practitioners should try to eliminate desires as much as possible. As long as they can walk, stand, sit and lie down, they should not pursue personal enjoyment too much. It is best to eat vegetarian food and not be lustful.

Over time, the innate qi will be too much, the kidney pulse is weak, the root cause is not solid, and all diseases will arise.

As we grow older, the length of breathing also changes: when newborn babies are inhaled for a long and short breathing; when they gradually reach young people, they breathe evenly; when middle-aged and elderly people are inhaled for a long and short breathing; when they are dying, they only exhaled but their lives are dead.

Because the human body is limited in the number of heaven and earth, we must know that protecting qi means protecting life. Therefore, we should not seek the art of immortality, but also seek the method of prolonging life.

Taoist practice means returning to the original state and returning to the innate state of the baby. Breathing and breathing return to the root of the innate vitality, and keeping the innate vitality, if the energy is sufficient, all diseases can be cured. It can be said that the upper level of cultivation can be mentioned. The alchemy scripture says that "If you want to light the eternal lamp, you must use the method of adding oil."

2. Practice

When lying, you can lie flat, place your palms upwards on the side of the dry body. First turn your head to make your spine straight, or overlap your hands below the navel, or lie on your side, and place your hands on the side of your head or the occipital brachialis, and place your other hand below the navel. In the above four postures, please be natural and comfortable so that you can easily enter into tranquility.
