Five, sealing furnace

The small Zhoutian exercises mostly include the furnace below the Dantian, and the Niwan Palace is a cauldron, which is collectively called the furnace and cauldron. After the method of collecting medicine, after collecting "external medicine" into the furnace at the lower Dantian, it needs to be sealed in time to prevent the outer rush.

Sealing not only involves sealing the external medicines collected into the furnace, but also in time. Warming and nourishing requires low fire, and the spirit and qi are hidden in the Qi hole. Then "fire force the metal to move" again, and use the medicine to cook. When there is an opportunity to act, the martial fire in the Zhoutian will rise and fall from then on.

Mild fire refers to the breathing slightly slow and not interrupted under the action of thoughts, "If you keep it or stay, do not die or help." The so-called martial fire refers to the breathing being tight and heavy, even, thin, deep and long, "continuous and return to the roots." Mild fire is used for warming and nourishing, and bathing; martial fire is used for use in cooking.

External medicine is put into the furnace to seal and warm, and the fire is used to force the metal movement again. This time, the fire is used to force the metal movement to renovate the medicine. However, the last time the fire is used to force the metal movement to force the metal movement to focus on the fire of consciousness, and the "medicine" is collected into the furnace in time. The two are different.

Six, refinement

That is, the external medicine (innate ancestral qi) of the two meridians were collected into the furnace, and then forced into Ren after warming and nourishing. The external medicine (innate ancestral qi) was used to refine the elixirs into the heavenly method of entering the fire and retreating the talisman, and a total of 300 breaths and 300 sen.

The Ren meridian is the meridian that runs through the middle line of the neck, throat, chest and abdomen, and is composed of the Yin meridians of the body, so it is called the "Sea of ​​Yin meridians".

The Du meridian is the meridian that follows the middle line of the head, neck, spine and back, and governs the yang meridian of the body, so it is called the "Sea of ​​Yang meridian".

Use martial fire to boil the warm-raising medicine and lift it up to the cauldron, and send it from two small holes behind the furnace in the lower dantian through the tailbone to the Du meridian, then enter the yang fire, withdraw the yin talisman, and perform the Zhoutian exercise, which is the small Zhoutian exercise.

The small Zhoutian is refined, so that Ren and Du flow around, and Du is promoted to Ren and descend, like a ring is undetermined. The specific route is: the medicine descends through two small holes after the lower dantian, passes through the perineum, and connects to the Du meridian through the coccyx, and then goes up from the Du meridian to the spine, enters the Niwan Palace, then goes from the head and face of Niwan to the nasal and labia, and then goes through the lower nasal and labia, and goes down from the lower neck of Chengji point at the depression of the lower lip, along the middle line of the chest and abdomen, and returns to the lower dantian. In this way, from the Du to Ren, the Du is promoted to Ren and descend, and flows around for one week, it is a small Zhoutian, also known as "river carriage transport".

The process of cooking medicine in Xiao Zhoutian requires going through the "three gates", "up and down the magpie bridge", and "three dantians".

The three gates are coccyx gate, Luluguan, and Yuzingguan. The coccyx gate is at the lowest end of the spine bone, and there is a Changqiang point on the ground; Luluguan is also called Jiaji gate, which is in the middle of the back spine. When you are lying prone to sleep, the middle of the line connecting the tips of the elbows; Yuzingguan is at the lower end of the hairline occipital bone in the back of the brain, and between the Fengchi point on both sides. These three gates are three dangerous and difficult places during the process of drug refining. From the coccyx to the Du meridian of Niwan, it is called the Road to Heche when transporting medicine.

The three passes are the way to ascend a river car, from the tailbone to the Jiaji. Walk carefully, like a gentle car driving with a sheep; from the Jiaji to the Jade Pillow, run with a huge step, like a deer driving with a speed; from the Jade Pillow to the Niwan, rush vigorously, like a ox driving with a driving with a vigorous progress. The three passes are slightly different from the positions pointed by the three passes.

Up and down Magpie Bridge - There are two upper Magpie Bridge, one is in the seal hall between the eyebrows, and one is at the nose; there are also two lower Magpie Bridge, one is at the tailbone and the other is at the valley road.

Both are one real and one virtual. When the "drug" flows through the Magpie Bridge, the tongue must be pressed against the upper palate. In this way, the voluntary and supervise the way, and the flow is endless. Where the "drug" is easily lost, the valley path of the Magpie Bridge. The signal of its loss is anal qi (farting). When the "drug" passes through the Magpie Bridge, don't forget to lift the valley path to prevent leakage.

