Chapter 630 Nine Great Orifices
Only by opening these "nine orifices" in the body can a practitioner absorb cosmic energy and expel turbid air from the body.
Those who practice Taoism can develop the tips and tricks of human beings. They can not only accept the "virility" of heaven and the "earth energy" of earth, but also accept the "popularity" of people. When practicing Taoism, you must learn to "open up".
All practices of Taoism are just to practice the word "quietness", calm the mind and calm the mind. But what is the method of cultivating quietness? The method of cultivating is to learn to open the secret, which means to learn to open the secret. However, the ancients called "the thousand saints do not pass on the secrets".
If you really want to practice Taoism, you must first enlighten the trick. You must use the trick. This trick is the secret. Most people do not pass it on, and it is called "fake spread to thousands of books, and true sayings."
The ancients said, "Give me ten taels of gold, and don't spread the meaning in one mouthful." The secret is a method of using "intention". Why doesn't he spread it? Because he wants to pass it on to those with virtue.
So what should I do when practicing Taoism? To be clear, you have to understand the secret. In fact, most of the tips are only a few words, which are very simple.
The way is simple and very easy, it is easy to get started and it is difficult to stick to it. The secret itself is not secret at all. There are countless places in people who accept the "angriness" of the universe and the "popularity" of social creatures.
For example, wherever the bones are connected, the "angry" of the sky can be accepted, that is, the "angry" of the sky can be accepted by the joints. Is it simple? Simple, this is a secret.
People should pay special attention to the common acupoints used in practicing Taoism, which are different from those in meridian science.
If the same is true, there is no saying "fake spreads thousands of books, and true spreads one sentence". Isn't it okay for everyone to practice based on the books? No, you will not succeed in practicing the scriptures and Dad. So there is a considerable difference between the two, don't make a mistake.
Acupoints are hub stations in the human meridians. These hubs are generated in the acupoints and then run along the meridians, affecting all aspects of the human body's biochemical reaction. They have a certain operating cycle, running about fifty-two cycles every day and night.
Therefore, the reason for using metal needles for acupuncture in medicine is here. The orifices that need to be opened in the practice of Taoism are mostly related to the glands that produce hormones in the human body.
Generally speaking, there are nine orifices commonly used in practicing Taoism. These nine orifices are not acupuncture points. They are mostly related to hormones in the human body and the glands where the hormones are located.
For example, the four orifices here are concentrated on the head, which are mainly about the "qi" that connects the sky. These four orifices: one is the "top orifice"; then the "mind orifice", also called "upper orifice"; the third is called "Yu Pillow orifice", also called "Shen orifice".
Note that it is not the Yuzhen point; there is another one called the General Orifice, which is a very important orifice, also called "Niwan".
This is what some Taoist books call "Niwan Palace". It is actually the pituitary gland of the human brain, which controls our endocrine system and can automatically adjust various functions of people's body.
As for the human hormone secretion, it is equivalent to the center. It is as big as peanuts, but it has a great effect, so this is also called "general orifice".
These four orifices are connected to "weather" or "anger". People are always following the "anger" of the celestial bodies in the universe. Heaven and man are united, and heaven and man are inducing each other. Human beings cannot do without the "anger" of celestial bodies.
Whether a person can enter the temple of Taoism depends on whether he can accept the "anger" in heaven efficiently. Only by opening these orifices can one receive a lot of vitality from heaven.
Most of us, these four orifices are quite blocked and not fully functional, so we must open them to practice Taoism.
Only when you open your mouth can you be healthy and have enough strength can you have a good brain, live long, and even develop people's potential.
So, how can those who practice Taoism be down-to-earth? Three orifices must be opened. Which three orifices? The one on the back of the human body is the tailbone orifice.
This coccyx is originally divided into the upper coccyx and the lower coccyx. In medicine, the lower coccyx is mainly used, also known as the Changqiang point. So where is the lower coccyx? It is in the third section of the coccyx; but the coccyx orifice used by people who practice Taoism is different from the lower coccyx, which is one inch below the gate of the life gate.
The Mingmen is opposite to the navel on the front of the human body, and the tailbone orifice is under the Mingmen, which is opposite to people's "Qihai". What is it actually? It is a place where people's adrenaline is more concentrated.
People all know that this adrenaline has a very strong effect. What main function does this adrenaline play?
For example, if a robber is chasing him, it is difficult for him to walk ten miles, but when he chases him, he can run ten miles, twenty miles, thirty miles, or even climb high walls in one breath, because as long as he has one or two drops of adrenaline, he can immediately realize his infinite potential.
People all know that this adrenaline can be bought in pharmacies, which is specially used to rescue critically ill patients or for severely ill patients.
Therefore, the coccyx orifices are filled with adrenaline, which is the "qi and blood" that maintains vitality in people's life functions, so it is very important. It is opposite to the "Qihai" on the front of the human body. The Qihai is the orifice that stores the "weiqi" of the human body, also called the lower dantian, which are the two orifices opposite the front and back.
