49. The moving bag

The car is driving on a smooth road, and the whole journey from the city to my hometown takes about more than an hour.

Qiaoqiao had already eaten all the things he ordered for lunch, especially egg tarts, red bean pie and fried chicken wings. At the moment, he was immersed in playing with his little duck toy that clicked and flapped its wings, enjoying himself.

As he gets older, most of the time, his family will unconsciously treat him as an adult.

But his heart still remains at the time when he was five or six years old.

Although his family members still spoke to him in a coaxing tone, as the children in the village gradually grew up and moved away, Qiao Qiao had not owned anything like toys for many years.

His only happiness is watching cartoons.

If Song Tan had not experienced this change, he might have stayed rooted in the mountain village for the rest of his life, watching his cartoons in ignorance until his parents grew old.

Maybe he would slowly learn to cook simple meals in the future, but Song Tan looked at him and couldn't help but want to bring him more happiness.

"Qiaoqiao, when the vegetables are sold out, I will take you to the amusement park in Ning Province."

Their city is too small, and children can only go to the park to play with a few simple equipment. But those equipment are really old, and Song Tan is still worried.

After all, Ninh Province is the capital city of the province, with complete infrastructure and a large playground, including water and air, which is enough for him to have fun all day long.

Qiaoqiao turned her head and asked curiously: "What is a playground?"

Song Tan thought for a while: "It's a fun place with many people, and you can play there for a whole day!"

Qiaoqiao became happy: "Really? When will we go?"

Song Tan thought for a while: "The milkvetch can still be sold for about ten days. When it is sold out, I will take you there!"

It only takes four hours to drive to Ning Province. She doesn't have to worry about energy problems now, she just needs to spare a day.

Farming is too busy, and there is something to do every day. But Qiao Qiao's happiness is also very precious, and Song Tan is not willing to give up.

Qiaoqiao now goes out often and knows more. Now she asked: "Can we eat this then?"

He shook the little duck: "There are four different ones printed on the box, and I only have one."

It can be seen that what conquers children is not only the delicious food, but also the damn routine.

Song Tan muttered helplessly: "You really enjoy the food."

The boy has a big appetite, and now he is slowly starting to do farm work, which consumes even more food.

There was not a single thing left at lunch.

As for Song Tan...

While driving, I only ate the top and bottom hamburger slices that Qiao Qiao picked out. I have to say that eating the food outside was still painful.

The deeper the spiritual energy, the more picky your taste will be in the future. Is it possible that you need to bring a packed lunch next time you go out?

Just as he was talking, Qiaoqiao suddenly pointed to the roadside:

"Moving."

What?

Song Tan looked over and saw a large black bag in the grass on the roadside. The top was tightly tied with a rope, and something was moving inside.

She moved her ears and vaguely heard whimpering. So she stopped the car and said, "Let's go and have a look."

Qiaoqiao hurriedly ran out of the car, but after tugging at the bag for a long time, she finally took the whole bag back:

"Sister, I can't open it."

It is normal for the plastic rope to be wrapped around a few times and then tied into a tight knot that cannot be untied.

Song Tan took out a knife and slashed it. Even though she had been mentally prepared, she couldn't help but curse at this moment: "What the hell!"

These are three little native dogs.

There were two yellow ones and one black one, each one was only a little bigger than a palm, with furry bodies and bright black eyes, and they were whimpering and crawling towards them.

Looking at it like that, it was obvious that he could not stand firmly.

Qiaoqiao was also stunned and cheered casually: "Puppy!"

But he looked at the bag next to him and wondered: "How can the puppy get out if it is tied so tightly?"

Yes, using a strong cloth bag and tying it so tightly is obviously not going to give these dogs a way to survive.

This is a remote road, and except for a few passing vehicles, no pedestrians will stop.

Song Tan knew that the village did not have the habit of sterilizing animals. Sometimes when cats and dogs gave birth, they would choose to throw them away. In order to prevent cats and dogs from marking their way, they would put them in bags and throw them away.

But most people don’t throw dogs in this way.

The three puppies in the bag were still crawling, nudging Qiaoqiao's hand with their noses, and making grunting sounds, probably because they were hungry.

She took a deep breath, then flicked her fingertips, and a stream of spiritual energy washed away the skin of the three dogs, killing any lice and insect eggs that might be attached.

After all, Qiaoqiao seemed to really not want to let go, and he was not deworming at the moment.

Then, she put the bag on Qiaoqiao's lap: "Qiaoqiao can take these three puppies back to raise them, but you have to hug them first. Can you do that?"

Qiaoqiao quickly hugged the bag and made a strong promise:

"Jojo definitely can!"

Then he became frustrated again: "But my mother won't let me raise her."

Song Tan knew.

Wulan has the same mentality as most people in the village. If you have a cat or dog, you need it to look after the home and care for the home. If you can't do that, it's okay.

But once a cat or dog is raised, they develop feelings for it over time. Not to mention the dog thief, but if they get injured, sick, or become pregnant...

It is absolutely impossible to ask them to spend money. They know how difficult it is to earn money.

But it doesn’t cost money, and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable either.

But when they get to that age, everything seems to be an understatement.

But this understatement does not mean there is no emotion.

Ulan's method is: in order to prevent discomfort in the future, simply don't raise it from the beginning.

But now...

"It's okay!" Song Tan promised: "Aren't we raising chickens and ducks after raising pigs? We just need puppies to watch over them. You go back and coax her, our Qiao Qiao is so good and active at work.

, Mom will agree."

Qiao Qiao blinked, not quite sure how to coax him, but when he looked down at the soft, warm and fluffy puppy on his lap, he made up his mind——

It will definitely work!

Song Tan smiled: "Qiao Qiao picked up these three puppies. From now on, Qiao Qiao will take care of them!"

Qiaoqiao was stunned: "I can feed them every day!"

Song Tan shook his head and looked serious:

"No, the things you feed them are food and money from the family. You can't use them casually."

Qiao Qiao was stunned.

After a while, he came up with another idea: "Then Qiaoqiao will share his food with them."

Song Tan thought for a while: "It's not impossible, but they didn't eat much when they were young, but when they get older, they eat the same as piglets. Qiao Qiao only eats a few bowls of rice every day?"

Qiaoqiao counted and then became frustrated again.

"Then I can't afford a dog?"

Song Tan shook his head: "Otherwise, every time Qiao Qiao works for the family from now on, my sister will pay you a salary - accompanying you to sell vegetables and move baskets, 50 yuan a time."

"Going to the fields to do farm work, half a day is 50."

"This money is in my sister's hands. I will keep Qiaoqiao's accounts. If you want to buy anything for yourself or the dog, you can come to me and get the money."

"But once the money is spent and there is no need to work at home, you will have no income and the dog will be hungry."