The three dantians are all located on the Renmai channel. The brain is the dantian above the marrow sea, the heart is the dantian in the Jiang palace, and three inches below the navel is the lower dantian. The lower dantian is the home for hiding qi; the upper dantian is the home for hiding the gods.

Seven, heat

In the inner alchemy, it refers to the use of the primordial spirit and the essence and energy in the operation and refining of the Ren and Du meridians, and also refers to the timing and degree of use of the primordial spirit and the operation and refining of the primordial spirit.

In each step of internal alchemy cultivation, there is a fire. It is divided into internal heat, external heat, medicine refining fire, combined alchemy heat, cultivation heat, literary cooking fire, martial arts fire, etc.

The golden elixir is entirely achieved by practicing the fire. Fire is the skill of cultivation, and the order of cultivation is the order of cultivation. You must know the time to learn the medicine when you refine medicine.

The advance and retreat of the heat are the key to Zhoutian cooking.

"Jin" refers to entering the yang fire. When the medicine enters the Du meridian, use strengthening the mind and inhaling methods to make it move upwards.

"彩" refers to the Yin Talisman. When the medicine passes through the Niwan Palace and enters the Ren Mai, use the method of relaxing thoughts and exhaling to make it go smoothly.

When entering the yang fire, the main thing to do when taking bath at Mao is to take place in the five yang hours of Zi, Chou, Yin, Chen, and Hai. The method is to focus on the Dantian in the five yang hours, and the inhalation is heavy and long, and the exhalation is natural and short. The focus of breathing is on the fire method of inhaling. The number of breathing is "Qian and uses nine to four measures". Zi, Chou, Yin, and Chen have risen thirty-six inhalations each, and every thirty-six inhalations is one time. A total of 180 inhalations are obtained at the five yang hours. At this moment, the qi mechanism is rising to the Qianding Niwan, and that is, the small Zhoutian’s yang fire procedure can be converted into the Yin retreat.

The retreating Yin Talisman, excluding the You hour bath, is mainly carried out at the five hours of Wu, Wei, Shen, and Hai. The method is focused on the Dantian in the five yin hours, and the exhalation is focused and long, the inhalation is natural and short, and the breathing is focused on the fire method. The number of breathing is carried out according to the principle of "Kun uses six and four strategies", with Wu, Wei, Shen, Xu, and Hai each descending twenty-four breaths, and every twenty-four breaths is one time, and the five yin hours are 120 breaths. At this moment, the qi mechanism is exactly the same as Niwan to descend back to the lower dantian, and the "small Zhoutian" retreating Yin Talisman is completed, completing the rise and fall of the qi mechanism of a small lunar sky.

Eight, bathing

It refers to the "relieving fire" and "stop talisman" in the process of refining medicine, which is a method of adjusting the fire. "Bathing at Mao time" and "Bathing at You time". That is, when the Yang fire reaches the Mao palace, it does not enter the fire; when the Yin talisman reaches the You palace, it does not retreat talisman. If the fire does not enter, it means that the breathing is unintentional, and it takes a moment to rest for warmth.

The specific method is: when the Li Zi arrives, the innate ancestral qi rises from the dantian from the tailbone and the Du meridian, and the inhalation is focused and long, and the exhalation is unintentional and short, when the yang fire enters, the yang fire enters, and the yang fire enters, and the yang fire arrives through Yin and Mao. When the time of Mao is reached, the fire enters Jiaji, and the fire of inhaling Wu and Huwen is adjusted to unintentional natural breathing. After thirty-six natural breaths, the "bathing at Mao" is completed.

At this time, the unintentional natural breathing must be changed to the yang fire of inhaling Wuhuwen until the Chen and Hai fire of the yang fire finally completely enters the Chen and Hai fires, so that the qi reaches the Niwan Palace (Wu hour) and enters the yin talisman. When the yin talisman is retreating from the Niwan along the Ren meridian, exhaling and growing intently, and inhaling casually and shortly. When the yin talisman exercises from Wuli Wei, passing through Shen to You, and then you go to Huangting, and adjust the qi of Huwusuwen to inadvertent natural breathing. After twenty-four natural breathings, the "bathing at You hour" is over, and the unintentional natural breathing is changed to the yin talisman of Huwusuwen, until the final completion of the yin fire of Huwusuwen, so that the qi returns to the lower dantian.