The third orifice is the front mouth of people's anus, which is called the "Mysterious Pin Gate", or the "Pin Gate", also called the "Pin Gate". Note that it is not the "Pin Yin Gate" in the middle of the two yins. The perineum is between the two yins, and the perineum is located in the front mouth of the anus, so it is also called the "Yin Orifice".
All those who practice Taoism need to follow the "earth energy", so these three orifices must be opened: the tailbone orifice, the lower dantian orifice, and the yin orifice.
People may hear more about the Lower Dantian because this place is the place where sex hormones are stored, so it is called "Qihai". Although the human body's sex hormones are found in the blood of the body, the main storage area is the Lower Dantian.
Therefore, the orifices mentioned in Taoism are generally inseparable from human hormones. Their effects are the whole body, and acupoints often affect a meridian, and their effects are different. Then, the four orifices on the head are connected to the "weather" and the three orifices on the waist and abdomen are connected to the "earth energy". These are the seven orifices.
What are the nine orifices when practicing Taoism and opening up the nine orifices? They are what people usually call the middle dantian and the Jiaji orifices behind people.
The Jiaji Orifice is at the connection between people’s arms. The Jiaji Orifice connected to the two shoulders behind people is usually closed and dead. When practicing Taoism, you should open it and then open it to the middle dantian on the front of the human body to connect to the "popularity".
The opposite place in front of the Jiaji orifice is called Zhongdantian, also known as Jianggong. It is related to the heart, the location of the human thymus, and the location of hormones.
When thymus hormone reaches old age, its effect will gradually decrease, but it is very important in human life activities because it is the qi of meridians, which runs through the five internal organs, blood, and tissue fluid. It is also called "Meridian Qi", also called "Hong Qi", and also called "ying Qi".
This kind of "qi" is actually a thymus hormone, which runs through meridians, blood vessels, and moistens the five internal organs. It is stored in the middle dantian. People talk about essence, qi, and spirit, and "qi" refers to this.
Why are people not "happy"?
The Jiaji orifice and the Zhongdantian orifice are the two orifices that connect to people. When people communicate with each other and open these two orifices, it is called "happy".
The method of opening these two orifices is very easy. If you open them, you are happy and comfortable. When I see you, I am very happy, and your orifice will be opened. When I see you, you are frowning, so you should defend yourself quickly and close this orifice, for fear that I will borrow money from you. If you don’t like me, I won’t like you. If these two orifices are not opened, there will be no “popularity”. When I see you, I will smile. I am already receiving your popularity, and you will like me more. At this time, you will be “popular, connected, and aura”.
In this way, people know that the nine orifices are needed to practice Taoism, and they know that there are three dantians, the lower dantian, the middle dantian, and the upper dantian. The upper dantian is between the two eyebrows. The upper dantian and the jade pillow orifice are opposite. What is there in the human brain between them? The pineal gland, also called Niwan.
Niwan is the general orifice, which is called Shangdantian before it. The most important thing is that there is a "godotropin". What does godotropin mean? The human body not only has "sex hormones", but also "godotropin".
Sex hormones produce sexual functions and also produce our energy, making us strong and strong. This is a sex hormone. The human body produces sex hormones, which is called "sex". But we humans still have "emotion". What is the physiological basis for producing "emotion"? It is gonadotropin.
If you only talk about sex hormones, then there are also animals. So people are different, and there is also "emotion". If people see a child, they want to hug him because of gonadotropin.
When a person sees an old man fall, he quickly helps him. He is "feeling affection" with him. Love is also born. It has a hormone produced in the Dantian position on the human body, so a woman in costume walks by in front of people, or a handsome guy walks by in front of people, and people will look back.
Why do people look at her more often? It’s not that people have unreasonable thoughts, people just want to see it simply and like to see it.
At that time, people felt that there was an energy and a kind of energy, so people wanted to take a look. Why do people do this? Because everyone has gonadotropin, everyone has feelings.
The upper dantian is also called the mind and the mind. Because Taoism believes that the acceptance and transmission of human thoughts are concentrated here, and the human thought activities are also spread out through here, so it is also called the mind and the mind.
The ancients had a saying, "Get out of death and into life". What does it mean? That is, if this person always has thoughts and his thinking is full of activities, his "qi" will always be released through the mind, which will consume vitality and reduce the energy level of the human body, which will be called "Get out of death".
Entering birth means that people who practice Taoism often practice, practice quietness, and their thinking activities are slow. When they reach the advanced stage, they even "suspend and stop the meridians", and their thinking activities are basically stopped and they use their minds to absorb "birth" efficiently. This is called "entering birth".
Therefore, the "Inner Canon of Zhiyao" says: "Transip and nothingness, and the true energy follows it."
He also said: "Peace is kept in the heart, and illness is always safe." (To be continued)