Nine, ceasefire

Also known as stopping fire, it refers to the time when the temperature of refining and running fire (if it is added to the bathing of Mao and You is 360 times) and the sunlight appears three times (the two-eye seal hall flashes three times), stop the heat in time and stop the flow of the river cart. The heat is enough, and the lower dantian yellow buds formed into pearl-like millet-like dantian. If the heat is not removed, the medicine will be damaged.

After stopping the fire, it will enter the Great Zhoutian stage of "refining Qi and transforming into God".

The nine levels of the small Zhoutian exercises can be simply summarized into four processes: "picking", "sealing", "refining", and "stop". It usually takes one hundred days to complete the small Zhoutian exercises of refining essence into qi, so it is called "Hundred Days Pass".

Three, refining Qi into God

Refining Qi and turning into Gods is also known as the Great Zhoutian, Zhongguan, and Octoberguan. It is the third stage of inner alchemy cultivation.

The small Zhoutian is to refine essence and qi into qi, reaching "three to two"; the large Zhoutian is to refine qi and spirit, so that qi returns to spirit, and reaching "two to one".

The Great Zhoutian is also known as "Qiankun**" and "Maoyou Zhoutian". After the postnatal Eight Trigrams are taken to the Kan and fill in Li, it is transformed from Li south (Wu) and Kan north (Zi) to Gan south (Wu) and Kun north (Zi). The original Kan and Li hexagrams of the original Eight Trigrams have been transferred to the directions of East Mao and West You respectively. The alchemy emphasizes Kan and Li hexagrams, so the position is called the Great Zhoutian as "Maoyou Zhoutian", and the small Zhoutian is called "Ziwu Zhoutian". In contrast to the small Zhoutian using the Acquired Eight Trigrams, the Great Zhoutian adopts the innate Eight Trigrams.

The small Zhoutian is a stage of activity. In the process of refining the two, the true meaning must be the medium, so that the two and five are wonderfully combined, and lead and mercury are formed into elixirs. The large Zhoutian is a transition from the stage of activity to the stage of inaction, transforming qi into spirit, transforming two into one, so that the pure yang of the primordial spirit can be revealed.

This stage of Great Zhoutian is also known as nourishing the fetus. After entering the tenth month pass, it is actually the skill of entering into samadhi. The qi changes from slightly to immobility and is completely transformed. The true meaning is used from the eyes to the unconsciousness. At this time, wisdom is produced from concentration and enters the six spiritual realms. If you can wisdom but not use it, and you can transform consciousness into wisdom, then the fetus can be proved and the yang spirit can be formed.

The specific method of the Great Zhoutian: natural sitting posture, or cross-legged sitting posture, after sitting, adjust consciousness activities, and move from the left front human body to the navel chakra, the spirit and qi merge, and the true qi flows into the dantian, from small to large, from large to small, and constantly refine.

Then the flow of essence and energy is guided by the mind, goes up to Xuanji point, goes down to the left arm, to Quchi, passes through Neiguan, reverse palm and fingertips, goes out of the arm to the outer gate of the arm, goes up to the elbow and across the shoulder well, goes up to the big vertebra, goes down to the tailbone.

From the bottom to the top, go to the Yu Pillow, go to the Kunlun Niwan to the face, cross the Magpie Bridge, descend to the Chonglou, pass through the appetite and pass through the navel, reach the Yuzhu, and then to the Qihai, walk on the right leg, go through the knee gate, pass through the back of the foot and between the toes and turn to the Yongquan heel, move upward through Yin Valley, pass through the tailbone, and then to the top gate.

Just like going down the Magpie Bridge before, and then going to the left leg in sequence, as if following the meridians of the right leg, falling into the Yongquan, penetrates the tail warehouse and descends to capture the Yuanhai, as if the above true qi flows through the meridian for a week.

The Great Zhoutian refining Qi into the God means sending the Dan Mother refined in the Small Zhoutian into the twelve meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians, and refining it into a "big medicine" with the combination of essence, qi, and spirit, and an extremely energy-efficient "medicine".

When refining the essence and energy in the internal alchemy, you should grasp the natural opportunity for the generation of the yang energy. At the time of "Main Zi", you should get up and refine the essence, collect the medicine and return to the furnace. This is the time when the medicine is produced, that is, the physiological signal of the completion of the medicine. At this time, the Dantian fire is burning, the two kidney soup is boiled, the eyes are spitting out golden light, the ears are windy, the head is roaring, the body is rushing, the nose is twitching, the medicine is obtained, and the moment is called "Main Zi".
